"In Style" Birthday Card
Today's card is made using the Forever Young Cricut Cart. I used white card stock for the base of the card, light pink Bazzil card stock for the mat, and cut the dress and purse from the Forever Young Cart. I drew the shoes, cut them out, and then pieced them together. The video tutorial is below:
Thanks for watching! I hope you have a wonderful day!

Goin' Surf'n Card
I made this card for a friend husband. He is a surfer and his birthday is next week. I used the Summer Vacation Seasonal Cricut Cartridge. To see how I made this card please watch the video below!
Card Stats:
The card measures 4" x 9 1/2", cut at 8" x 9 1/2", score at 4".
Back ground paper is a tan Bazzil Swiss Dot card stock, it measures 4" x 9 1/2".
Palm trees are cut at 7 1/2", 2 1/2", and 2" - this one was cut in the flip mode. All are cut in brown and green card stock. I pieced the green palm frowns to the top of the brown. The 2 1/2" tree is cut twice and layered with a pot dot for dimension.
The "Beach" sign was cut at 1" and backed with a darker brown.
The car was cut at 2 3/4" in the flip mode. Everything was cut twice and layered with pop dots for dimension.
Happy Scrap'n!

Simple Card Series #1
I have decided to do a Simple Card Series. I will try and post at least one simple card per week. Basically this means that it will be a card that anyone can make in a matter of minutes, using basic craft supplies that most crafter's already have on hand.
So there is the first card! Give it a try, you will be glad you did!
Have a great day! :)
