Happy Monday!!!

Today is Manly Monday on the MCT blog. I made a card for a friend to give to her hubby. He loves to go deep sea fishing and she is giving him a 3 day trip for his birthday. I thought it would be fun to make a fishing themed card that she could give him as well. 

The sentiment is from the Hey Sailor Stamp Set - REVISED and the water die and hook is from the You're A Great Catch Stamp Set.

What a Treat

Happy Wednesday!!!

Today is "what a treat" day on the MCT blog. I found these diggers at the $1 store. L is obsessed with this kind of shovel/digger, so I grabbed one for each of my boys. I thought I would buy some other fun things to add into the scoop part.... bubbles, smaller sand toys, ect.  Sadly, I ran out of time and I needed to get them done, so I added some candy. Story of my life. Ha!

I pulled out the More Stitched Circle Dies and the Stitched Starburst Dies to make a couple quick tags. I stamped them with the 4th sentiment from the All Around Holidays Spring & Summer Stamp Set, the star is from the same set as well. I popped a hole in them with my crop-o-dile and attached with a bit of jute cord. Super easy!

My Creative Time May Release - Day 4

Happy Thursday!!!

Today is the last day of sneaks for My Creative Time May releases. Today we are featuring a new stamp and die set called "Just a Note". It has a cute little note card die and a few sentiments that work perfectly with it.

I made two samples... one feminine and the other masculine. They were really simple and quick to make, perfect for last minute notes. I used this months freebie set, the Be Awesome set, and the More Stitched Circle Dies to decorate the front of them.

My Creative Time June Release - Day 2

Happy Tuesday!!!

Today is the second day of sneaks for My Creative Time June releases. Today we are featuring and a new stamp and die set called "You are a Blessing" and this months freebie stamp set called, "Fun Polka Dots".

My first card was made with the freebie set "Fun Polka Dots" and the set we sneaked yesterday called, "You are Spot On". I made a fun background with the circle stamps and used one of the sentiments from yesterday's set.

My second card was made with the other stamp set we are sneaking today called, "You are a Blessing". I embossed both the sentiment and a small piece of white paper with gold embossing powder. Then I used the heart dies from the Stitched Heart Background cut out gold starts from the embossed piece of paper. I also embossed just along the edge of the piece of paper that frames the top layer.
