Holidays...

Currently going into the fourth week of my holidays now. I've pretty much accomplished enough fun, relaxation and would like to think some productive stuff too.

So what's going on with your life now, Ben Tay?

I'm currently in a dilemma on whether to continue college or not, just transfer to the states at the end of the year. Work and gain some experience while i am still around. I've pretty much made my decision, which is not to continue college. Due to various legitimate and valid reasons which i don't need to mention here (it will really make Sunway Adtp look bad)

So just yesterday, i followed my dad to IJM (IGB Corp., Jurutama, Mudajaya) where he was suppose to give a presentation/5 hour long seminar on waterproofing to the staff there. Was my first time watching him present in a major company. Just so you know, IJM is one of the biggest construction companies in Malaysia. I mean, i have followed him to meet clients, presentations at roadshows, but never like this.

And i have never felt so under dressed in my life! I was even wearing my nice dockershirt-pants-loafers combo.

You know what's the saddest of all? Of all my hundred pairs of shoes, none of them are leather shoes for work!

I've learned quite a bit from that seminar itself.
