Ang Pao Na Lai!
Chinese new year is almost over and holidays have come to an end. School kids going back to their classrooms, working people to offices, and for me the college student, back to college tommorow.
No Malaysian can deny that Chinese New Year is the best holiday throughout the year. We are given the "license" to gamble, drink, and play fire works! Oh yes you can go on moaning "We deepavali also got fireworks macha... yan-da-deh" but you don't have 10 dollar angpaos just by visiting someone. And i haven't even started with the cookies and food!
So, Chinese New Year wins! And no, i'm not being racist here. =)
Some few random thoughts and happenings during my 2007 Chinese New Year:
-For the first time, i felt that going back to Ipoh was for the sake of my beloved grandparents. Not because i wanted to. (I like going back to Ipoh ever since i was young)
-I finished almost 2 bottles of champagne with my grandfather. If you think champagne is a sissy drink, you have no idea.
-I won quite a bit of cash playing cards.
-I haven't opened a single angpao yet.
-First time my dad gave me the silent treatment.
-How'd they make the lion dance blink?
-Went out with Ipoh buddies Michelle and Andrew Chun aka Acky haha
-And also Yeong Hui. We went cs together.
-I missed disturbing my cousin, Megan.

-Large extended family, but no pretty cousins?
-I thank God for blessing me with wonderful relatives
-Played digimon on X-box to past time. sad... sad
-"Poor piglets and shark's had to die for our sake, their deaths shall not be in vain!" YUM

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There will be an IBA Youth Rally on April 7th (about time man, you IBA people =D) Glad to be involve in it, and i really can't wait to get started with practises!
More updates on it definitely!
