just got back from evermore!!

like i said, i'm sucha sucker for live bands.
i need to marry a rockstar.
the closest i get to the stage u noe.
UNLESS..
i become a rockstar.
hehe.
oh today was hectic alright.
i spent all day running errands.
doing all my travel shit.
that's the thing i hate.
visa applications.
medical check-ups. vaccinations.
booking air tics.
deadlines!!!
anw i purchased my adl-athens tics today.
finally huh?
on the 2nd of sept.
it costs a BOMB though cus i booked so late.
and alot of flights were sold out. bitches!!!!
the good point is: my over-priced, multiple transits, long transfers flight is gonna be in sg for 5 hours. so i'm really hoping i can get out of the airport and go meet some sorely missed ppl.

woohoo. tss visa is finally settled. just gotta try to get visa into china. shouldn't be too hard right?
anyway it was so exciting filling in all the online tss forms. albeit im doing them super last min cus im leaving on sun. i realised i gotta get medical check-ups! and i obviously just found out. FUCK. how ah? tsk. tsk. im super last min. its tragic.
but anyhow, i was practically grinning from ear to ear when i had to fill in roommate preference forms. they asked adorably cute questions like..do u slp after midnight or before 10pm? do u mind ppl visiting u in ur rooms? do u wake up b4 or after 8am? are u a smoker? are u gonna bring a lappie? do u like to keep things neat and organised? it's cute!!!
and apparently we can even choose cabins...

cutting the line
i'm goin for a concert tmr!! woots woots. eskimo joe, jet and little birdy. little birdy (weird name!) is a really good band. i think i like them the most. can't wait. although i should really start my essay soon. tsk tsk,
stupid et!! seriously, i dunno why i procastinate, now i dun think i can settle my visa stuff b4 peru. im leaving in LESS than 2 weeks ok? i havent packed. haven't decided where to visit for my one day in buenos aires. dunno if i can defer my semester for tss. dunno if the immigration would let me keep my visa. dunno if i can apply for EUAUS in time. dunno where to go for jan 08. tsk tsk et. next time, don't do impt things last min anymore ok? now how? every other day rush to uni and try to settle stuff. what about ur essay? hist major how? somemore u have no direction on where ur essay is heading. how to write? 2500 words of coherent argument. how? u tell me.
ANYWAY, after work today, since fabs was closing tonight, we all headed down to the Bath. just a bar across the road. it seems to be real popular cus there's always a line outside. anw, we didnt hafta line up!! haha i love cutting the line. and i love the fact u get in cus u've got connections. woots woots. fucking losers queuing up in the drizzle. HAHA. cheap thril like that. i know. just let me have my fun aight?

all good things
so i lied. that night when i said it was my last day of bumming? i lied. cus i spent the whole of next day bumming as well. but it all felt damn good. haha oh well....i was supposed to go to work tonight but frank called and said not today, come in tmr instead. so fine. but i was supposed to go to alma with mel afters!!! and since im not going to work i was too bummed to get out so we decided to meet up for coffee instead.

time to play catch up
phew! after getting all that urgently needs to be done. it's time for a teeny weeny breather again. it's a first time in a long while since i plonked myself in front of the idiot box for a good half hour or so. i had 2 days of bumming and catching up with friends that i've rudely no time to meet up. sorry. but i made it up right? *crosses fingers*
lunch on monday with simone and ellen. right after handing in my essay (:
our hunt for mars bar and mocha crunch donuts proved to be disappointing. but we made up for it with some dessert.

haigh's choc factory with ju's visiting bf and her cousin and gf from melb! yumm! the champagne and sparkling shiraz truffles tt i bought were to die for..really!!!!!
oh i went to the gym with valda and the rest yesterday too! fitness first u bet. i went for one and a half class. body attack (i think!) and rpm, which was a killer cycling program with damn good music (: and then i had a really slow run on the treadmill. omfg. my 2.4 timing is the worst ever that i had. tsk. im so damn unfit!!!!!!!!!!!!! fitness first my arse...
alright im going to give myself one more night of bumming. tmr i should be starting my tedious research on latin america and africa history. and working on thurs as usual. oh but i think we're all heading to alma after work. even tracey is going..yeah the mother of a two year old. too bad klareh jae will be denied entry to a club! HAHA.
