F#&$ Fata$$

On one hand, he's cutting a program that granted ILLEGAL ALIENS hundreds of million of dollars that ought to be used in the service of tax paying Illinoisans:

  • Gov. JB Pritzker on Wednesday compared President Donald Trump’s “authoritarian playbook” to the rise of the Nazis as he unveiled a $55.2 billion spending plan that also saves the state more than $400 million by nixing a health care program for adults who lack legal status.

To cap a 35-minute budget and State of the State address at the Illinois State Capitol, the Democratic governor said he’s “watching with a foreboding dread what is happening in our country right now,” framing Trump’s early weeks in the Oval Office as a playbook of blaming the “other” for the country’s problems.

“It took the Nazis one month, three weeks, two days, eight hours and 40 minutes to dismantle a constitutional republic,” Pritzker said.

On the other, is anyone else getting as sick of the nazi comparisons as we are?

Which nazis is he yapping about? The ones who locked down entire nations over a virus that has turned out to become less deadly than the flu? Oh wait, that was democrats.

The ones stifling free speech and coercing tech companies to censor things they claim run contrary to the narrative? Um, dems again.

Forcing businesses and local governments to administer a "vaccine" that prevented nothing and caused untold health problems for millions? Dems.

Weaponizing the entire justice system against concerned parents, Catholics, conservatives, trespassers, manufacturing criminal charges, ignoring statutes of limitations and actual case law to pursue and persecute? Guess who?

Funneling billions to a European war with zero strategic or economic benefit to the country, more billions to the climate boondoggle, funding all sorts of left wing NGOs to enrich the so-called "elites"? Hmmmm.

And let's not even mention locking down Illinois while flying a wife, daughter and assorted horses to Florida to participate in equestrian events while back here, kids lost years worth of education, parents lost jobs and grandparents died alone because no one was allowed to visit.

But hey, Sieg Heil!

Fata$$ said he wouldn't be taking a knee to a "king," probably because he'd never get up without assistance. Fuck this jagoff.

Nice Highway Fata$$

We figure the state is mostly to blame for this continued disaster:

  • The delays associated with the Kennedy Expressway construction project aren’t over.

The Illinois Department of Transportation said Friday afternoon that problems with the new automated gates have forced the closure of the ramp from the Ontario Street feeder ramp onto the outbound Kennedy Expressway reversible lanes.

    The closure is indefinite.

Remember when we pointed out the express lanes were being used as a "private highway" for VIPs during the Kamalalalala Convention? It seems that ended up costing hundreds of thousands of dollars and untold man-hours, including a automated gate system that doesn't work:

  • While the convention lasted only a week in August, the contractor said IDOT’s order to remove all equipment from the roadway delayed the project by 32 days.

“JBCC was directed to cease all activity and remove all materials and equipment from the reversible, outbound and inbound lanes,” reads an August 28th memo from the contractor. “JBCC was not allowed to work on any activities during this time.”

The contractor also claims IDOT significantly expanded the scope of the project beyond the original contract, adding a total of 113 days and $318,000 to the timeline and cost. The changes included a 200% increase in power cable as well as delays caused by additional work added to the inbound lanes of the Kennedy expressway, according to the memo.

Oh, and they've been lying about the delays the entire time. And since it was the state that ordered the lanes be opened as a private highway, they're not going to try to collect the $10,000 per day fines that would have been levied against the general contracts for missing the deadlines, costing taxpayers even more money.

Burke Gets a Bunkmate

Although, at their ages, we doubt there's a top bunk available - probably all ground level:

  • Michael J. Madigan spent decades building a political empire rivaled in Illinois history only by his most storied peers, rising to become the longtime speaker of the state’s House of Representatives, chair of its Democratic Party and head of a powerhouse tax appeal firm.

But in a landmark verdict that could transform the 82-year-old politician into a federal inmate in the twilight of his life, a jury found Madigan guilty Wednesday of a nearly decade-long bribery conspiracy involving ComEd. They also convicted him of a plot to install ex-Ald. Danny Solis on a state board in exchange for Solis’ help securing private business for Madigan’s law firm.

However, the jury stopped far short of delivering the sweeping verdict prosecutors sought.

But even the relatively "lower" charges Madigan was convicted on carry a maximum of 20 years.

Figure it's his first actual conviction and lack of a criminal record, the judge will go toward the low side of sentencing. But even if he gets five years, he has to serve 85% of federal time, so he's doing four inside.

After Burke and now Mike, will other politicians get the message?

Blago Pardoned

The Illinois/Sparkelfart deep state hooked him up for daring to do what Illinois pols have been doing for years - selling access:

  • President Donald Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon to Rod Blagojevich Monday, after commuting the Democratic former Illinois governor’s 14-year sentence for political corruption charges during his first term.

“It’s my honor to do it,” Trump said. “I’ve watched him. He was set up by a lot of bad people.”

The Republican president called the Democratic former governor, who once appeared on Trump’s reality TV show “Celebrity Apprentice,” “a very fine person” and said the conviction and prison sentence “shouldn’t have happened.”

Blago was not that fine a person, but he was better than almost anyone else on those wiretaps and mostly got in trouble when he wouldn't bend to Sparklefart pressure. We still think he should have named names and written a tell-all book to really gut the Machine.

Trial Still Ongoing

Is this jury sequestered? Are they in a five-star hotel or something?

  • The jury in former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan's federal corruption trial went home without a verdict for the seventh day Thursday.

There was again radio silence, with no notes at all coming from jurors, whose last communication to the court was on Tuesday. Even that was only regarding scheduling.

If not for an unrelated sentencing hearing, courtroom 1203 remained mostly empty Thursday, as a jury of eight women and four men have now spent around 43 hours over seven days deliberating Madigan's fate.

There was a rumor somewhere that a jury member had some third or fourth hand connection to a Madigan associate a couple weeks back. Nothing came of it and the jury instructions were issued, so jeopardy has fully attached at this point.

Either the jury is being really really thorough (but as the article says, "no notes" coming from the jury room) or there's a holdout or two, one way or the other.

Embracing Criminals

A couple days ago we wrote about Fata$$ banning J6 participants from state jobs, even though democrats have been the party of second-and-third chances, record expungement and constantly supporting criminals over decent people.

A commentator reminded us that Illinois regularly employs terrorists to teach their childen:

  • Funny FatAss has no problem with James Kilgore former member of the Symbianese Liberation Army and convicted 2nd. degree murderer teaching at the U of I at Champaign! Look him up on Wikipedia. A real piece of shit!

And it's 100% true. Here's the wikipedia entry about Kilgore's time on the run after participating in the Patty Hearst kidnapping, San Francisco bank robberies, and a bombing that killed a mother of four. After twenty-seven years on the run and six-plus years in prison, he landed a job at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana where he's been teaching since 2009.

Of course, the Illinois universities have a history of employing terrorists, like Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground working at UIC and his wife Bernadine Dohrn down the road at Northwestern.

Fata$$ doesn't have a problem with any of them we noticed, probably because their democrats and communists, but we repeat ourselves. They love their criminals.

More Lawsuits Inbound (UPDATE)

Even his own people are telling him there will be lawsuits:

  • Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is blocking those who took part in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol from working in state jobs, ignoring President Donald Trump's attempt to offer them a clean slate last week in a sweeping set of pardons and commutations.

Late Thursday, Pritzker directed the state’s Department of Central Management Services, the state’s primary hiring authority, to restrict hiring of those who took part in the attack on the Capitol by declaring they had taken part in “infamous and disgraceful conduct that is antithetical to the mission of the State.”

"...the State."  We remember hearing that a lot when the USSR was still in business.

In the meantime, a few points:

  • no one was convicted of insurrection or treason - it was mostly trespassing;
  • a pardon wipes out the criminal conviction completely;
  • this will affect at most a couple dozen people

And isn't it democrats - especially Illinois democrats who are always saying criminals need second and third chances, good paying employment, and actually hold seminars where those "justice system involved individuals" can apply to have their records expunged, sealed and erased?

But Fata$$ would rather waste taxpayer money on a losing proposition.

UPDATE: from the comments:

  • I wonder if Jumbo and his sidekick Attorney General Kwame Raoul have bothered to read the Illinois Human Rights Act. It prevents discrimination against people for a host of reasons among them are ARREST RECORDS.

But no one from the media will ever question Fata$$ about directly violating Illinois Law and the legislature will never find him liable.

Madigan Trial to Jury

We'll see if Ed Burke gets a new roommate shortly:

  • Following 11 weeks of testimony and several days of closing arguments, a jury has begun deliberations in the landmark corruption trial of former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan.

Madigan, 82, and his co-defendant and longtime confidante Michael McClain, face a 23-count indictment in federal court in Chicago, charging them with racketeering conspiracy, bribery, wire fraud, and attempted extortion.

Federal prosecutors have accused Madigan of running a yearslong criminal enterprise to enrich himself and benefit political allies through no-show jobs for his associates and legal work for his private law firm.

After seeing so many of his contemporaries go to prison for varying amounts of time, we can't see him getting off completely, though juries selected in Illinois have surprised us on a number of occasions. Hopefully, he gets tagged on a few counts at the minimum.

This Pothead?

Illinois is doomed forever:

  • With Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., having not announced yet whether he will run again — and Gov. JB Pritzker still not confirming whether he will seek another term — Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton on Monday is launching her Level Up federal political action committee to build up her political operation and bolster a potential Senate run.

Pretty much the only reason Fata$$ chose her was so no one took a run at him.

Oh, and then there's this:

  • Despite the cold, snow and long lines, hundreds of Illinois residents – including the state’s lieutenant governor – waited outside to be among the first to buy weed following its legalization.

Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton was among hundreds of early morning customers at Sunnyside Dispensary, a Chicago marijuana dispensary, on the first day of legal recreational sales in the state, according to a release from Cresco Labs, which owns the dispensary.

This isn't what you want running government....although "running" and "government" aren't what we have here in the dying state of Illinois.

Remember

Fata$$ is already whining about the new administration.

Always remember this is when Fata$$ was caught on tape while bargaining with Blago over how to fill the Sparklefarts senate vacancy:

Welcome to Indiana!

At least that's the hope:

  • The Indiana House Republican Caucus announced its intent on Tuesday to redraw state lines and welcome dozens of Illinois counties that want to secede from their state.

”To all of our neighbors to the west, we hear your frustrations,” Indiana Speaker Todd Huston said.

According to Speaker Huston, more than 30 Illinois counties have voted to secede from the Prairie State since 2020, with many expressing frustrations with high taxes.

”Instead of seceding and creating a 51st state, they should just join us,” Speaker Huston said.

If HB 1008 passes, the Indiana General Assembly would create an “Indiana-Illinois Boundary Adjustment Commission” tasked with helping those Illinois counties become part of the Hoosier State.

Unfortunately, it will probably remain just a hope as we can't really see the Illinois legislature assisting this in any way. Even though it would undoubtedly be a good thing in their eyes to get rid of thirty or more red-voting counties, there's just no way they give up the land to Indiana.

They might fund buses and U-Hauls to move the citizens out as long as they abandoned their property to resettle illegals.

Keep Voting

Remember, you can vote ONCE a day, EVERY day. Multiple times a day from multiple devices if you have a home computer, a laptop, even a phone. It's almost like voting!

Remember, Illinois is broke and doesn't have the money to waste on this crap. Remind the politicians of that fact.

As Expected

We and many others predicted this after they legalized weed:

  • State lawmakers plan to introduce legislation this week that would make Illinois the first state to fully decriminalize sex work.

Equality Illinois and the Sex Worker Advisory Group, a coalition of Black and Brown current and former sex workers, have spent more than three years advocating for this bill, which aims to reduce threats of violence and create safer conditions for sex workers.

“For over 20 years, I worked as a sex worker here in the city of Chicago, and for over 20 years lived under the fear and threat of violence,” said Reyna Ortiz, chair of the Sex Worker Advisory Group. “By passing this legislation, we will make Illinois a safer place for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in our communities.”

So the political whores will make it easier for the other ::ahem:: sex workers to be licensed, regulated and of course, taxed.

Weed was supposed to save Illinois, except the political whores merely diverted weed money into the general funds and took a not-quite-equal amount out to spend on other pet projects instead of actually paying down outstanding bills, furthering the deficit and debt that taxpayers will be shafted with.

An Actual Recall Law?

Proposed by LaShawn Ford?

  • Among the top 15 cities in the U.S., Chicago is one of only four that does not allow voters to recall the mayor.

But state Rep. La Shawn Ford, D-Chicago, recently filed a bill in Springfield (House Bill 1084) that would allow Chicago voters to initiate a mayoral recall election.

There's an actual form to fill out at the top link. What the Hell....click it, fill it in. Make sure you tell friends and relatives.

Might as well add in anyone currently residing in the cemetery....they already vote, why not contact their representatives and let the representatives know they aren't happy with Conehead either.

What Could Go Wrong?

Illinois dems embracing criminals again:

  • BREAKING: Illinois Senate Democrats just passed HB 5164 which allows illegal aliens and trans people to legally hide their name change.

The Republican Senate Minority Leader raised concerns that this would allow them to hide any past criminal behavior.

Why are Illinois Democrats protecting criminals?
Anything to prevent identifying criminals and law breakers.

Fata$$ Starts to Fold

And that takes some effort since we all know he can't even tie his own shoes:

  • Gov JB Pritzker on Wednesday said he would be willing to speak with President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar to discuss his mass deportation plan, but questioned whether Tom Homan has the legal “authority” to execute Trump’s broad initiative.

The Democratic governor’s comments at an unrelated Chicago news conference came two days after Homan ripped into Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson at a Northwest Side political fundraiser, declaring Chicago would be ground zero for his plan.

“ At some point, he’s going to become a part of the Trump administration and so, I’m open to dialogue with him,” Pritzker said. “I will say that he … does not have the authority to do the things that he’s talked about. Being a border czar is not an official position in the government and will be up to the President of the United States and up to the leaders of the Customs and Border patrol to make decisions about how we’ll manage the border.

Amazing. This human dirigible had no problem issuing all sorts of "executive orders" restricting all of our freedoms and Rights during the COVID times, but now he's claiming another executive, this time of the entire country, can't tell the people who report directly to him what the policy is and what is to be done.

Oh, and now that the Kackler lost, Fata$$ feels comfortable claiming that "border czar" isn't an official position, even though his party's drooling vegetable named her border czar....until it was noted that she didn't do shit about the border aside from facilitating the biggest influx of illegal aliens in history.

Here's to hoping Conehead is too ignorant to see that the governor is distancing himself from any responsibility for fighting the feds and leaving him to either face the music alone or collapse like he just did.

Stop Wasting Money

Remember, Illinois is currently $159 BILLION (with a B) in debt.

But the politicians find time for this:

  • Starting in January, people will be able to vote online at www.ilsos.gov/stateflag on whether to keep the current design, go with one of the 10 finalists or go back to one of two past versions: the 1918 Centennial Flag or the 1968 Sesquicentennial Flag.

This time and money waster will result in untold millions of dollars spent for:

  • state flag purchases for state buildings
  • signage all over the place
  • decals and such on state vehicles
  • stationary reprinting for all official correspondence and documentation

And you can bet some politician has their cousins or son-in-law starting up a printing business right now for the contracts.

If we remember in January, we'll remind everyone to "vote early and vote often" to just keep the old flag and tell the idiots in Springfield to get serious about the debt instead of spending money on this crap.

Hey Porky?

A number of readers noted this quote from Fata$$:

  • “I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again: No attempts to restrict the freedoms and opportunities of Illinoisans will be tolerated."

And the readers were quick to point out that:

  1. Fata$$ couldn't wait to lock down Illinois during COVID, denying all the freedom to associate, visit, worship, get a freaking heaircut, etc while he shipped his family AND their horses to residences and shows in Florida and Wisconsin, and
  2. the ongoing indefensible denial of Second Amendment Rights for a rifle that is in common use across the nation.

He's so full of $shit that he looks like he's going to explode one of these days.

We should be so lucky.

Wall of Blubber

Fata$$ is setting himself up for a presidential run. We don't see it ending well for him:

  • It would be comically hypocritical if weren’t so tragically destructive. Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker last week appointed himself co-chair of a new group to save democracy. Fortunately for other states, however, he’s getting almost no support.

It’s called Governors Safeguarding Democracy, formed to counter the incoming Trump Administration and Republican Congress. “What we’re doing is pushing back against increasing threats of autocracy and fortifying the institutions of democracy that our country and our states depend upon,” Pritzker said of the effort. “I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again: No attempts to restrict the freedoms and opportunities of Illinoisans will be tolerated.”

The trouble is what Fata$$ considers an "Illinoisan." Illegal aliens from South America and $hithole Caribbean failed nations don't really qualify as anything but "occupants of space" and we're hoping to see massive deportations in a few months. So are actual "Illinoisans of Color," a term we just made up to represent those ticked off minority communities who are the subject of this "voter replacement" underway across the state.

And the main weapon in FAta$$es arsenal? Trans soldiers (at taxpayer expense):

  • Gov. JB Pritzker (D-IL) pledged to launch a campaign to boost radical sex change procedures in his state in response to Donald Trump’s landslide election.

Pritzker used Transgender Awareness Week — November 12 to 19 — as a platform to showboat over the issue, Fox News reported

“This Transgender Awareness Week, I want you to know that I see you and have your back as governor,” Pritzker wrote on X. “Illinois has enshrined protections for gender-affirming care to meet this moment — and because of that, you will have a home here always.”

Anyone else thinking he might have misread the electoral message two weeks ago? The rightward shift was unmistakable to all but the most ignorant. And if DC cuts federal funding for insurrectionist states, you can bet Fata$$ will be groveling in short order. People who can move out, have moved out. And the rest can't pay the cost of living, so they're more likely to vote for whoever promises more tax cuts.
