When Finalz is Near

There are signs that can tell you if MMU students are going to sit for finalz, well at least me, Fungi, and some of my friends. ( I actually saw quite lot of other students having the same routine/sign like me as well. ) These signs repeated for everysem, since my Gamma level.

Here, I'm just going to tell you 2 main signs. The very 1st 1, we all will be at the library for the last minute study last boost study.

See, Gig asked for help from Mr.Chow in his dream.

AhHuat went to find Gig in dreamland.

Then after they got the solution, they celebrated! Candies in library. lol. How about me? NONONO I won't post my picture up here. :D

The 2nd sign:

Dim Sum or breakfast! Well you know, we were so hardworking that we studied until morning, from midnight. =p So your breakfast is our supper. We'll sleep after then. Bio clock messed up. This rule applies to student at other countries as well. See example. ( Hope she won't get mad if she knows I used her entry as example. )

See? Fungi enjoyed his "supper" so much.

Fattening and Ballooning. Well, though you don't see me through the whole entry, but how they do equals to how I do. That's me, with my friends, and bro. Same!

OMG I'm DOOMed.

Christmas ~

Every Christmas Malaccans have not many places to go. One of the hot spot is Portugese Settlement. The place will be nicely decorated and lotsa people will go there, shoulder by shoulder, count down, dance, have fun!

I don't feel like going there on the eve this year, 'cause I have no mood to squeeze in through the stupid trafic jam, find a crampy place to park my car, then do the same count down as I did last 2-3 years.

Instead, I went there with Shin on 23th Dec, just for a walk, and photos!

See? Decoration! ( sigh I didn't bring the camera stand, that makes the picture blurry. )

This is one of the well-decorated-house. Usually the rich ones will decorate more. Bigger santas, bigger decoration-purpose-presents and more lightings. And all of us were quite funny. Even that's not our house, we still stick to those highly-decorated houses and took the pictures. Not only Shin and I, but lotsa people. A LOT!

Fake Santa. Do Santa wear glasses? The folk inside him must be very shiok, hugging my girlfriend so tight. -.-

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then on the Christmas Eve, Shin went back home to celebrate with her family. So what can lonely folks like me do? Gathering loh. What else can we do?

All of us, had enough with EASON's "lonely christmas" .

Hence, we all came out have satay. Hooray!

May everyone reading this blog have a MERRY CHRISTMAS !!

I Suck at Photography

Although n-months ago my dad bought me the FX01, until now I still can't fully utilize the camera. The photos I took was terrible. Focus-ed the wrong place, exposure, white balance control and so on. You might say:

"Hey! How could you learn photography with a Point-And-Shoot camera? You should use a DSLR instead."

Yea, maybe you're right. A DSLR camera has a lots of thing to manual, and hence learn more things. But I don't feel like bringing a giant all day long. PNS is definitely more suitable for me. I wanna shoot very nice photo, using my PNS camera, FX01.

These are some photos, using Shin's Sony T10. Photos by FX01 is yet another story.

See? The background are clearer than the title. Wrongly focus-ed.

Hmm, not enough light, made the picture so dark.

This is the only one I satisfied with. Not very good though. I love Sony's macro mode.

Well, the pictures are resized so they don't look exactly the same as those in my computer. Maybe I should learn photoshop to make these photos more bombastic.

Food !!

In MMU the cls-ian are doing an exhibition, erm, sort of. They are selling lotsa things like: 'economic noodles and bihun' , necklace, accesories, eggs, and stuff. Among all those rubbish, something got into my eyes and attracted me.

Curry fishballs!

Not bad, though not as good as the one I had at HongKong. =p I bought 2bucks ( 8biji ). Initially I was thinking 4 for me and 4 for my bro, but since I can't stand for food my bro was sleeping when I reached home, I finished it.

The next thing ~~ Waffle !

I wished they spread a THICK layer of THAT, the red arrow pointing on my waffle. But of course they didn't.

Peanut butter + strawberry. One of the worker said that it is the 1st time he got requested to use peanut butter + strawberry. But erm, maybe you just don't have much experience?

Then at one supper, DONG ZHI's night, Siat Lee made some tang yuen for us.

It's looks like fishball, or just eggs, doesn't it?

This is how it looks.

This is the one who made the tang yuens. The other one beside her just know EATTING only. =p

How could I not fat eatting so many things? T_T

Course Registration

Every end of the sem, there is a thing that MMU students must do. Course Registration.

But then every sem students have to suffer small bandwidth, lousy server and stupid lagging line. Every stupid single sem! No Joke!

I like keep on refresh, back, re-enter, do and do and do, still cannot. It still displayed Internal Server Error. Hey! MMU! You charged us so much every sem, and yet you gave us lousy stupid server that cannot support your own students? Every fucking sem students have to wake up early in the morning, see ur STUPID BASTARD INTERNAL SERVER ERROR? What does that mean? Tell us to PAY MORE?

Look at the time. 1 hour wasted! Stupid MMU.

茶道Sadou

Today went to Oshima Sensei's Sadou class. Sadou is a Japanese art of Tea. They learn how to fix tea, serve tea, and manner matters. I don't really interested in fixing tea politely, but I was still there, 'cause this is the 1st time I can see a Japanese doing Sadou as I knew Sadou from comics long time ago.

Oshima Sensei's demonstrating. Actually supposed to kneel down on tatami or stuff like matress but the floor is soOoOoOoOo dirty. So sensei skipped that part. -.-

She did a lot of explanation of the Sadou thing, but what suprised us is the whole set of Sadou 'equipment' cost about RM1000 or more. Yes, RM1000 and more. No! It's not a typo error! Believe me! Japaneses' things always cost like hell.

Someone in the class:" wah~ chinese tea better lah~ more relaxing and cheap. "
Anotherone:" Sadou has to be quiet all progress long wor. I can't really stand that. "

There were lots more of bullshit came out from idiots but I don't feel like posting up here. I was one of them. Sensei also prepared her Japanese Okashi, tidbits, made by sweet potato and pumpkin. The taste doesn't suit my tongue but still lot people enjoyed.

Zhikai can't wait to eat.

Lam gobbled it before I could take a picture.

The okashi has to be eaten 1st followed by the fixed tea, and the tea has to be finished in 3 or at most 4 times of sipping or ..... ( can't remember the word. )

This is the tea, the Japanese green tea.

It was initially fixed in a Japanese tea pot and served in a Japanese bowl but since everyone is gonna try to fix it, we pour the fixed tea into this pathetic plastic cup and take it back to our seat. lol.

After finishing the green tea, we tried the Sakura tea as well. Everyone supposed to put only one tiny sakura into it, but since a greedy person I am, I put 2-3 sakura. And the result is terrible.

The tea ended up taihen salty.

Oshima Sensei's Party

Yeah~ Sensei's party was held beside her apartment's swimming pool. We got japanese food to eat. Then after that we went sensei's house and listen to her story and had a look at her stuff.

Sensei and I

Sensei and folks

Japanese foods. (almost finish)

Yakitori in progress

Result? Sugeume! It's the sauce which made this very very very delicious. (Hey! Don't look at the 2 girls behind me!)

The F4 wannabe

What am I doing?

Folks!

Japanese decoration. ( What was the hand trying to do?)

Japanese calander.

Japanese dollz. (Damn these are weird, doesn't feel good. -.-) The whole set of Japanese dolls ( I forget how many of them ) cost the price of a Perodua Kelisa. Believe it or not!!

See? Someone's aiming.

Childhood Comics Found

Can any1 teach me how to remove the pop out without removing my cbox? Thnx.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I found 2 comics I liked very much when I was secondary schooling.

It's Vivian The Witch *applause* and BanBan Drama Club *hooray*. These 2 are really really interesting and nice love story comics. Too bad I'm no good in story telling so I'm not going to describe the story here, but if you are interested, you can download it here.

Vivian The Witch
Drama Club
* update: the subforum is no longer available, so the comics is no longer downloadable. lol *

Fungi's 20

No mumbling, nagging and blabla-ing today. Let the pictures tell ! ;)

This is the birthday boy, with his old man beside him.

He's shiok sendiri-ing with his new drumstick.

Zildjian, Artist Series = "Travis Barker"
So I really bought a pair of drumstick for him. lol.

These are those who celebrated with Mr.Fungi. Thnx, all.
( shin doesn't wanna be in the picture, but she celebrated with us as well. heh. )

Something new. Candles at the front, and suicide style of cutting the cake. Something sorry for the cake is that, the cake is very very very bitter. Original, unprocess choco powder on top of the cake, which makes someone

But the birthday boy is indeed, different.

So after surviving relaxing for 20 years, what's the main differences in MrFungi?
