Another Summer has passed!

Once again I have not been a good blogger! I have so many updates that I am going to blog about them and then just post a bunch of pictures from our adventures over this summer! We started off our summer with a trip to Disneyland. Sean's mom and stepdad took us. Sean's brother, Dusty, his sister, Lacey, and his sister Echo, her son Kobe and our adorable new nephew, Oliver went as well. It was a quick little weekend getaway filled with lots of adventures. After a long day of traveling from Idaho Falls to LAX, driving in rush hour traffic to Disney, Grampee getting lost on the way there, and Echo having to wait with Kobe and Oliver for hours because they wouldn't let her in the room without us, we all finally arrived! We had been in Disney for about an hour when Sophie was joyfully swinging on a chain that separated the ride lines and she fell flat on her chin. What a mess! Mom and Sophie rode in an ambulance to the closet ER while Disney Princesses Belle, Ariel, and Jasmine waved us goodbye. We spent about 4 hours in the ER with Sophie tied to a board trying to get her chin stitched up. Ten stitches later, the security officer from Disney came to pick us up and take us back to the Magic Kingdom! We were brought into the first Aide station and Sophie was givin a voucher for a new shirt because her's was all bloody. We were also given coupons to get in the front of every line for the rest of the day at Disneyland! The rest of our family was so happy and kept thanking Sophie for "Taking one for the team!" We walked right onto every ride until we couldn't walk any longer. Which for Jaxon, wasn't until 11pm that night! My nephew Oliver is the best baby in the whole world! He did not make a peep all weekend! Such a happy little guy! Thank you Ginette and Whitney for the fabulous trip!!

For the 4th of July weekend we went camping with our other family, our best friends! We went up to Heisi Hot Springs, which is only about 30 minutes from our house. We had a great time swimming and spending time together! We had some yummy Dutch Oven cooking prepared by our great friend, Hunter! Thank you Hunter!! After camping we went to Sean's dad and stepmom's house to light off fireworks! The kids enjoyed a sleep over there that night with their cousins, Ethan, Madi, and Legend.

A few weekends later we went on our Annual Waldron Family Float Trip/Camping Trip! We had a huge group this year! Sean's dad, Jeff, and his stepmom, Tamera organized the whole trip and we had such a blast!! Our little family got to float the river on Friday and Saturday this year! Jaxon had a blast as usual! Jaxon, cousin Legend, and I all tied our tubes together the first day and Sophie road with Papa and Grandma in the float boat. The second day, Jaxon road in the boat with Uncle Brandon, Aunt Echo, and cousin Kobe! Sean, Sophie and I road in a smaller raft together that day! Baby Oliver got to keep grandma company back at camp! So much FUN IN THE SUN!! Thank you Jeff and Tam for all your effort that you put into this trip every year! We look forward to next year already! Plus we will have baby boy Hubbard with us next year as well!!! We can't wait for that!!

The next weekend, the kids and I went to Island Park with my dad and stepmom to the cabin! My dad took Jaxon and my two new step siblings 4 wheeling on Saturday! Jaxon loves anything with a motor! Just like my dad! On Sunday we took the boat out on the lake for some tubing! It took some convincing to get Jaxon out there but when he did he LOVED it. Kade said that Jaxon kept yelling "This is freakin awesome". I think you can actually see him saying that in the picture. Sophie sat with Teyler on the tube for a minute but as soon as they started moving she was ready to get off. Thanks to Dad and Maria for the summer fun!!

We have celebrated numerous friends and families birthdays over the summer as well! I love birthday parties, especially kid ones!! My girlfriend, Jess, did the CUTEST candy themed birthday party for her little Gabi, one of Sophie's besties! SUPER CUTE! Sean also turned 33 this year a couple of weeks ago! We are getting ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary on the 26th of August! Time sure flies! Jaxon is growing up so fast. He just lost his first official tooth, not counting the one that had to be pulled after a bed jumping accident several years ago. He is looking forward to a visit from the tooth fairy tonight! He will start the 1st grade next Monday! This summer he has kept busy with baseball, bike riding, Pokemon, and playing with friends! He would be the most happy having something to do 24-7! Sophie will start her new preschool class on Monday! She is excited to be "big"! She enjoyed swimming lessons this summer! She will also begin her second full year of dance today with ballet and tap classes. She loves to dance and sing!

We have had a great summer and look forward to many upcoming events this fall and winter! Sean's sister, Lacey, is getting married in October. His other sister, Charish, is having a baby boy in November. My mom is taking us to Disney World in December!! WOO HOO! Our lives are never dull!

Sophie's Spring Dance Recital!

This weekend Sophie performed in the Spring Recital for Studio One. She did a western dance called 5,6,7,8! She showed no stage fright what so ever! She rocked out like she had never done before! I was so proud of my little performer! I think she has a future on the stage!

Graduation!!

My little baby boy Jaxon is graduating from Kindergarten! He has grown and matured into such as sweet, smart, loving, creative, adventurous child! He will always be my baby and he is still a mama's boy! He told me the other day that he was going to live with me even when he grows up to be a dad and gets married. Maybe then he will sleep in his own room finally! LOL! This week he graduated from his Koala Kids Academy Kindergarten program which he attends in the morning and after his afternoon public school kindergarten program. These are the pictures from that graduation celebration. Next week he will graduate from his public school kindergarten program. More pictures to follow from that!!

Sophie's 3rd Birthday!

Sophie turned 3 this year! I can't believe it has been 3 whole years since I was pregnant with her! Time sure does go by too quickly! Sophie is turning out to be very smart and sweet with just the right amount of sass! She loves anything girly! I thought that I liked clothes and shoes and makeup, but she enjoys them even more than I could have imagined. This year she chose Barbie as the theme for her party! I have to admit that I probably played with Barbies until I was way too old to do so! SO I was thrilled to indulge in my inner child! Sophie and I have spent many hours playing with her Barbie Dream Townhouse!! It is way cooler then mine was as a child!! But I am not the only child at heart because Sophie gets to play Barbies with her grammy every time she goes to visit and I think grammy has even more fun then Sophie does!!
