Event May 2008

Event Draw up

A description of monster drop will be given out to the participating members. Members are then to collect 20 of each monster description and trade the event master. During the trade, the event master would ask a simple question and if the participating member get the answer right, he / she would be declared as the winner.

Event Rules

1. This can be an individual / team event
a. In the case of a team, the team should consist of not more than 2 members and one of the members should be a hunter / xbow or a ranger / sniper.
b. This event is open to all members that bear the SEAGuild name below their ign.

2. All participating members are allowed to use their speed items / scrolls / teleporting rocks or any items that can allow them to gain advantage over other participating members. However, all movements of the participants will be monitored.

3. All participating members are not allowed to private message the event master in the light that they forgotten the description of the monster drop. It is the duty of the participating member to take note of the event highlight.

4. All participating members are not allowed to bend the guild rules i.e. raid map / ks / spew out vulgarities. If they are found to do so, they will be a nub for 3 weeks. o_o

5. All participating members are NOT allowed to change channel. This is to ensure that all competition is valid and members can build great sportsmanship. Though not in the same team, participating members can help their guild mates if they want to. If any participating members are found to change channel for some irrelevant reason, they would be a nub for 3 weeks.

6. All items collected by the participating members would have to be traded to the event master to prevent cheating.

7. To facilitate the flow of the event, this event is confined to El-Nath maps. i.e maps with ‘snow’

8. 30 seconds is given for each participating members to answer the question during the trade with the event master. In the case that the participating member fail to get the answer right, he / she is forfeited to answer again. However, in the span of 30 minutes, they can give all the possible answer.

9. All questions are randomized. In the case where player A failed to answer the question, player B gets a different set of question. This is to avoid cheating.

10. There would be 1 winner for the event and 1 consolation prize.

11. All decisions made by the event master is final and indisputable


Event Reward

Since there has been a number of guild party quest runs, the reward for this event is as stated

a. Winner (individual / team): 1,000,000 mesos
b. consolation prize: 250,000 mesos

ok. since everyone is complaining about the annoying validating email, this topic justifies why do the admin verifies the emails.

there has been serious spams by bots that are manipulating the registration system since it does not require any safety code to be inputted. because of that, we have seen a series of 18SX links as well as, links to keylogging stuff.

The Guild Leader do not need to hear another complain about the stupid validation system that is forcing you to not register for the guild forum.

Only certain admin group can validate the members, mainly the Guild Leader and Robina. most of the time its the Guild Leader cause she faces the laptop more often *somehow*



please read what is writen when you register.



and please do not click the "resend validation email" cause you will never get the email.

So please, when you dont get approved, do not spam the registration. cause it wont work that way.

Its up to the admin to approve the new members. because the Guild Leader is ALSO a human, please dont hope for an instant miracle that your account will be approved because she is ONLY a human.

If any member *old or new* would like the Guild Leader to change her mind on this matter, please, feel free to state your mind. and at the same time, stupid comments such as " Its annoying" or "Theres a problem with it" will get a slap on facebook *if applied*

This is the most recent list of the missing members. the word missing here refers to members who do not frequently login to the game. after discussing the matter with the rest of the active admin and the members, we came to a conclusion that any members who do not actively enter the game on a 3 month period will be strike of their membership. Since we do not receive any payments for their guild slot, if they want to enter back the guild, they will undergo a probation period again, even if they passed their previous probation.

The List will be updated before each server check in the game, since every server check will render the guild list back to the ?? state. after 3 months of the period, the member will be removed from the guild. if in within that period of 3 months, the member login to the game, they will automatically 'restart' their 3 month countdown time again after one month of absence.

the recent uproar, on the decision of the guild leader to remove the status of the advisors from the jr master slot in the game guild has little feedback. this might be due to the lack of notice. however, there would be more notice to come, since there is a small disagreement between the current guild leader and the previous guild leader.

this matter was resolved quickly, but there will be an update on this matter soon enough as the admins are to sit down and have a chat on the current status of the advisors and how they relate themselves to their appointment to their position as the advisor.

another side bar to be noted, our dear member FireHunterer has left the guild and thus, will be stripped off all his moderating rights. Due to a certain misunderstanding and his frequent outburst of anger and frustration towards the guild and the guild leader, FireHunterer has decided to leave the guild without any notice to the guild leader or to any of the other administrating staff. SniperZx has gone missing but we the admins are somewhat certain that he would not be active in the game due to the influence of FireHunterer towards him. However, the stripping of the moderator rank has not been done as his character is still in the guild.

As discussed by the moderators, the probation, not only will it be an indefinate period, it will also be based on their frequency to the guild meeting. this is to take note, to bond the members together. the moderators have arelady weigh the matter as fair and just as possible, and would like the members to at least have a look at how their other members actually look like. thus dismissing the statement "omg i didnt know that AquaNeKo is a girl char" for an example.

there would not be any events for the guild as the matter stand. the guild leader is currently in discussion with the Black Bandana Ministers for an upcoming event that might or might not take it spot here in the game. we urge that the members be patient with the guild. However, as time may go, there would be events held by the guild FOR the members to participate. However, this is only put into works when and when there is enough guild members present at a given event day.
