Christmas Party

This year Matt and I decided to host a Christmas party with 15 of our close friends. It was a blast to say the least. I made yummy treats and the girls also brought over some tasty snacks!

We got all decorated and we finally hung my painting I've been working on this year.

This is my favorite appetizer. A toasted baguette topped with soft mozzarella, Roma tomato and basil....Divine.

When everyone got here I wasn't sure if we were all going to fit but it worked out great!

There was even a Greg spotting.

Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

Probably the best things ever. I made these cookies for my Dad's birthday because he loves lemon desserts. When you make these you have to allow the glaze to harden, so I left them out and went to run some errands. When I came home 9 COOKIES were gone. Apparently I have a cookie thief. Humm...I wonder who that could be?

Art Lessons anyone?

This is our home studio that I use to teach children's art in. The kids love it and the commute is great!

Just Because I love You...

I just have to brag about my cute hubby that works so hard and is so sweet. Yesterday he came home with a gorgeous bouquet of summer flowers and kissed me on the cheek and said, "These are for you , just because I love you." How did I get so lucky?
