Made In Minutes

Hello! It's Made In Minutes day at MyCreativeTime. This card came together super quickly! I used the Stitched Square Speech Bubble Dies from MyCreativeTime to make my inlaid speech bubbles. I cut them all out of white cardstock and colored them with hero arts shadow ink. 

The greetings are all from the Things I Love set from MyCreativeTime.

Hi Hi Hi :)

Hiya! :) I decided to make another card for the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. I used the Space Cadet stamp set by Paper Smooches for my little aliens and the planet. I paper pieced them with Simple Stories papers. They were just screaming for googlie eyes! :) 

I did some stamp surgery and got the "hi" from the Spiffy Scooters set by Paper Smooches. I embossed the background with a dots folder and used the Fun Stitched Edges Dies from MyCreativeTime for my scalloped border.

Thrifty Thursday "It's All About You"

Today is Thrifty Thursday at MyCreativeTime. My "thriftiness" today comes in the form of getting 2 cards out of one masking panel. I masked off my plaid and used Butter Bar, Tide Pool, and Soft Granite Hero Arts Shadow Inks. For this first card I used the negative star cut using the 3 Stitched Star Dies by MyCreativeTime. 

The greeting is from the It's All About You set. And here's my other card...

For this card I used the positive die cut from the 3 Stitched Stars Dies by MyCreativeTIme.

The greeting is again from the It's All About You set by MyCreativeTime.

Wednesday Inspiration

Today is Wednesday Inspiration at MyCreativeTime. I was inspired by the above patterned paper. I made this card super quickly after seeing those potty people in the patterned paper. :) Here's my card...

I used the Stitched Capture Frame Die to make my polaroid shape. Then I used the Stitched Restroom Peeps dies for my little people. 

I used the Stitched Square Speech Bubble dies for my bubble. And for the little heart I used the Stitched Sweetheart Dies. The greeting is from the It's All About You set from MyCreativeTime.

Tag It Tuesday

It's Tag It Tuesday at MyCreativeTime. I used the Tag Dies to create a little tag card. I stamped it with the Cartoon Clouds background. Then I used the Stitched Umbrella die. So cute! I added a face to it from the Kawaii Face Assortment from PeachyKeenStamps. 

Finished it off with a greeting from the Hello Chickie set by MyCreativeTime.

Scooting By To Say Hi

I'm happy to say that my other scooter card I made for my first Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge was a "Featured Player"! I didn't win, but that's pretty rad! :) So here is another card I made with the oh so adorable Spiffy Scooters set by Paper Smooches. I'm entering this into the current Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. I paper pieced it with my fave Simple Stories Vintage Bliss papers. 

The greeting is also from the Spiffy Scooters set by Paper Smooches. LOVE these scooters! :)

You light up my life!

Hello! For my card today I turned the bee from PeachyKeen Bugs Die into a lightning bug. :) That cute face is from the Sweet On You Face Assortment by PeachyKeenStamps. I made my shaker window with the Stitched Chunky Jar Dies from MyCreativeTime. 

The greeting is from the You're Brilliant set by MyCreativeTime. I made the background paper with a dots stencil and neon yellow Hero Arts ink.

Toot Toot Beep Beep

Hello! Yesterday my first ever Paper Smooches stamps arrived. SO CUTE!!! For my card today I paper pieced this adorable scooter from the Spiffy Scooters set by Paper Smooches. I used papers from Simple Stories. 

 I masked the greeting from the Spiffy Scooters set so I could make it longer. I put the cute little scooter on a wobble so it wiggles. :) 

I'm entering this into the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. :)

Hoppy Easter

Hiya! For this card I used the To My Best Peep set by MyCreativeTime to cut out the bunny and for the sentiment. I popped it up over my sequins. :) I stamped the background with the Candy Stripes Background by PeachyKeenStamps. I've been on a matching envelope kick lately....

I used the same sets and did some masking to make the envelope. The address was written in black right over the bunny. :)

Thinking Of You

Hello! The new challenge at Little Tangles is masking. Yay! I ♥ masking! :) I took a photo of my masking in progress...

Ahhh yummy rainbow colors. ;) I used the cloud image from the Just Thinking Of You set by Neat and Tangled to create masks to make my rainbow sky. Then I sponged on my rainbow of color. Before removing the masks I spritzed it with perfect pearls and water in a mini mister for some shine. I spritzed from high above for a subtle look. 

I stamped the clouds from the Just Thinking Of You set with soft granite shadow ink in the areas I masked off. I really love how this looks! :)

The greeting is also from the Just Thinking Of You set by Neat And Tangled. I finished it off with my favorite Crystal Clear sequins from Neat And Tangled.

Thrifty Thursday with a sketch

Hello! It's time for another Thrifty Thursday at MyCreativeTime. This time we have the above sketch to follow. I made 2 very simple cards based on the sketch. Here is my first one...

For this card I stamped the little bulbs from the You're Brilliant  set inside of my cut out window. 

The greeting is also from the You're Brilliant set. And for my other card, I flipped the sketch on the side....

For this one I also used the You're Brilliant set for the bulb and the greeting.

Whatever Wednesday

Hiya! It's Whatever Wednesday at MyCreativeTime. Today we make whatever we want. :) For my card I started by masking off some stripes. I used Navy Hero Arts Shadow ink to add the color. I created a little shaker window and filled it with sequins. 

I stamped the sentiment with the same Navy ink. The sentiment is from the Chocolate Greetings set by MyCreativeTime. That little anchor is a Martha Stewart punch. A really simple card, but I like it.

Try Me Tuesday *Masking*

Hi! It's Try Me Tuesday at MyCreativeTime. Today we are all trying masking. For my card I cut a bunch of flowers from Post-It Craft paper using the Flower Petals Dies by MyCreativeTime. These became my masks. I placed them on my card panel how I wanted, and then I used the Lattice stencil from Heidi Swapp to add color over top. Believe it or not, I used Picked Raspberry distress ink...I then removed the stencil and sprayed over it with squeezed lemonade distress reinker and water in a mini mister. I wanted to get and orangey/bleedy look. It worked! SCORE! :) I also sprayed over that with Gold Lame Heidi Swapp color shine. YAY for sparkles! :)

Now you can see that gold shine! ;) I peeled up the masks and was left with white flowers. I added some stitched to them with a gold gel pen. The greeting is from the So Grateful For You set by MyCreativeTime.
