Welcome Spring Tag

This tag is a DT project for Blue Fern Studios. I've used a Tuscan Window piece on this tag.

I've used some texture paste to cover it and later, misted it with some paints.

I've used flowers and butterflies from Petaloo and papers by Authentique to create this tag.
