So, you'd think being part scrapbooker I'd always have my camera at the ready, but of course last night, Demo Night, I left it at home! But take my word for it, Demo Night was awesome. It was wonderful to see both new friends and old, to be able to catch up with everyone and hear about all the fantastic events going on in everyone's crafting universe.
We also did a few fun demonstrations using the Heidi Swapp masks, which are awesome! Plus having received in the new Paint Daubers from Ranger, I had to use those.
The new newsletter is at the store and the website should be updated this weekend. My tech support, aka my hubby Rob, will be doing his best to get it up and running asap!
We hope everyone had a good time and now the store is gearing up for Shop Hop. It will be a crazy time so be sure and stay tuned. Now I know it's early, but here is my thought for the day...why is chopsticks one of the easiest songs to play on the piano, but the hardest thing to eat with?

Boxes, Boxes and More Boxes
Thankfully Tess offered to work for me this week so I'd have a bit of a break. Of course I was at the shop 2 out of the 5 days! I simply can't stay away!LOL.
Good thing I was in there though since on Tuesday we received 10 boxes, Wednesday our lovely delivery men dropped off another 5 boxes and from what I heard from Jeanne today we received another 3 boxes. She was busy unpacking the new Quickutz order we received with a ton of new dies some of which are the new sized 4x4!
We're also gearing up for Shop Hop which is sure to be a blast. With 15 stores participating and the event lasting for a whole week it is sure to be an amazing time had by all.
With that, my ending thought is why do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in our driveway and our useless junk in the garage?

My first official entry!
OK, since this is my first entry to my very first blog, I feel like I should say something momentous...unfortunately nothing is coming to mind. It's like when you're pressured to finish that album for your in-laws that they been waiting for since Christmas ( of '05) or your friend has just asked for a custom card they need, for tomorrow and it's now 4pm!
I look forward to talking with everyone and hearing comments. Keep a look out for posts of projects that either I've completed or ones that our creative clients have finished. I'll also share techniques that have grabbed my attention.
But, so as not to disappoint, here is my thought for today, why don’t you ever see the headline “Psychic Wins Lottery”? Kinda makes you go hhhhhmmmm.
