National Scrapbooking Day Crop
Friday and Saturday, May 3-4
Location:
SG's former store building, next door to our current location, with seating for 70
(The
buildings do not connect. To shop and to take part in other NSD store
activities during the crop, you will need to walk down a ramp or down
stairs to get to SG.)
$75 fee includes the following:
• 14 hours of cropping on Friday (10 am until midnight) and access to SG store until 11 pm
• 14 hours of cropping on Saturday (10 am until midnight) and access to SG store until 11 pm
• seating will be at half of an eight-foot table or a full six-foot table
• welcome goodie bag -- $25 value
• free SG class kit -- $25 value (materials donated by American Crafts/Crate Paper)
• opportunity to take paid classes with Allison Davis
• snacks and drinks in the crop room
• special door prizes in the crop room
• layout contests in the crop room
• access to electricity and wireless internet
Meals are not included:
• many area restaurants deliver everything from pizza to sandwiches to full meals
• lots of great places (both local and chains) to eat within 5 minutes of SG, including some directly across the street
• we'll provide a printed list of possibilities for you at the crop, including phone numbers, physical
addresses, and web addresses
Lodging:
• if you want to stay overnight in Springfield, there are many hotels within a short distance of SG
• a Google search for hotels should give you several possibilities, or we'll be happy to help you if you need suggestions
Registration:
• begins at 10 am on Tuesday, March 26
• only by telephone or in person at SG (no Facebook or blog comment registrations accepted)
• payment in full required at time of registration
