Here are a couple picture of the house! I will have to post more later when we move in, because there are aren 't very many picures she gave me. It is 4 beds, 2.5 baths, and 2200 square feet. We love it, and are excited to move in. We are just waiting to close now.

House Plans

So we are moving to Beaver! We found a house we love and we put in an offer. It will "officially" be uinder contract tomorrow!! It is so crazy to think that we are not going to be renting anymore. I feel like a grown-up! Ha ha. The house we found is PERFECT for us. It is beautiful I am not going to lie. I will post pics soon! I will still be working at Labor and Delivery, but just part time. I have school 2 days a week but I will only need to travel one day (thanks to my favorite aunt letting me sleep at her house). Emersyn has been perfecting her dancing skills. I will have to post video. She is so stinking funny! Scott is enjoying his new job with the county commission. We are so proud of him! I am out of school for six weeks, we are hoping we can close and move by then.. Wish us luck!!

Finally an update!

Life has never been crazier! I am still working full time and going to nursing school. Little miss Em is quite the little talker these days. I keep think she will not be as busy now that she is older but nope... she is still quite the handful. We are crazy about her! We got family pics that sometime I will get around to posting. Scott has a job offer in St. George with Kindred Health. He told them that he has to wait until he interviews for a different job in Beaver. So we should know by the 17th where we will be moving. We are house hunting... possibly going to build (yes I am crazy;) I love my job and still plan to work even though I won't "need" to. I am a little baby hungry so I get my fix through holding other people babies. Because I would probably have a nervous breakdown if I got pregnant with everthing I have going on. Life is great! I can't wait until I get a month a half break from school, just two more weeks:) I will post more later. Scott also drew out for an Elk tag, which he just killed lat week. So we will be posting pics soon!

Life keeps on changing!

Many of you already know... I just got hired on Labor and Delivery! I am really excited. I pretty much want to stay there forever. So I probably will :) I have already started. It is loads of fun, and kinda stressful sometimes.. But I LOVE it! So yes I am quite the busy Mom, working full time, and doing the RN program. But I am hanging in there. It is not as crazy as it could be. I am loving this crazy time, it has made me manage my time way better.

Our Crazy Life!

So I I feel like our wheels have been spinning a million miles a minute lately. We planned to move up north. We had some great opportunities. Everything seemed to be falling into place. I was offered a job as a medical secretary on the cardio vascular floor at Utah Valley Hospital. Scott also had a great opportunity with Wavetronix.
But... on the day we were supposed to "officially" decide to move I got a call from Mohave. A college I have ALWAYS wanted to go to. They basically cut out the busy work of the nursing program and get down to business. I would only have school 2 days a week for a year and a half. That would allow me to be a Mom, and finish my degree :) Plus they have the best reputation for nursing students in Southern Utah. The problem was that it was soooo competitive. There were about 180 applicants for 20 spots. I have good grades but I don't have a 4.0.. So I didn't get accepted at first. But I got a call, I am accepted! I have had a hard time lately with my decision to be a nurse.
I have learned where I don't want to work for sure! But my plan is to be a Labor and Delivery nurse, and then to pursue my "creative mind."
School has already started, my work schedule completely conflicts, I am a crazy Mom, and we gave up opportunity up north. But I am pursing my dreams. Life is going to be hectic, but we will get through :) Wish me luck!! Heaven knows we will need it.

Happy Birthday America

So.. I admit I am always lazy in posting. But better late then never right?? We had an awesome fourth of July! We went to Minersville and celebrated the 150th birthday of the town. We were in a parade with the all the grandkids. Our horse Diablo pulled a wagon. We went boating, and enjoyed time with family. I LOVE the 4th of July!!

Trent and Lyndsi are getting married!

I just wanted to let everyone know who knows Trent that he is getting married! They set the date for Aug 1st. We love Lyndsi and think she will be great for him. I am having fun playing with their engagment pics:)

Taylor Swift

Scott surpirsed me with Taylor Swift concert tickets for my birthday. We had so much fun playing in Salt Lake for the day. Taylor Swift was amazing in concert. I have been to a ton on concerts and I have never been more entertained as I was last night. She had so many special effects and she went up into the audience to sing. It was a blast! I would highly recommend going :)

Scott Graduated!

So I am a bit late on this post but my cute husband graduated from SUU with a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing. President Monson spoke at the graduation and it was awesome!! I am so proud of him :) We have pics.. but I am having problems loading them. So good work babe! We sure love you!

What happened to my baby??

Emersyn turns one on the 25th of this month. I am seriously wondering where the first year of her life went. I LOVE being her Mom. She has taught me so much about myself. She is a beautiful baby with such a fun personalilty. Happy Birthday Kiddo :) We love you!

So much going on!

We have been so busy lately and life is just going to get busier! Emersyn turns one on the 25th! It so hard to believe that my baby is growing up so fast. She is walking, blowing kisses, and signing. It is a blast! She is a smart little girl. Scott graduates in a couple weeks and we are probably moving up north for a job.. Scott turned 24 just barely too! Needless to say there is so much to celebrate!

The Bachelor let down

Does anyone else hate the Bachelor now? I only watch the bachelor and LOST and now I am probably never going to watch the bachelor again. He is such an idiot. The whole time he is playing like he is such a good guy but then in the end he is such a player. He played the I was in love with two girls at once card. Then he dumps the best girl for an idiot. I like Melissa way better. She handled the whole situation well in my opinion. Anyways she is better off without him. I am boycotting the show. It teaches people that you don't need to work through problems. You can just move on and tell 5 girls at once you love them.. so lame. I hate him. Thanks for letting me vent :)

Our Moms' Birthday

Both Scott's Mom and my Mom have the same birthday!! It is very fun.. and a sure way to remember their special day.

I just want to tell my Mom how much I love her and I am so grateful to have her in my life. She is a very dedicated, hard wroking, and inspiring person!

Scott's Mom Bonnie is just a gem as well! She is probably the most kind and considerate person I know.

Puppies, Vegas Baby, and Updates

Emmy is doing much better! She is pretty much over all the stuffiness and coughing. We are so grateful to have our happy baby back!!
Scott and I went to Las Vegas for V-Day! It was a blast. We stayed at the Hilton. We had so much fun at the outlets too! I didn't any pics which I am regretting now.

RSV and an ear infection= misery for all

Emmy has RSV and it is awful! She cannot breathe very well at all. My goal is to not have her end up as a patient on the floor I work on. It has only been a couple days and I am already going crazy! I guess it last 4-6 weeks. So I am going to be spending a whole lot of time not going anywhere for the next while. I hope she gets better soon. There is nothing worse than waching her suffer.

Alisa is getting married!

One of my best friends Alisa Seegmiller just got engaged! I am so excited for her!! She has always been so supportive and understanding as a friend. It is so fun to see her so happy and in love. She has dated Daxton since high school, so it is about time they get hitched. Anyways I am so excited I just had to share the good news :)

Don't sneeze!

Okay, Emmy is kind of a funny little baby. She will start crying so hard if someone sneezes. It is like a hurt cry.. She must think the person is yelling at her or something. Every single time anyone sneezes without fail she bursts into tears and she is hard to comfort. Has anyone else experienced this with their baby??

 

Ready for Christmas next year

 
So I must admit.. I am a after christmas sale-a-holic. I went a little crazy last year spending oodles of money on christmas decorations. I am keeping Tai Pan and Roberts in business. How honestly can you resist 50-75% off?? So I got a ton of stuff last year and I just got done making the rounds this year. My house is starting to look like Pier 1 during the holidays. Here is a pic of Emmy's stocking I made this year. I loved making our stockings! They were lots of work but lots of fun too. Basically I love holiday decorating.. I will have to wait patiently until next year.

This is a picture of our little snow bunny in Yellowstone! We had such a blast with my Dad's family snowmobiling. There was so much snow. All the branches on the trees looked like they were going to fall off. We loved the Worldmark resort. We spend some good time in the hot tubs after we froze outside :)
