TIme for a break

Soo.. I officially survived my first year of nursing school. It was honestly quite complicated after we moved to Beaver.. and with working nights in Cedar... oh ya.. and with starting a business.. and being a Mom to the cutest 2 year old.

BUT I LIVED.. and I actually did quite well.. :) Nursing 2 is considered the "hardest" semester. IT is mostly Medical Surgical so you learn the disease processes of the whole body with the meds that go along with it.

I am feeling very blessed. I know that I have been proteced during my 1-2 hour commutes in snow... and with being able to retain info. Nursing school is T-O-U-G-H.

My sweet 2 year old is talking up a storm. We are in love with her.

My business is going awesome! I am loving it:) I have 7 fairs/shows this summer.

Scott is enjoying his job with the commission and we can't wait to enjoy summer days together.

BIG NEWS

NO I am not pregnant! Ha ha. Our show in Beaver did GREAT we sold almost 600 items in 6 hrs. This brings me to some other big news.. I will be carrying home decor too!! I will order from the same vendors as Rod Works and Krumpets and do it on a much smaller scale.. and better prices!! Here are some items I might order first :)

Polka Dots & Daisies

This is my new company!! I am so excited. I will be carrying hundreds of neclaces, earrings, hair bows, headbands, sunglasses, scarfs, and hats! Best of all EVERYTHING IS $5!!!! I will post more pics of other items soon. Come to my big show in Beaver at Premier Dance on May 1st. I will also be turning my loft into an accessory heaven. So come by anytime if you can't make the show :)

Spring break project

So... I have had spring break from school this week and it has been GREAT to see my family more! I miss doing crafy things so for spring break I re-did this old dresser, distressed it, and added these cute crystal knobs! I also hung these metal designs in my house.. Up next windows! Pelmet boards in damask of course, 96 inch textured dark copper curtains..and painting my bathroom :)

So I admit, blogging has been the least of my worries lately. We have been soo busy! WE moved into our new home! We are loving it! It is soo spacious.. we have NO idea what to do with the other half of the house we never use.. I guess lots of room for kiddos someday. I am super busy with nursing school, work, being a wife, and Mom, and commuting 3-4 days a week. I can't believe the amount to snow we have gotten lately! I will post pics of the house when I put a few more things up! So check this blog in another two months when I finally get around to it! :)

Here are a couple picture of the house! I will have to post more later when we move in, because there are aren 't very many picures she gave me. It is 4 beds, 2.5 baths, and 2200 square feet. We love it, and are excited to move in. We are just waiting to close now.
