It's beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas!

WOW you say? 3 trees? I know! We are totally addicted to Christmas! It is my absolute favorite time of year! I love pretty white lights, colored lights, tinsel..(although Scott wouldn't let me put it up) the smell of FRESH trees...( we have fake)..and I do miss real, but so much easier to leave up for a long time...without pine needles all over...and most of all I love the feeling of the Spirit of Christmas! The boys were super excited to help me put the trees up this year...Notice that they are all undecorated at the bottom....thanks to Blakers! :) He is having so much fun looking at all the lights!

Also, the next post, is from our trip to Salt Lake City...quick trip..just to see the lights on Temple Square..we were crazy...but it was fun!

Happy

Getting ready for turkey day...is a bit crazy I think! I finally picked up my two turkeys...Scott is BBQing them..as is our usual family tradition! And since I waited until the last minute to buy them, there were few to pick from! You would think not,as we live close to turkey farms!! HA! Anyway, been crazy fun time trying to get ready and keep the kidos busy as they are out of school. We are finally healthy as of yesterday, and I want to stay "Fever" free for a while! Poor little Blake...it was a rough week last week!

Yesterday, I had the brilliant idea...to go to Crack Pots...after dental appointments..and boy was that a mistake! After taking forever to pick out an ornament to paint, we finally got started! Nathan had to choose the puppy one, since that is his latest thing, and Matthew picked a very hard detailed Santa to paint! It was quite comical! Anyway, we got out of there in one piece, but next time I think, I will just go and paint, as that is what I wanted to do, was to hlep them paint in the lines and such, but both boys would have NOTHING to do with MOM'S help!

Still no microwave!

Ok, so we still have no microwave, but the oven does work! ;) Due to the fact that Thanksgiving is like, in 3 days, there isn't enough time for Sear's to install a new one, so we get to WAIT until after to get one! Thankfully...the oven works, as we are having people over for dinner here! Scott is BBQing the turkey,and am grateful for that! There are things to be grateful for! I just know that when I get a new microwave/oven combo...I will appreciate the simple things, like nuking my WW meal!HA!

Fried Microwave!

Ok..so I am writing in frustration today...sorry, just how it is on this gloomy tuesday! I am stuck at home today, because my microwave broke yesterday! You would think that we could live without them, but really...we can't in this day and age! I actually had to BOIL water on the stove for Matthew's mac-n-cheese! HA! I know...wambi pambi...call the wambulance for me! :) Just am tired already of waiting for the Sear's guy to come! They are so punctual! Sear's gave me a 8 hour window! How generous! So, here I sit...
Acutally, I did get all my frozen dinners cooked and made..so one thing good! Hopefully my blogs will get better! I think I need some help with the slide-how-to! Everyone's is soo cute!!

Date with the Boys

Here are two pics of the Cutest Trick-or-Treaters..I might add!! Just thought I would share! Ok..still trying to figure this Blog thing out! Can't seem to understand how to upload pics, and make them look really cute! Just be patient with me! Today, I met my sis-in-law and Mom-in-law at the Mall...and boy, did I find my NEW favorite store! Pumpkin Patch Kids, is well, the most dangerous store now for me! I finally found the cutest boy clothes! I went a little crazy, so I will take some pics and show you all, soon! You should go check that store out! heehee
Tonight, the boys and I (minus Blake) had a "date" with mom night. So fun! We went to the movie Game plan, and then to Red Robin. Scott is out of town for the weekend, and I decided I wanted to take Nathan and Matthew out on a date! We had a great time! I really enjoy spending time with them, and didn't realize how fast they are both growing up. It was super cute to sit with them in the empty theater..:) and they said, "mom, can we cuddle? " so they both were cuddling close to me...THAT'S been a long time!

Starting A New Adventure!

Finally~ I have entered a new chapter, in my "computer" savy life...yes, I have entered the "Blogging" World!! Like so many of my friends, I decided this was the best way to stay connected to my family and friends. I hope I get the hang of it! I enjoy reading (wasting valuable time) all of my friends blogs..:) and thought it was about time, that I start one too! So, the Lowry family will try to write down all the fun adventures we have here-day to day...with 3 boys, I am busy busy!
