Family trip to Tiara Beach Resort, Port Dickson

Tiara Beach Resort, Port Dickson...here we come ! My family decided to have a short getaway in Dec 2007 to this popular resort at NS, Malaysia. Great place for families to unwind and relax. I didn't took much pictures as I was busy swimming at the pool.

Adventure & Experiential Learning at Bintan Island, Indonesia

Here's the pictures of my Adventure & Experiential Learning at Bintan Island, Indonesia from 12 to 16 Nov 2007. We tried everything from hiking up Guning Bintan, driving ATVs, paintball, raft building, climbing up the pyramid tower, flying fox and many more. I must say that the 5 days there was pretty awesome and enjoyable. The stay at Nirwana Beach Resort was a great treat. Enjoy some of the pictures I managed to shoot !

Hari Raya Aidilfitri at kampung in Malacca

Assalam 'kum and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all. I just changed my blog's layout. Need some dramatic change. I also deleted all the old messages in my chatbox. Looks clean and spanking new huh ?

Anyway, how's your raya ? Mine was simply fabulous...Alhamdulillah. My family and I balek kampung at Malacca on the eve of Raya after solat Jumaat. My drive up the north-south highway was smooth although there were some traffic jams at JB initially due to heavy downpour. As usual, Raya at kampung is still the best ! The variety of food, the people, watching the kids play the bunga api and fire crackers....phew...there's so much of good things to celebrate your raya in kampung.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

I would like to wish all muslim relatives, friends and visitors Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir & Batin. It'll be meaningful raya this year :-) For those driving out of town, do drive safely and keep your distance with the car in front. Remember your love ones. I will celebrate Aidilfitri at my kampung in Malaysia...will upload more pics soon.

Lailat-ul-Qadr - The night of Power

In this night (27th of Ramadan), the Holy Quran was sent down to the earth. Messenger of ALLAH (Blessings of Allah and peace be on him) told us to search for Shab-e-Qadr in the odd numbered nights, in the last ten days of Ramzan. So, the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th or 29th night of Ramadan could be Shab-e-Qadr. Hazrat Aisha Radiallah Anha stated that Rasool Allah peace be upon him said, "Look for Lailat-Ul-Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadhan." (Bukhari)
