We had so much fun welcoming Tyson home from serving a two year mission in Montana. Kenny and Julie came down from Idaho. Bethany and Matt came in from Ogden. The kids swam and we all ate a ton of food. Tyson gave a great talk in sacrament. Thanks mom for feeding all of us.

Tyson and I hiked Angels Landing on Saturday. It was a great hike. It was hard for me to keep up with him. All of that walking in Montana has helped him stay in great shape.

Lagoon Day

Last week my Mom called and said her school was having Lagoon Day on Wed, and she would love for us to come with her. This may be out only opportunity this year, with my brother serving a mission I have run out of sibling working at Lagoon. Thus no Lagoon Employee day... and I refuse to pay full price ( I would much rather spend the money for a day at Disneyland!) So we flew up on Tuesday night and partied with Grandma Kathy at Lagoon. We had a great group... Grandma Kathy, Amanda, Addi, Aiden, Jenni and Claire! The kiddieland rides were not open so we spent the day riding the less aggressive "mommy rides" as Parker called them. Parker was tall enough to ride "The Bat", which was a lot faster than I remember it! Parker thought it was a BATMAN ride and loved it. We also did all the spinning rides, Tilt-a-whirl, Flying Ace, Dragon...when did I get old enough that I get sick on the rides? :( I braved them all once, unfortunately the kids all loved them and wanted to go again! Fortunately for us, Jenni was willing to take them again. Thanks again for going on the rides with my children , and saving me from the embarrassment of puking all over! The kids loved running through and looking at all the stuff in Pioneer Village...Parker called them the "little houses" and remembered a lot from the past years when Grandma had taken them through!
We were lucky enough to get on the 5:00 flight and made it home for dinner and bed. Jordan had a great nap on the plane...note how he was all sprawled out in the seat, with he legs over the arm rest and in the isle. The flight attendant was so sweet to carefully go around him, as to not wake him up. Also note in Jordan's hand the little Power Ranger,he got that "treasure" from Grandma's TREASURE BOX (for going poop in the toilet). He loved it so much and carried it around all day, tightly clutched in his hand! So cute !
