Ok, I am not doing things in order here on my blog. Last time I posted it should have been about my anniversary. But to be honest, I just sort of forgot. That's the hard thing with getting married in December. Your anniversary gets kinda shuffled in the total chaos that is surrounding you. We did celebrate it, though. Brad was so sweet and brought me home flowers. Then we went out to dinner and went and saw New Moon. Brad knew I really wanted to see it again, so being the sweet husband that he is, he sat through it with me. I was elated. Him, not so much. It was a good anniversary.
I just want to take a second and say how grateful I am for Brad. I truly married my best friend. You know when you are going through rough patches in your lives, and it can either drive a wedge in your marriage or bring it closer together? Well, for us right now it is infertility. We can not get pregnant, and it has been super hard. I hear of couples not being able to get preg and the husbands won't do anything about it. They won't get tested, and expect the woman to do everything. Well, that's not Brad. He had to get surgery for heaven's sake, and as painful and hard as that was, he said he would do it again if it meant we could have another baby. This trial we are going through has only brought us closer together. He is an amazing support to me, and encourages me whenever I get down. He is always willing to help those around him, and would do anything for Kassi and me. (As I am sitting here typing, he is trying to fix my leaky toilet.) I love Brad more than I could have imagined possible, and I am so lucky to be married to him.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY BABE! LOVE YOU!

Christmas Festivities!
I feel bad cause I just don't spend a whole lot of time on my blog. Someday I am going to print this out and be sad that I didn't put more details into it. But I just can't find the time! Here I am on Christmas Eve, frantically trying to do 50 things at once, and blogging is one of them! So, this is going to be short and sweet.
We love to go to the Festival of Trees every year. This year was no exception. I always go with my mom, my sister-in-law, Heather, and her 2 boys. We had tons of fun as usual. Their fav part wasn't the trees, though. It was watching the dancers. Here is Kassi watching the little kids dance:
Here is Heather, Kassi, and Danny
It was getting late, but I promised Kassi we could go see Santa. So we waited,
And waited,
for over an HOUR! We get up to the front, just have a couple people in front of us, and what does Kassi do? She announces that she has to go potty. Lovely. So the nice people in front of us let us go in front of them. It was a very quick trip with Santa, but at least I got a good pic.
Last week for Family Home Evening we made a gingerbread house. Turned out way cute. Kassi loved it, well she loved eating the candy anyway.
And last but not least is the Annual Clegg Family Christmas Party. Something I look forward to every year.
Kassi with some of her cousins.
Kassi and Santa
Kassi with Grandma and Great Grandma.
Our little family.
I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Thanksgiving, Finally!
So I thought I should post my pics from Thanksgiving since Christmas is less than two weeks away. We had such a great Thanksgiving, and let me tell you, I am SO grateful for my extended family and all my in-laws! They are so wonderful. Since it was my turn to be at my in-laws house for Thanksgiving this year, my mom decided to put Thanksgiving on early. She made the huge dinner the Sunday before. Here are some pics.
My cute mom!

Pics of everyone eating!
Then on Turkey Day we headed over to the Clegg home. Here are some pics from there.
Kassi enjoying her dinner.
So fun! Food, family, parades, dog shows, food. What's not to love?
Hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving!
