080612: Task for Adik

Anyone remember the guestbook ideas I have shared in this blog long long ago? Those who are forget can open the three posts by clicking here, here and here. At first, I planned to make cards (idea number 2) or the tree (idea number 7). However, I find out polaroid (idea number 6) is quite interesting after seeing the polaroid guestbooks (idea number 1 + idea number 6) accidentally in internet. The spirit to have a polaroid guestbook on my wedding increase when I went to my friend's wedding last weekend. I persuaded my only younger sister to help me capture guest's picture and put it in the book. In other word, I want her to take care of the guestbook booth. She rejected my request every time I persuaded her to do so. Huh. -.-" I started feeling that the idea will not happen until last Monday, she suddenly offered to make the whole guestbook booth decorations including the guestbook. Yeay! 

Em, before I delete all the card as guestbook decoration ideas, I wanna share them with my friends here. =D I love all the ideas. But reading the notes only can make me bore easily. The photos and  guests' action insyaALLAH can keep me fresh til the last note. Haha.

070612: Floor plan solemnization

As I mentioned before, there will be no pelamin on my wedding. However, after calculating my period here, I discussed about it with mak. As we do not want to take any risk, then we decided to change the solemnization venue from masjid to our home sweet home. So, we will have a minimalist and simplest pelamin insyaALLAH. I have already studied and googled the floor plan for this event. I wanna share some of the floor plans here. I hope it can be a reference to bride to be who will have the solemnization event at their house as well. =D

I love all three floor plans because the photographer capable to capture the bride and bridegroom in a single shot. Oh ya! I have linked all photos here to the owners' website. Actually the floor maps above are only can be used as a guidance. We need to modify it according to our home spacious, interior design and so on. Emmm...Floor plan for my solemnization will be revealed insyaALLAH after the noble ceremony on 23rd August ya =D Assalamua'alaikum

010612: Idea yang direject

As I mentioned before, VIP doorgifts haven't decide yet. Actually, I came out with so many ideas but have been rejected because of some issues. Sobs sobs sedih. So, I would like to share the rejected idea here. Maybe the ideas can be used by other B2Bs. =)

1. Personalized brown paper

Tak jumpa yang boleh buat untuk small amount. =(

2. Delicious cake in jar

Too expensive. It cost about RM7 per jar. I'm low budget B2B.=(

3. DIY brown paper bag 

Inspired from a magazine titled Inspirasi Perkahwinan. Kalau sampai last tak jumpa beg untuk VIP saya akan buat jugak yang ni. Berkenan sangat2 dah ni. Hehe

4. Biscuit

Ni idea mak. Dah la kenduri time raya. Nak bagi kueh raya macam tak best jak. =(

Baru 3 idea kena reject (tak termasuk 1 idea mak yang I reject =P) dah down to the earth. hahaha. Down la sangat.hahaha. Mak dah decide nak cari beg yang cantek-cantek dan lain dari yang lain (kena buat sendiri la kalau nak lain dari yang lain.hehe). So we will keep surveying. Banyak lagi masa. Heee.

030512: DIY Invitation Card

Assalamu'alaikum

Hi everyone! =) Target untuk minggu ni mahu siapkan kad jemputan perkahwinan. Yah. I will print it by myself. Before ni ada juga fikir mahu di hantar ke kedai supaya hasilnya lebih gempak. Tapi bila kira-kira balik tambah tolak kos tersembunyi (termasuk transportation) then I prefer untuk print sendiri guna printer dan dakwat sendiri. Hasilnya may be tak seanggun kedai punya printer tapi insyaALLAH will try my best untuk hasilkan kad sebaik mungkin dengan kos seminima mungkin. Ramai cakap 'buat kad cantek-cantek, mahal-mahal pun lepas kenduri orang buang jugak'. Saya tak cakap tapi orang lain yang cakap. Saya cuma ubah sikit-sikit ja ayat tu. Tapi maknanya tetap sama hokey. hehe. Apa pun, pendapat saya, walaupun orang akan buang tapi saya tetap akan simpan satu as kenangan. Dan titik peluh sendiri untuk big day sendiri sangat-sangatlah berharga. Nanti dah tua boleh lah dengan bangganya tunjuk dekat cucu cicit betapa jelitanya kad nenek time kahwin dulu. Fuuuhhhh kelas kau nenek. =P

Actually, nak share dengan B2B [tak kisahla tahun bila mau kawin] tempat-tempat menarik untuk dapatkan template kad kahwin secara percuma tanpa caj-caj tersembunyi. Menarik tak? Menarik tak? Hehe..

130312: The guestbook idea

Still thinking do I need a guestbook corner? Both my sis don't have this type of corner during their wedding ceremony before. Hmmm. But, it is such a trend lately. Plus it feel kinda of enjoyable reading wishes from relatives and friends. haha. The problem is how IF no one drop their wishes there.? Buat buku tebal ala buku teks tapi tak da yang ringan tangan. Gulp.Extra sadis when no one pun go to the corner. Oh noooo!!! Do I look so pessimist? huhu. Will discuss with mak dulu la (ni ja la format jawapan kau. huhu) 

For me this is not my wedding ONLY. But also my parents' feast. Most of the guests will be our relatives and their friends as well. So I don't like to make any decision by myself.Ya sometimes it become sooo complicated and difficult cause different generation have different point of view. But I'm trying hard to get win-win solution. Susah? Yerp. Sangat susah but nothing impossible. Lagipom wedding is just for 1 or 2 days. On the other hand, the relationship will be forever until Jannah insyaALLAH. So, Miss Noor Syafiqah Bt Saidun, please trying your best to satisfy everyone's heart. =)
