sweet little nursery

the quilt is finally finished! i think it turned out gorgeous. perfect for our little girl. i love how all the fabrics fit together and i love how they tie all the elements in the nursery together too. this is the first quilt that i have made all on my own and i love it. i hope it stays in my family forever.

bathroom update

mama to be jammies

so... i am seven months pregnant... and nothing fits. and i don't want to buy anything. and i am sick of wearing husbands jammie pants. (even they are getting too tight! eek...) so i whipped out my vintage sheet collection. chose a fabric and ended up with these. i am feeling much prettier in my comfies... what do you think? i used some of husband's pj's for a guide, cut out some room for the belly and put in an extra loose elastic, because i know i am just going to get bigger.

little tent

so... i was blog hopping the other day and came upon this CUTEST idea! i just had to make one for reese, like today! so here it is!

reese was so excited about it that he asked if he could PLEEEASE eat dinner in his tent... how could i say no?

i used an old vintage sheet i had and followed the tutorial... i love it!

a new room

we just finished reese's downstairs room. for all the details visit my family blog bradandsav.blogspot.com. it turned out awesome. my husband is pretty much amazing at drawing REALLY straight lines and then taping them! what do you think?
