Hohoho... it's Christmas Eve and there's a new layout~~~!!! Picture drawn completely with mouse in [and touched up by] Photoshop 5.5 ^^;;. We're gonna have a Noche Buena party-celebration-feast-sort-of-thing tonight, with two families from church! Hurrahhhhh!!! Countdown to Christmas: 1 day!
hehe... i just had a looong chat session w/ mah bestest bud, patdam ! man, it's been a long time. it was really fun chatting on ym. ^__^ i also chatted w/ miko. these two people stay up so late~; it was like 2:00 a.m. there and they were still awake! anyways... the new layout is almost up... give me like 20 minutes... will also update Blue (i can tell that vicky-chan has been waiting patiently for it ^^). countdown to Christmas: 2 days!!!
just a little pluggie: www.google.ca click on the image of the polar bears. it's kewl. (: on Christmas Eve we're gonna have some guests over. hopefully more people will come. ^__^ Noche Buena!!!
This post will be in paragraph-form. ^^ For the past couple of days, nobody's really been online on MSN and YM. I don't know why. Probably because people have better things to do in the holidays. Do I have better things to do? Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows? I really, really want to chat with somebody from the Philippines. It's been so long since I've talked, really talked, in Tagalog with a person my age. You know what else is weird? The people in JCA weren't really that close to me, but for some reason I miss them so much. I didn't hang out with any of them outside of school, yet I seem to know so much about them. That's different now, of course; a lot has changed since we've moved here. Now, it feels like I know more about people I've met in Canada than some people in the Philippines. One other thing I noticed... lately I've been having these annoying mood swings. At first I'm just feeling OK, and sometimes I feel this really kew...

(OK, maybe not that soon, considering you're on dial-up... just kidding ^^) For my next message, go to the place where you can upload all your blog pics (you have to log on first, of course!). This week was OK. Yesterday was kewl. In Math class, Mary-Anne wanted to give me a makeover. So I just let her give me one. :O She put on some eyeshadow and eyeliner. I liked the sparkly eyeshadow. :D After school there was v-b. Since we had to wait for 1 1/2 hours till the practice, some of my teammates and I went to this drama club thing. We did some improv. It was OK. I had to leave early because we had choir practice after that. Our main concert is coming up. It's called Songs of the Stars. Details later. Oh, and BTW, today when I was eating some snacks after school, I saw this chubby squirrel perched on our deck. It was so c...

i feel better about the eternity thing now because i realized that when i'm in heaven i'll at least be doing what i love and be with people that i love and God has a purpose for me in life i should DEFINITELY start reading the Purpose-Driven Life ^^ thank you so much to everyone who listened and cheered me up yoo jung bernadka keira stannoid my parents big bro i am going to try my hardest to be more cheerful this Christmas season it's supposed to be a happy time, after all just a while ago in youth group, i felt so happy maybe it was because the discussion was a lot more interesting the happiness has kinda died down a bit now, but that's ok four days til stannoid's return to the philippines! i feel happy for her i miss the philippines so much~ Lapit mga kaibigan, at makinig kayo Ako'y may dala-dalang balita galing sa bayan ko Nais kong ipamahagi ang mga kwento Ang mga pangyayaring nagaganap Sa lupang pinangako som...
NOTE TO STANNOID: the tag-boards aren't loading in my pc, and i haven't gotten any comments from you/kris on the group site yet. so if please send comments through email or just post in your blog. tag-board.com is offline today, i think.
hello!!! just got back from church the tooth aching has worn off and now i feel like working on my site i don't have much to put on the site though... i could work on kris', stan's and my group website *grins eagerly* that's all for now i really don't have much to say this is what i'm like online... "i don't have much to say, so i'll be going now! cya!" btw, here's a list of food items that i used to dislike but now like: - potatoes, and more specifically, MASHED potatoes [now i like them so much!!!] - oreo cookies [i can stand them now ^^] - mangoes [my parents said that i used to hate mangoes... i wonder why? they're good!!!] - caldereta [i only like it because of the potatoes that are in it =9] et cetera, et cetera... thank you for reading this post hope you have a good day! God bless!!!
Here's a poem I made up, inspired by the fall scenery just outside our house... Maple Leaves Maple leaves Yellow, gold Plastered on The sidewalk old Gliding under My school shoes Following The path I choose Maple leaves Orange, red Once had life Now are dead Auburn yellow On dark wood Swaying, fraying As they should Maple leaves In the cold Have a story That's untold Yet no one knows Their tale of yore So leave them be And ask no more Maple leaves Fiery, bright Falling in The autumn night Trampled, crumpled Shook till worn And that's why they look so torn Maple leaves In all these years Still stand strong And shed no tears We should too There's hope in store...

WARNING : this is a long post! read at your own risk! I'm gonna blog in point form again! xD Busy busy week... here are my afterschool activities... First of all, last week our Religion teacher assigned us this groupwork comic it was supposed to be GROUPwork but my groupmates didn't do anything so i ended up doing everything -_- since i was the artist in the group next time i'll pick groupmates wisely T_T monday was the first v-b tryouts but nobody was cut tuesday after school we had Padre's Pot club every friday, donations from the school are collected and given to charities this collection is called Padre's Pot and the club makes sure everyone knows where the money is going it's a way to get community hours :D after that we had choir rehearsals my voice was kinda broken because i wasn't getting enough sleep lately and i think a classmate was spreading the cold/cough disease o_O wednesday, our Religion teacher gave us ANOTH...
Half day! Yay! had tryouts this morning at 7 am i thought i was gonna be late, but i wasn't met Keira in the changeroom it wasn't my best performance but i guess it was ok the teacher made us do volleys, bumps and serves the thing is, she preferred overhand serves and i can't do that >_ Anyways... we took up the answers in the literacy test why do we have to take up other people's answers for the OSSLT, anyway? don't teachers check them in gr. 10? it's probably to help us learn more about it we had a quiz in gym, about aerobics used graphing calculators in math class i felt sleepy then coz we had to climb the stairs from the first floor [gym, basement] to the third floor [math] it always makes us tired ^^;; after that i had to run to my locker [on the 2nd floor] to get my IT binder it wasn't on the way and i was hoping that i wouldn't be late for IT thankfully, i wasn't we drew our houses' floor plans on AutoCad i ...
This is a cool website... http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal ... it has really cute games and music that makes me nostalgic (kind of like FF9 music does ^^;;) Um... not much... my head hurts a bit... I drenched it in Pak Fah Yeow (white flower)... lol... I wonder if Natalie's gonna be online today?
I'm so shocked so surprised Miko and Rina broke up... what's gonna happen next??? Bernice emailed me about it and now they're with other people It's so sad Two years away from the Philippines and everything changes I can't imagine them liking anyone else Even though I'm not there and I'm really not involved it just shocks me it makes me sad so now when I go back to JCA everything will have changed different groups different couples different faces different things it leaves me asking what will happen next... and makes me wonder if I were there to see it happen, what would happen? what would happen?
Our concert is today!!! Youth Chorus is singing first, then Children's Chorus, then Training Chorus. What we're singing (in order): Ein Hennlein Weiss, Ave Maria, Je ne l'o, There is no Rose, Raking Song, Little Wheel For some reason, one of my fav songs is Ave Maria. It was the first song that we learned. I like all of the songs above. ^____^ Ein Hennlein Weiss means A Little White Hen in German. Basically we're singing about a little white hen with fluffy white feathers. Then she cackles, and she lays an egg. :o Fascinating, says our choir director. BTW, speaking of choir... WE'RE GOING TO ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay! Well, time to get back to homework: Person of Faith for Religion class. ^^
I'm working on my site's new layout. It's gonna be in a completely different format... Today we had an additional choir practice because our concert is tomorrow. It's gonna be our opening night. A while ago, everybody was given Halloween treats. I especially liked the chocolates. =9 Later~
Now this infuriates me. The Brick is supposed to deliver my drawer-chest and nighttable today, and it's already late!!! *maddens* Well, let's talk about something else (something that doesn't cause negative feelings inside!). Today I sent three thank-you e-cards: one for Ate Jona, one for Natalie and one for her family. They all sent me b-day e-cards, so I decided to send them a card too. ^____^ Currently doing homework... transportation thingy... Random thought: Smile! God loves ü! Website work: - new layout :D - manga (ahh - still haven't done anything!!!) - finish Sakura drawing I feel like changing my entire site's layout, not just a little part of it. :)
Right now the cell group is meeting at our house... A while ago my classmates and I met at one of the classmates' house. It was fun. Ü We had to practice the aerobics presentation thingy. Um.. more later I guess... I really don't have a lot to talk about... A friendly plug: Pigs do fly !!! It's only October and I'm already thinking about birthday gifts for people whose birthdays are in November and December. :D
Wondering why I'm blogging on a weekday? I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all the people who greeted me on my birthday!!! A summary of yesterday's events: Morning Dad woke me up and told me that Lola was on the phone. Lola greeted me a happy birthday :D I enjoyed talking to her ^^ After that we all prepared for school. School - Religion class The first person to greet me was Bernadka. For some reason they didn't announce the birthdays on the PA system, but that's fine with me. We did some groupwork about the psalms and discussed emotions - our psalms were about "love". Gym class Monica (Keira) and some other girls greeted me a happy birthday ^^ We didn't do aerobics but instead did some seatwork and talked about a project (groupwork - mini aerobics session). Right before the next class, Keira showed me her finished version of my sketch. It was really neat. :) Math class Did a project on statistics and relationships... our grou...
Today is my birthday!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!! To celebrate, I've changed the layout to a fall scene (photo taken of a place somewhere in ON, Canada). Isn't it lovely? Also, my *new* drawer-chest and nighttable are supposed to be delivered today... plus we're planning on eating at a Japanese restaurant. Kewl! Now I'm gonna go check my mail... and study for a Math quiz, of course. ^^;;
Oooh~~~ My dad has just downloaded Mozilla Firefox to replace the Internet Explorer... it's quite cool, though my blog doesn't show up as well as in IE and the scrollbar colors don't work and other stuff. Oh well, it's fine by me. Homework... Math, statistics. It's quite easy, actually, but it looks more like an English lesson. I'm thinking of updating the version of Blue - a new layout, since it's no longer summer. Speaking of which, on Thanksgiving my family went to this place up north. We looked at all these fall colors. It was KEWL!!!
Guess whose birthday it is in four days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My birthday is also the birthday of Stannoid's mom. And the week after is her little brother's birthday. The week after that is her big sister Kris' birthday. And four weeks after that, it's Stannoid's birthday!!! See, if my birthday falls on a Wednesday this year, their birthdays also fall on Wednesdays. I find this cool. Oh, and I updated Blue . *tee-hee* But I have yet to update some new drawings... ^^;; Later!!!
o_O Does anyone actually care if a blog belonging to Mei2 exists? Does anybody out there care if a person called 2iom posts? Well, enough about that. Someone at my mom's work was giving out Japanese books, and I got one! :O It's entitled "Kyou wa nannohi?" (I still haven't figured out what "nannohi" means) and is completely in Japanese. (it's actually a children's storybook) Though I do not have a single drop of Japanese blood running through my veins (and arteries! lol), I have taught myself how to read Katakana and Hiragana. It's fun translating the text. Ü Anyways... school was OK. Today in Gym class we defended ourselves against the self-defense instructor. As in one-on-one hand-to-hand combat. We wore boxing gloves and foot protection. It was quite fun. ^^ More later...
Hmm... the issue from yesterday's post is still in my head, but I'm trying to forget about it... I need something to distract me. o-O Windows Messenger isn't working for some reason... I wanna chat... Um... I'm kind of bored right now... the only homework we have is to study for the Gym quiz... Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. ^^ In everything, we should all give thanks to the Lord. :D
Ahhh... does anyone read my blog at all??? o.O Anyways... yesterday in Youth Group, when we were singing praises, I was suddenly overwhelmed by the concept of eternity. You know, when you leave this earth, your spirit will still be existent... I mean, it's never gonna end coz it's forever! I found myself worrying about that... you can call me strange, but whatever... here's what my family told me about it: Koks: Don't worry, it's all good. Mom: You'll be feeling differently when you get to heaven. Dad: You've got a whole life ahead of you, don't think about that right now. Bottom line, it's nothing to worry about because there's nothing I can do about it. Anyways, it's a whole lot better than going to hell and staying there for all eternity. O_O And it's also better than never ever being born. Then you'd miss out on anything and everything, right? Still, how does it feel like living forever??? o-o No matter how much I tell ...
Wow. o.O Check out Keira's deviantart account. Her latest artwork is KEWL! I don't know how she makes the lineart and color so clean :O. It makes me want to update my art gallery in Blue ! A lot, OK, maybe all of my drawings there are old. As in they're from last year. My better pics are in beep~ . I'll post new art soon... hopefully. ^^;; Young People tonight...
Heya! This weekend Russell and I went to a retreat with the choir. It was fun! This post is divided up into sections, some of them I will finish later. Pls. choose a subject! Outdoor activities = Tree hugging (Kris, you know you want to read this!) = Food = Rehearsals/songs = Wildlife = Indoor activites Outdoor activities We had a scavenger hunt... some outdoor games... also a nightwalk/hike (it was foggy and dark, the only light source was the moon). It was really fun. Plus we played games like blanket volleyball. ^_~ Tree hugging I hugged one tree on Friday and one on Saturday... on Friday, during the nightwalk/hike, the following happened: Leader: OK, everybody pick a tree and stand beside it. Us: *picks own tree* Leader: The whole forest has a heartbeat, but did you know that trees have their own heartbeats too? Now, put your arms around the tree and listen for its heartbeat. Us: *hugs trees and listens* Leader: Do you hear it? Us: (some) Yes (most) No...
Whoo-hoo!!! Stannoid tagged! Yay! Hurrah for tag-boards?! You might be wondering why I'm blogging on a Thursday. Well, this weekend the choir is going on a retreat, so I won't be here to blog (until Sunday, that is). So I'm blogging in advance! :) Today was an OK day. We arrived at school around 7-9 minutes before the bell rang. I had enough time to go to my locker, though. The teacher assigned a group project in Religion class that's due on Monday. My groupmates and I are planning to meet this Sunday at a library... gotta ask parents for permission first. The project is on the Beatitudes. In Gym class... we went outside for soccer but just as we finished stretching, some more sprinklers popped out and the gym teacher decided it was too hot, so we went inside and played basketball in the gym. BTW, my friend and I ran under the sprinklers and some of us got wet. :D Also, in that period my left leg started to hurt... I probably jogged wrong... it hurt all through...
It's still unusually cold today... no... I hope it's warm tomorrow... Laundry... lah...
Well, so far nobody's tagged... hope that someone will soon... Guess what? I've posted 400 (maybe this is the 401st) posts in this blog! And Blue has reached over 500 hits!!! Kewl! A few days ago my friend mailed me some drawings of my beep~ characters. I'm gonna upload them later. I need to meet with my groupmates online for the project... otherwise I'll have to call them... please come online, please... I really like the paws on this blog's bg... they were made with brushes in Photoshop. Cool, eh? ^_~
Wow, it's really, really cold right now... according to The Weather Network , it's around 13º outside. Now that's chilly! *brr* That means I have to wear a sweater tonight! Right now my bros are watching Inu Yasha. I don't really like the storyline, because it scares me, but I have to admit that the art is OK. Speaking of which... here's some of the animes that I've watched when I was younger, in order that I first saw them (roughly ^^): (T is for Tagalog, E is English and J is Japanese) Magic Knight Rayearth (T), Blue Blink (T), Dragonball (T), Sailormoon (T), Rurouni Kenshin (T,E,J), Ghost Fighter (T), Akazukin Chacha (E), Pokemon (E), etc... Hehe, those were the days... :) Well, I'm gonna go surf the web now. Later.
Yay! New layout! Thank you ever so much Stan for letting me share your account... :D And there's a tag-board too! Whee~ Um, okay, now for the more serious part. We have an IT project on scanners, and I left my diskette at school >_ Gotta go try out the tag-board now! ^_^ PS: It's so cold today. *shivers* But it's not even fall yet!!! :?

fixed the layout

Now you won't be bothered by that white text below... it's already fixed up. Currently working on the new layout for the blog and some homework... PS: I'm really gonna get a tag-board!!! It's gonna appear on the new layout. :)

"First day of school! First day of school!" - Nemo

It's true, it's true!!! AAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! 1. Today is actually the SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL. 2. My younger bro and I are in a children's choir. 3. I'm getting BRACES!!! :O 4. I will take out this layout and save it for the real winter. ^_~ 5. I might be getting a tag-board! :OOO I don't know a lot of people in my new school... but thankfully I found a friend who I knew from my previous school, so I'm not really alone. :) We have a uniform too. I'm gonna take a picture and send it to my good old friend Stan . :D More news later this week... I'm changing the layout again, too...

the new layout is up

Right now I'm chatting with Stannoid. She's gonna eat her breakfast first. Their school has one full week off!!! And just when OUR classes are starting! Noooooooo~~~ Oh well. G2g!

working on a different style of this layout...

... since Boomspeed isn't functioning well right now... plus I didn't really like the background images :Þ. For this new version, expect the theme to be reeeeeaaaallllyyy ___EARLY___ winter !!! Yes, you read that right... it's a winter version!!! Um, in reality, it's not even fall yet, but I guess I got carried away... this one's gonna look very pretty and calm ^^. Anyways... winter here is like half the year, so I better get started! *lol* School in two, I repeat, TWO days!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH~~~ I can't wait! I don't know a lot of people, but that's OK, I hope I'll make some good friends! Labor day tomorrow... Youth Group picnic too... well, see ya then!

end-of-summer visits

Today my bros and I walked all the way from our house to where we used to live. We first stopped by the minimall and bought pizza =9. Then we went to the *new* community center and went to the library. I met two of my friends and Russ met his friend, and Koks met one of his former classmates there too. We looked around for a while (Jiali was looking at HTML books while my other friend was VERY interested in psychology encyclopedias :D) and after some time my bros and I decided to go visit the apartment where we used to live. But before that, we found a Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) machine in the community center!!! (OK, I know I should be spelling it like "centre" but I don't care) Koks was the only one who played (it was $1 per person), and several people watched, but, sadly, he failed. D: Together with Russ' friend (who rode on a bike while we three walked) we went to the apartment. Koks met up with another friend and Russ and I just waited. A little later we lef...

dizzyDIZZYdizzy...

Today I was feeling quite dizzy 8Þ. The other day my eye was - in Tagalog - pasmado, and yesterday my right arm was in the same condition as my eye. It felt tired and it kinda hurt when I tried to lift it or work with it. Anyways... tomorrow the day after we present "Look Into Your Heart" for the third time!!! Gotta remember to wear long-sleeved black shirts. :D

comments are working!!!

Well, now you can comment, that is, if you want to. ^^;; I do hope Stannoid finds her file... I know what it feels like to leave something at school. You feel very, very anxious and desperate. :P I gotta go eat breakfast now. TTFN!

:P

I'll add comments here later... when the blog publishing is better. Right now I'm doing the laundry xD Doing laundry in the new house is much more enjoyable than doing laundry in the apartment!!! School starts in 7 days... Also, I'm planning to meet up with Jiali this Thursday... the meeting keeps on getting postponed o_O. Hopefully everything's gonna be OK. We're meeting at the newly-renovated community center library. ^_^ Yay! Libraries are the best! I don't think I'll sign up for a tag-board and whatever... I don't like signing up a lot. Well, I guess that's all for now... gotta make my day more productive! :)

new layout!

This one took a couple of days... tried practicing my coding using Notepad... it's not the best blog out there, but at least it was made lovingly. ^_^ 9 days till school starts... am also excited about Beijing 2008. ^_~ Plus, here are some excerpts from my autograph book! "Hey, Mei 2 ! (hey, that rhymes!) By-the-way, I just wanna ask really... HOW ARE YOU? You don't seem to be the happy, funky, down-to-earth girl lately. What's GOTTEN INTO YOU?!! (Aha! Kiddin'! Haha!!) Well, anyways, thanks really for letting me... what's this - sign in your... um... autograph, Hello Kitty design, with an extra '© 1976. 2000 Sanrio Co., LTD' on the front, autograph book! (well, at least you know that I'm very, very good with adjectives :) ) So... thanks for being a good friend not just to me, but also to Natalie, (you really keep her spirits alive!) So, keep reading 'Left Behind'! Well, gotta go now! Byee!!!" - Ate Karissa [Interest] Eats: ...

Last night I had a scary experience. I thought I'd added the right e-mail add in my MSN, then it turns out it's the wrong person... o_O so I deleted the contact. :P Natalie changed her blog's look ( here ) and it has a tag-board... now I feel like changing my blog too >_ BTW, it was Bernice's birthday two days ago, Wednesday. Happy birthday!!! Speaking of which, I had a dream last night that seemed very real... my classmates (as in the whole class) from JCA visited me in Canada, and we had fun and all, but then they left :(. It's always like that... I'm getting lonely :O... I miss them terribly... it's probably because just before I slept last night I read my autograph book... *feels blue* I'm definitely gonna change my blog's layout... divs and tables... practice in coding for me!

website update!!!

Yay, I *finally* uploaded my website !!! Victoria has been waiting for a beep~ update for ages, and Kris wanted to see her drawings there... well, their wishes have been granted ^_^. Oh yeah, I have to update the guestbook to match the site ^^. Please visit Blue!!! Click here ! Thanks!!!!!!

Miko's birthday, Olympics, Left Behind and more...

First of all... it was my friend Miko's birthday two days ago (Sunday, August 22nd). Happy birthday!!! (I drew a picture for him as a gift) Secondly... Olympic update! It seems that the Philippines doesn't have any medals yet... Canada has another gold and another silver! And China is in second place total... nooo~ :O Also, here's "a dream come true" (says Kris): Judd and Vicki's wedding !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *lol* After all this time... they actually get married! ^_^ I'm getting closer to a Blue update! I just need to take a picture and upload one last guest art. This may be my biggest update yet! 2 more weeks until school starts... I already got my uniform, and we just bought my new school shoes today. :D There should be an orientation one week before school opening, but I don't know when. :( But as for now... hurray for the Olympics!!! *roots for China and Canada*

odor attack!!!

"Last night as we were going to bed, Koks suddenly caught a whiff of some offensive smell. Soon the whole family was awake and trying to find the source of this smell. It seemed like it came from outside. The stench would die down for a moment but then pick up again. Dad then called the natural gas company, and an inspector arrived. It was around 2:00 a.m. then. The inspector and my dad went around the perimeter to see if there was a gas leak. The sensor picked up nothing. The inspector said he was 99.9% sure it was not natural gas but a..." OK, the above paragraph was a practice in writing. :Þ It's a true story, though; the house still smells right now. It happened last night. Guess what the inspector thought it was? S K U N K ! ! ! Well, we had no idea how skunks' gas smelled like... I sure hope it's just that and nothing dangerous. :O Koks said that even if we washed our clothes the smell would still be there. : Website Progress!!! You can expect...

cool new blogger bar!

It's definitely better than the old advertising bar :P. Anyways... my penpal says that some of the emails that I forwarded her had viruses. :( Well, normally I don't "forward" messages; I copy and paste them onto new emails. I extremely dislike viruses. >P I sure hope our computer doesn't have one. Friday again !!! Time sure is fast! Oh yeah, I got a new desk! Yay!!! I need a desk to do homework ^^ (for the upcoming school year(s)). We'll assemble it tomorrow. Hurray for new furniture!!! Stannoid keeps getting avatars for me in Neopets . Thanks, Stan!!!

these pop-ups are very annoying!!!

I don't know why, but the Google toolbar isn't blocking the pop-ups. D: Once I open a window, boom, three new windows come up. :( BUT, good news, Mom picked up my uniform today! Yes, I'm gonna have to wear uniforms again !!! Well, it's OK with me since I don't have to worry about what to wear everyday! :Þ

:D

{tian wei she me lan} (why is the sky blue?) {zao wei she me lü} (why is the grass green?) {she me shi yue liang fang guang} (why does the moon shine?) {she me shi tai yang wun huang} (why does the sun [shine]?) {hua wei she me xiang} (why is the flower fragrant?) {niao wei she me zhang} (why does the bird sing?) {she me shi ren huo shi you shi chang} [something about people] (I don't know how to show Chinese characters on the internet, so I'll just leave the han ying ping yin.) This song is called "Why is the sky blue?". And the reason why the sky is blue is because that's the way God wants it! Which is what the second verse says! (but I didn't put it here) Also there's the han ying ping yin (how it's pronounced) but it's not exactly right because we studied this about 3 years ago and I don't remember everything. It's still a good song nevertheless. ^_^

15 days to go...

... until school starts! What-?! Half a month only?!?! Wow, that sure is fast :O. The KidsGames closing ceremonies were held at SkyDome. The Blue Jays (sadly) lost to the Orioles... and they were leading in the 3rd inning!!! It's weird. KidsGames, overall, was very fun... I met new friends and did a lot of stuff (my favorite was crafts, of course!). And of course, we learned stuff too... about apostle Paul. ^_^ Right now I'm doing the laundry... I've got a lot of stuff to do... The Olympics are underway!!! I'm rooting for China *^_^* lol... I am, after all, half-Chinese... they're very good in synchronized diving. That's all for now... gotta blast!

chat???

Stannoid and I set up another session for chatting, and she's supposed to be online right now... it's 11 a.m. here and 11 p.m. there... where could she be? Is she already asleep? Did she forget?! I already posted a comment at her blog, and when I checked my mail I didn't find anything new from her.

sleepover?!

Currently Koks' two friends (our churchmates) are over, and apparently a sleepover is in session. :O They just ate a lot of chips, too. :Þ KidsGames is really FUN! I just finished my assignment - a newspaper report about the program. Hope it's gonna turn out fine tomorrow. ^^;; We're going to the SkyDome on Sunday to watch the Blue Jays play against the Orioles! Wahoo~! (- Kris) Speaking of which, we've decided to redo our website layout (our group one). We're all creating characters to represent ourselves... now what should I draw...? OK, bed time!

chatting with stannoid

Wow. Stan's posted up a lot of stuff about her "busy life"... right now she doesn't have any classes (and the next day too). So... tomorrow we have KidsGames at the church where Mom works... I hope it's gonna be OK. ^_^ On Thursday we're gonna have puppets again!!! Whoo! Now that we're in our new house we can just walk there instead of getting a ride! :D

our vacation was so much FUN!!!

Yay! We just got back from Ohio. We did TONS of stuff. First of all, we stayed at my aunt's house (mom's cousin). It's ENORMOUS!!! Their backyard could easily swallow our own house, for that matter (but unfortunately I didn't get to go to the backyard D:). My aunt has three kids (our cousins) and they are CUUUTEEE~ They speak Tagalog (actually, childish Tagalog) =D so we had to talk in Tagalog to them. ^_^ They also sometimes copy what you say, and they say it really funny. My brothers and I constantly gave them piggyback rides. Here is what would happen: Cousin: "Gusto ko sakay!" - or - Us: "Gusto mo ba sakay?" Them: "Gusto!" Also, we went shopping (and bought a lot of clothes :O) and went to PARAMOUNT'S KINGS ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!! It is JUST LIKE PARAMOUNT CANADA'S WONDERLAND and even has a few of the same rides! We rode some pretty thrilling ones. ^^ And... I played Whac-a-mole - again! And I won a teddy bear! I picked ...

ohio gozaimasu!

Currently posting from Ohio... hehehe... Auntie Judith left two days ago, and on that same day we drove to Ohio. Not much to say, g2g! PS: I used my uncle's laptop when I typed that ^^.
I know I should spend my time wisely, but what should I do? I can do devotionals and fix the boxes... but then what? ~ go and soar with your wings of blue ~ (light orange) I wonder which pastel color would go best with a dark green background.

nooooooo~

Stan was waiting all night for me to come online! I was up last night until 3:45 a.m., you know, so I needed my beauty sleep. :Þ Anyways, Auntie J's here and her flights were cancelled and delayed (one of the planes even got hit by lightning and that's why it was cancelled :O) so she arrived at around 2, I guess. Umm... I won't be able to chat with Stannoid until next weekend >_ Oh, and do you want to know why I stayed up instead of slept? I'll tell you the details tomorrow. I was doing a top-secret project. :D

kYaAa~

A.J.'s flight was cancelled, and so she's taken another flight and will arrive in the wee hours of the morning :O. Just testing out colors (light blue). (light green) (light yellow) (light peach) (light pink) (light purple) Pastel colors are so nice~! (light red)
OK, I was visiting www.hww.ca , and I was looking for this certain type of bird. I used to see it all the time when we used to live in the apartment; it's black all over with red shoulders, and the sound it makes is unique (but I can't put the sound into words). I couldn't find it in that website, but I wanna know what it's called... hmm... :(

an exciting day!

Oooh, I got my pictures developed!!! Finally!!!!!!! There are two good things that are happening today: My brothers' beds are being delivered Auntie Judith is coming!!! I'd forgotten to mention Auntie J's arrival... it's today.

lah... uneventful

Yay! Stannoid commented on my blog! The first ever comment on my blog!!! *is joyfully dancing around in her head* Today is very uneventful... except for the fact that I'm getting my developed pictures today!!! *happiness* These pics contain: trip to North Carolina (which was more than a year ago, LOL), the French fashion show (hehe)... and... I forget. (note that I used "forget" instead of "forgot" - that's the phrase that my friends use) Right now my bros and their friends are playing Mario Brothers Melee... or something. Sounds fun, but I don't think I'll be able to play too, considering the number of boys upstairs. ^^;; And about the entry below... I guess I was being kinda selfish and, er-shall we say "overdepressed" about the whole situation... What else...? Lots more work for my site... Victoria's waiting for updates...

e-mail from the Philippines...

... it always makes me sad. Why? I miss my friends, and I know that they'll change, everything will change, while I'm away. And now I'm not up-to-date with stuff... you know? The worst part is the possibility of friends forgetting you... now that's sad. :( If I sign up on Friendster, then I'll be able to see my classmates' pics. Should I? o-o

Oooooh... o_O

Hey, lookie~! After looking at Natalie 's blog, I decided to choose one of the premade layouts for my blog... I like this layout. It's kewl! I like matching my stuff with Kris' and Stan's, and that's why I changed the layout. I'm also gonna change a few things all around... Oh yeah, I haven't mentioned this yet... Auntie Judith is coming on Friday to celebrate Dad's 50th birthday! And on Sunday we'll have a party, and right after that we're going on a long drive to Ohio (ohayo gozaimasu! ^^) to visit our cousins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also added a comment on Expressway... the first ever comment in Natalie's first ever blog! :D Wow, her studies are extra hard D:. *feels for Natalie* And about the joint website... on Saturday morning I chatted with her (Saturday night in Singapore), and I've already sent Stan (Natalie) a pic of the layout... I don't know what we should call it. Pipinong Pilipino? Kristanne?!!?!?! Or how a...

excited

Smashing news! Stannoid has decided to make a blog too! Once it's activated, I think it'll be http://traffic-jam.blogspot.com/ . Neat, lah? Also, Kris, Stan and I have agreed to make a group site. We're planning the address to be http://www.geocities.com/pinoy_us . :)

meh?!

I found out that you can only upload images if you're using an FTP-thing. I think. Oh well. ^_^

accomplished

Wha- *stares at screen*   Kewl! Blogger has new options... now my posts are easier to customize!!! Yay~!   Did you notice the transparent scrollbars?! Well, not that there'd really be anyone to notice this blog. *sighs*   Today (and Tuesday) I went with Mom to work (her work; I'm not working yet). I helped paint this banner for KidsGames (but sadly there will only be a handful of participants :( ). I had fun helping out today!   Hmm... it says you can upload an image... I wonder if I really can? Let's find out!

cool

Well, I've been on the comp. for a while, better do something more productive! :D

wake-up-y (like Faith said last Christmas 2002)

Today is Saturday, with no plans so far! Tomorrow we go cherry-picking with our church. Kewl! :) Last night I chatted with Natalie and ate Karissa. Koks said we should chat about more relevant stuff and not about Neopets and childish/silly stuff. He's right. :P Currently I'm working on a new version for Blue . It's gonna be SUPER! Also, Dad downloaded the Google toolbar, and look at how many popups it blocked today: 167 and counting!!! :O That's EXTRA kewl! We just set up the piano, and there's this light switch that actually works on the piano; when you turn it on, the piano turns on, etc. I want to learn Aloha de Chocobo from FF9! Click here to visit the FFOnline FF9 music page. I hope this day turns out to be productive!!! ^_~

refreshed

Whoo~! Just got back from camping, and guess where I'm posting from??? OK, maybe you don't know, and maybe nobody's reading this, but who cares - we've MOVED!!! So now I am sitting down in the basement (BASEMENT!!! Can you believe it?!) of our new house! Yay! *runs around in circles while doing the chicken dance* Camping was fun, although there were only 2 families, including us. We camped at this place called Tranquil Acres Camping. (I must admit that their washroom facilities were excellent! =D) We went to Ottawa yesterday, too. It was fun and cool! Learned a lot of neat things... we were also supposed to go to the Hershey's chocolate factory in Smiths Falls, but we didn't have enough time. =( Anyways... we went to Jones Falls Lock too and saw how the people used locks to control the flow of the canal... kewl!!! This was our first time seeing boat locks, and we were like "o_O??? where's the falls?" Then we see a part of the lock which is li...

clean! ^_^

I just took a bath, so I feel wonderfully clean and fresh. :P Chatting with Stan and Kris on MSN is FUN!!! A fun way to spend the time when you're bored during summer vacation. Not that I'm bored though; there's lots of things to do when you're moving!!! I'm beginning to miss my friends already. :(

kind of sleepy

Graduation yesterday. First I had my makeup done, then my updo (which was kewl with glitter!) and then we went to the... er, place where the grad. was held! I got the Language Arts award!!! Yay!!!!!!! My friend got two awards, while another girl got three! And the valedictorian was actually quite unexpected. She sat right in front of me, too. :Þ After all the formal stuff, we took some pictures and I hugged some of my friends goodbye. =( One of my classmates is moving to Texas soon, and who knows when we'll ever see each other again. O_O But then... THE DANCE!!! We ate some pizza, fries and chicken [nuggets] and drank pop. This was actually my first dance, and my friends (who are girls, no duh) and I danced to the music! ^_____^ We only danced the fast songs though; we kinda backed out during the slow dances. And no, I didn't dance with a boy. ^^;; I was SOOO sleepy when we got home. I woke up around 8:30 today, meaning I have to get more sleep. Unfortunately, the Inte...

tired

Whoo! Just got back from Ontario Place! It was very fun, but not nearly as fun as Wonderland! My friends and I rode on many several different rides, and I was planning to go to the water park, but decided not to. We did get wet though; we rode this log ride thing... I forgot what it's called, but it was OK. New York Fries is like the best. ^_____^ I bought some in Wonderland and I bought some today. Yuuummmyyy~~~! Now my whole body is tired from all the walking and boat paddling... o-o Still have to go to this choir orientation thing... hope it won't take long. Grad. tomorrow! AHHHH!!!

suntanned but good

Happy Father's Day!!! Today after the Sunday service our church went to the nearby park to have Father's Day celebrations... and although we had to pay for the food (proceeds go to the missions trips this summer) it was fun! We had several games, and everybody had a good time. :) Oh yeah, I wore my new shoes, and they got some mud on them, but I'll brush them with an old toothbrush to clean them out. ^_~ Tomorrow we go to Ontario Place, and then the day after that is graduation... Look at this new smiley: ~_~ Oooh, cool!

happy and a bit lazy

I got my new running shoes! They're light blue (my fav. color) and white. I'm gonna wear them to Monday's trip. Last day of school is on Tuesday... and graduation as well! No more academic projects for a while, but they'll be replaced with personal projects. Also, I'll be posting from our new house. :D

cheerful

I'm gonna get new running shoes! Hurrah for new shoes!!! My poor old ones are about 2 years old and were lovingly worn everyday. Fortunately, they lasted a long time. Unfortunately, now they're all broken. ^^;; Stannoid got me two new avatars in Neopets ! She got me the plushie nova one and - get this - the FAERIE QUEEN DOLL one! That avatar is sooo expensive and so hard to get! Stan says she borrowed one, and for a huge amount of money too. I never knew she had so much money. FFIX music is so nostalgic and homesick-ifying! Want to listen to some ? ^_~

full

Just ate a late breakfast. =9 No homework (duh), but I have to work on drawing pictures for my school friends. ^^;; And no, I haven't finished the Yuna pic yet. I haven't worked on it since... I can't remember! Last night (no, make that LATE last night) we watched this Discovery Channel program about this kid hacker who caused problems for big internet companies like Yahoo! and E-bay. Very weird. Hmm... nobody's online in MSN. Is everybody sleeping in or something...?

joyful, joyful

[Finally] updated Blue ! My friend has been waiting for the beep~ update for some time now. Sorry about that. ^^;; I'll definitely add in more pictures - I haven't bothered with them for quite some time now! Whoever out there is reading this, you can expect to see pics of my _kewl_ stuffed toys. ^o^ Almost the end of school... I'm gonna miss my classmates and friends. =( ANYWAYS... there's a lot in store in the summer! So watch out! =O We're gonna have some FUN!

cool and collected

The Best Dive Ever It’s not a bird and not a plane And definitely not an alien It’s not Superman either It’s a kid! Flying high through the sky And landing in the water A feat that can only be Done by this boy Clod in trunks, yellow goggles too This little kid is unstoppable His takeoff is incredible Don’t you think so? His jump may seem reckless But his landing is graceful, Splashed in the water Without a noise At last he finally comes through The liquid looks impenetrable Yet he rose up and cheers That may have been HIS BEST DIVE EVER! a free-verse poem (in response to this ) by Rosanne

joyful

Wow, now the Slice and Dice cubes Performance Assessment is o-vah! Time to focus on the fashion show, which I think is this Thursday. Although most of my blog is fixed up, there are still some odd parts to it. o-O? GRR... this ICKY-FYING, ANNOYING pop-up thing is making me go BANANAS !!! *scowls* Well, gotta blast! Mah butz on fyr!?!?!

weird

Eee~ My blog is going fishy again! I'm making a *revival* layout, and I'm currently testing it out. ^^;

nya~

Russ and I whipped up a [surprisingly] light and fluffy batch of mashed potatoes... and I ate up most of it... so now I'm too full to eat a proper dinner. ^^;; I shouldn't have eaten so much carbohydrates at this time of the day. :Þ Anyways... I forgot to ask a classmate on homework, so right now the only assignment that I know of is the poetry project. I've written a haiku, but that's only 1/5 of the whole thing. Stannoid says that in Singapore instead of saying "eh?" they say "lah". Is that true? ^_^ And on the news, Ronald Reagan passed away... he was a good president, wasn't he? I don't really have much to say. I guess I'll be creating a new layout soon. Summer is coming... we're gonna have FUN!

contented

Guess WHAT?!?!?!!?!?!?! We just went to WONDERLAND - the land full of wonder... bread! (just kidding) I stayed with two of my friends, and we rode so many rides!!! We ate good food and played Whac-a-mole (and I won a stuffed dog!). It was so fun that it didn't feel like a friday. Tomorrow I'll ask a classmate for homework and such. I won't put in much details about Wonderland since I wrote them in my other journal. Um, yeah... not much now... TGIF! Thank God it's Friday! And so LITTLE homework... yay! Oh yeah - we rode one roller coaster with our teachers. ^-^

all mixed up

I'll tell you the bad news first. I lost my watch. The Casio one that I had since grade 2. >_ Now the goodie newsies~ my classmate and I won the yearbook cover contest! We get to go on the back cover, but it's still good!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD And guess where we're going tomorrow??? CANADA'S WONDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too bad I don't have a proper watch to bring with me. o_O I'll bring an older watch along. My classmate advised me not to bring money since it's so expensive there. Currently listening to: Village of Dali song. It's so... NOSTALGIC. This used to be Miko's favorite song (before he heard about Melodies of Life) in Grade 4. I used to hum it once in a while at JCA. ^^ Now I wanna cook mashed 'taters...

nyaa!

I knew I just HAD to post because the winner of American Idol was announced! And the winner is... FANTASIA BARRINO!!! Whoo~~~!!! *cheers* Well, in my own honest opinion, I think that La Toya sings better (but unfortunately, she was eliminated), and personally, both Fantasia and Diana are OK. The Sprite commercial is kewl. [show me my motto!]

whee~~!!

Hooray, for we have finished the long-awaited geography presentation!!! I'll see if Stannoid wants a copy of my report. I've handed in the music report as well, but our Gym Dance presentation is postponed until tomorrow. There is a new project - a French fashion catalogue and (sometime later) a French fashion show. Our theme is a secret... hehe... ;D

silly

In Planters Fields In Planters fields the peanuts grow Between the corncobs, row on row That mark their spots, and in the sky The planes, still bravely humming, fly Scarce heard amid the trucks below a quatrain (and a quarter) poem made weird by Rosanne (and her bro) This was based on the poem In Flanders Fields :D

I feel so HAPPY!!!

My dad found this floppy disk that I had used in Grade 5. GRADE 5 . That was eons ago - my last year in Jubilee. *sobs* ;,,,( Anyways, I inserted it into the CPU, scanned it for viruses and took a look inside! I found four things: a zip file containing this Powerpoint presentation we made in class, this file that I can't open, another zip file containing a Paint document (I drew an Easter scene) and a .jpg picture of this "quiz" that we took. (We had to change the name on a birthday cake to our names so it would say 'Happy Birthday [whoever]!') Those were the days. ^^;;

laheh?!?!?!!?

I've switched the archiving into monthly for your own convenience. I did this because sometimes I post only one post per week, and that's a waste of links on my front page. Anyways, people are gonna be bored - it's a pretty long list when archiving is set to 'weekly'. Anyways... I need just a little more research for geog. and I'll have to start on the water filter research. I can't seem to find anything good, so maybe I'll have to take apart our home filter.

fine

You know what? If you type in "Ailes de bleu" in Google , you can see my blog!!! :Þ I have to give a presentation on Singapore's economy. But we have to research also on how they deal with people's needs and wants, and I have no clue where to get that information from! Lots of reports going on lately. {{@_@}} Hooray for the long weekend!!! ^_^ Last night I saw but one splash of fireworks outside. I think it was green in color. I don't exactly remember. I kind of wonder why they still celebrate Queen Victoria's birthday. I guess it's because she was a good queen. I feel like working on my website... I just finished page 4 of beep~ last night, and I just have to take a photo of a drawing to complete the whole update of my site .

blah??!

I'm just posting here because I need a reminder of the websites that I visit for the music report [bibliography]. Here is another link: { Wikipedia } Today wasn't the best day I've had, but it was alright in some ways. At lunch I brought my folder containing some of my drawings. I wanted to work on the Yuna pic, but I didn't draw very much. This was because my friend was interested in the pictures in my folder. I had forgotten that I had put in there my Legend of Stonicia comic (the one I made two years ago), and I let her (and ONLY HER) look at it. To my surprise (and utter delight), she liked it! And someone actually likes my beep~ manga! ^_^ Yay! Finished the geography quiz today... time for me to move on to other homework.

lah~!

This link is for our water filter project (part of the ZoomSci): http://pbskids.org/zoom/activities/sci/waterfilter.html Gonna do some work on Ella Fitzgerald. ^o^ Watching American Idol. I'd be surprised if Jasmine Trias won. ^^ Oh, and my JCA friend e-mailed me again. =) WHOOPS: Bibliography for Ella Fitzgerald: { official website }{ Media.org website }{ PBS biography } Also, Jasmine Trias was eliminated. D: This was kind of suprising, actually, because she had so many fans in Hawaii. I wonder if there's a Filipino Idol? o-o?

happy!

Woke up a bit late today. Should we still do the laundry? Or maybe homework? My JCA classmates e-mailed me! Hurrah!!! I'm quite surprised that they didn't forget me. ^_^ Of course, being so excited, I e-mailed them right back. :P Oh yeah - I'll have to strike out some of the projects. :D WHOOPS: I took off the comments since I know nobody will comment anyway :(. Does anyone EVER see this blog?!? My big brother says I should remove it if no one reads it.

tired... kind of...

Dear Blog, I had a rather eventful day today. Let's start with the events of last night so everything will make sense. =) Last night I had to skip Puppets practice because of homework. @_@ I had to finish the French brochure, finish the yearbook cover entry AND study for the French unit test. Fortunately, I was able to finish the brochure, which was the most important item. I was also able to quickly scan "DR MRS VANDERTRAMP" (for passé composé avec 'être') at about midnight. In addition, I finished my own entry for the yearbook cover. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish the cover that my classmate and I were working on together (I couldn't decide which cover to hand in). So I was very, VERY exhausted by the time I went to bed. Good thing I had a ride this morning. ^_^ We had a presentation (assembly) in 2nd period, then I handed in my brochure in 4th period. I looked at my classmates' brochures, which looked totally NICER than mine. That...

hungry

Wow, the "dashboard" says that I've posted 337 posts on this blog ^^;;. That's quite a lot. Just got back from the dentist... yeah... homework now.

.........

Finally Blogger can let others comment. :) Hope this works alright.

weirdy-ful!?

KEWL!!! Blogger has been updated, and I like it! The colors are excellent, the layout, the everything! Yayness! Also, more homework for 2iom here. -_- Lots and lots of projects, which I will post below. *points* Text here in the text field is no longer Verdana, it's Courier New, I think...

err...

Someone has taken another one of our baskets. Laundry baskets, I mean. I don't know why they'd take it - it was right with the other basket inside the cart in the laundry room. They probably thought it was theirs. This is the second time someone has taken a basket. I hope it wasn't because I went to get the laundry minutes after I was supposed to. T_T We should definitely label our property. Currently watching: Spy Kids 1. It's really good. Russell and our cousins watched it over and over.

joyful

Yay - with a few weeks' practice, IMHO I can play To Zanarkand and Loss of Me just right! ^-^ There are some chords that I left out in the Loss of Me piece because they were too hard to reach ^^;;. Now some thoughts about Inu Yasha. After about 5 episodes, I've grown to like their drawing style. I like the way they draw their eyes; it kinda reminds me of Sakura Wars - the iris is not very round or huge; it's thin and oval. The eyes also resemble Pokemon, I realized, but Pokemon eyes are noticably thinner. The first or second time I watched it, I commented to myself that the hair was Sailormoon style. Kagome looks like Sailor Mars... I think. Maybe just the hair. I think that DragonBall Z also draws hair similarly... Anyways, the dress, the dress - it's typical sailor outfit, much like Sailormoon, too. Then again, there are a lot of animé series that have similar dresses. In terms of storyline, Inu Yasha isn't too bad. The only thing I don't like is the dem...

whee!

I was gonna post in here some evidences of my being an FFfan, but I decided not to. Like yesterday, no one's online again. I might check again. BTW, I use Windows Messenger now because UNLIKE MSN , it doesn't bother me with NEW VERSIONS. :P And now I must do my homework... Novel Study, Science Manitoba Flood questions, etc...

kewl!

:O The table is fixed!!! Whee~~~!!! *imaginarily dances around, knowing well her inability to dance* ^^;; I even checked it with Paint... hehe... :) ... And look at this new feature that I saw from Blogger: Gmail . 1000 megabytes??? No pop-up ads or banners?!?! All FREE!?!?!?!?!?! This is very, very VERY unbelievable. But it's so cool that I prefer to believe it. ^_^ Hoping to chat with Stannoid soon... :D

happier

How come there are popups whenever a new window is opened? :| I hope it's not a virus. I absolutely do not like viruses. Oh yeah - just for my own personal reference: lyrics of Suteki da ne ^o^ *FFfan... XD* (note [or rather inquiry] to self: when did we first encounter this website??? It was back in the Philippines! [we used it for Rurouni Kenshin lyrics... hehe ^-^]) I found lotsa Photoshop tutorials from the links in Ere Serene ... lots of them are pretty, but I don't think I'll be using them for a while :).

exasperated

Grr. After countless attempts at logging on to MSN (we're still allowed), I tried using Windows Messenger, and it turns out that nobody's online! Ugh. Some annoying virus is trying to convince us to switch to a new version of MSN. Why did they have to create viruses in the first place, anyway??? *sigh* I don't feel like doing homework right now. I wonder where everybody is. -_-

miserable

Waaa~! @_@ I wanna go on MSN... *sniff*... >_ I removed the April Fool's thing and editted the projects. No Young People tonight... I guess I kinda feel lonely... sometimes I just wish that one of my classmates from JCA would at least come visit me... but I guess that won't happen...

yeah...

I don't know how to fix the table >_ We're giving MSN a break for now. We might even remove it. :( Last night I found the official Sakura Wars (a.k.a. Sakura Taisen) DVD website !!! Man, it's been so looong since I've seen pics of that animé. *cries tears of joy* If they can have Inu Yasha here, then why can't they have Gatekeepers?! Hmm...

still not feeling so good

There's something fishy going on with the table... the border's not even... I'll try to fix it later.

sick

Ugh... my throat hurts... it started this morning, and right before Youth Group I had a headache along with it O_O... I wish I could go on MSN, but I don't know if I'm allowed to... -_-... Other than that, I had a *wonderful* day... I mean, with the Core Newspaper and Unit Test out of the way too... I really feel like chatting... I'm gonna start drawing a Yuna picture (upon Koks' request). This is probably my first time actually copying a good drawing from a real FF picture... ^^ Oh, and Russ and I saw a snake near the creek yesterday on the way home! :O I think it was a garden/garter (which one is it?!) snake... you know, those harmless snakes... "And that's it for our 9:30 news flash, tune in tonight for the late evening update. This is Rosanne B. for CNN - Canadian News Network." (core presentation)

nice

... And the Good News that I told you about: Jesus is alive ! (just read it for yourself!)

amused

Garapata (tick) - n. a tiny insect or spider that lives on animals and sucks their blood Source: Tagalog Dictionary - click here for the exact page of "Garapata" Angara - n. Edgardo Angara, the person using FPJ in the elections. I do not know much about him, except that he used to be a UP president. Source: This is the truth! Angarapata - n. a result of combining "Angara" and "Garapata". A weird combination indeed. Source: ...? WHOOPS: also for Angarapata : Ang · Garapata - the tick Source: ..... Also, go to http://angarapata.cjb.net for campaign music... hehe... :)

mood? I feel alright

Just woke up... Koks is retelling his experiences with his friends back in the Philippines. One of his closest friends was really funny. XD What else should I do for my website...? I've updated the Info page (but I haven't uploaded it yet)... I'm still asking my friends what they want on their own page on my site... I'll probably work on a new Fanart drawing, since there are so few in that section. There needs to be BOYS in the animé section!!! Last night I watched Inu Yasha. "Inu" means dog in Japanese. Right? It was... freaky. No, seriously. Gonna have pancakes for breakfast...

good

Back from Good Friday service, Puppets practice and a birthday get-together. :) Homework~~~ Hope I'll be able to get this done on time...

calm

It's Good Friday... time to remember and reflect on what really happened on the day Jesus was crucified. I just read Our Daily Bread , and today's content is about the two thieves who were beside Jesus. Some paintings portray that the cross in which Jesus was nailed into was taller than the other two, but in reality the three crosses may have been the same height. This means that the people who wanted Jesus to be crucified believed that He was just an ordinary criminal. This also signifies that Jesus is within reach of everyone who wants to accept Him into their heart as their personal Lord and Savior. But the story doesn't end when Jesus dies on the cross! There's more to happen soon! Be patient, and I'll tell you on Sunday! It's GOOD news! (see - the Bible really is about Good News... ^_^)

nice

Yay! Long looong weekend~! Chatting with Stannoid online... I really like this layout. Did you notice that I changed the title from "Blueness in Stars" to "Freshly Blue"? ^_^ Reminder to self: Badminton club 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday Yeah... more later...

just fine

I'm at my friend's house... yeah... *is on half-day*

fresh ^_~

Nice!!! Now when you open up the archives, the blog won't super-expand. This is a really good accomplishment for me! Whoo-hoo!!! Now back to homework...

full to the tummy~

I just noticed that the image below is too big. ^^;; Ah, who cares. Today we went to a different church for the Sunday service. It was all good. :) Puppets meeting today at 6 p.m.; it's gonna be kewl. I really wonder how FPJ (Fernando Poe Jr.) will be when (or rather, IF) he becomes president. I don't think he's ever been a politician. The Philippines is gonna be really... not good after the elections. Erap was bad enough, and this is probably worse. >_ Just had barbecue chicken, leftover chicken a la king and some potato salad (with caesar sauce and bacon!).

uh... yah?

Image
And ooh~! Which Final Fantasy Melody are you?

happy-ful

Guess WHAT??!!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! We beat FFX! We beat FFX! WHY DID THEY HAVE TO MAKE IT SO SAD~?! -_- It's like... bittersweet. But sad. FF7 ending... I didn't get to watch it. FF8... it's HAPPY. FF9... I have to admit, it's kinda weird... but at least Zidane doesn't DISAPPEAR like Tidus. And oh yeah - Koks got ME to finish it. Can you believe that??? Koks and Russ actually guided ME to beat Braska's Final Aeon, all the other Aeons (we only got 5 in this file) and Yu Yevon, who was easy as pie. You know what? During that place where you have to collect the 9 gem-thingies, (using Russ' technique) we didn't encounter any monsters! :D And do you know how to beat Yu Yevon? Do Zombie Attack. Then Life (Yuna). Not only will the boss Curaga himself, the Life will kill him. He looks like a very weird jellyfish. :P BFA is still hard... but we had Yuna do Holy, then attacks by Wakka, Tidus and Auron... Doublecast Firaga by Lulu... lots of healin...

contented

Cool! New layout for Ailes de Bleu~!!! "How do you feel?" "Fresh!" - Talent's Night at Winter Retreat That's how this blog feels... freshly blue! :) I'm very satisfied with the way everything turned out; it looks so nice, clean and neat. Of course, without Soup Faerie this couldn't be possible.

hungry

Whoo! Chicken strips for brunch! =9 Chattin' on MSN, no school... but I gotta clean up the house :P.

dunno

Hey guys... I've got a surprise for you!!! ;) Read the "me" section of my blog (below) to find out! ^_~

feelin' groovy~ ¯

Yayness!!! Now I'm done with Multi-Dart, so there's only Core stuff to go! Plus there's no school tomorrow because of P.D. day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And on Monday, Early Release day!!! AND tonight, Puppets! Wow, can things get any better than this? Of course. ROCC Young People tomorrow. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you... there's a new person in our class! For privacy I won't say her name, but yeah... she's OK, in my opinion. Now, gonna work on my website...

good

Multi-Dart due tomorrow... gotta work on it soon... I'll eat Pop-Tarts first... Kwi just e-mailed with a story that she wrote. Honestly, it is VERY well-written. Maybe I've gotten used to how people in Canada don't use words as deep as they do in the Philippines. Hmm... If you check the Projects section at the bottom of my blog, you'll see that most of the stuff is already crossed out. Only Multi-Dart left, which I will cross out tomorrow. :) I'll add more projects after I post this.

Kyaaa~!!!

This is a special post. We just had the Science Fair Display night!!! People who get a level 3 and over get to go to the display night. It was really interesting; everybody had really cool projects. A lot of people also checked out ours ^_^. My mouth is tired from talking (and smiling...?). ^^;; Multi-Dart is due on THURSDAY. No school on Friday because of P.D. day!Whoo-hoo!!! Now I'm getting tired of putting exclamation marks. I feel like I'm saying it out loud. What homework do I have, anyway??? Core... Art? French unité test tomorrow... gotta study now.

err... happy, I guess...

I've found this cool website where you can "Teach Yourself Japanese". Click here ---> { ¤ } It's really, really helpful. Also, there's a Japanese to English (and vice versa) translator, here ---> { ¤ }. *feels like using those for hyperlinks... ^_^* My real goal is to find out what my name is in Japanese. So far, all I know is that "mei" (plum) is "ume" and "xiao" (small) is either "chiisai" or "chiisana". I still have to find what "bao" or "pao" (my surname, meaning protection) is in Japanese. Or, "mei" could be "sumomo". I don't really know. But if I'm desperate, then I'll ask my cousins (who speak Japanese). I'm not exactly that desperate. I also want to know what "ice" is... L8z.

hmm...? :)

Good news! My parents say that we won the house that we wanted to buy! HALLELUJAH!!! That means that I'm going to my big brother's school... well, at least my big bro is in the same school as I am. :D Doing laundry... and STILL haven't done much homework!!! What's left...? Science Fair - I need to REINFORCE the periscope Study for French Unit Test - Wednesday, Faites Vos Jeux Balance Sheet - due Tuesday, Asymmetrical and Symmetrical Practice for Integer Test - Addition and Subtraction I think I'm done with the novel work, and I've practiced *a bit* of the math at AAAMath . At least I know the rules of adding and subtracting integers. ^-^ I reviewed only some of the French material, so I'll go review more. I don't have enough construction paper for the big copy of the balance sheet, so I'll just finish up the small copy. Science Fair... I'll think about it.
