by RON WEIGHELL is with my book printer. I've
just approved the dust-jacket proof and await text/interior proof.
I
am currently expecting delivery of the books in around 2/3 weeks.
It'll
take me few days to check, number & pack all pre-ordered copies
prior to posting and I guess I should be shipping all copies
mid(ish) May.
