Happy Birthday Uncle Nate!

We headed to Sandusky to see Uncle Nate for his birthday! 

We went to dinner at Outback Steakhouse and then headed to Toft's for ice cream but not before we stopped to see the billboard.

Ava's Artwork

Ava had artwork that was selected to be displayed at the Ottawa County Fair. 

We found out at the end of the school year ceremony. 

I marked my calendar so we wouldn't be sure to miss it. 

Imagine our surprise when we saw a Third Place Ribbon on the project. 

So incredibly proud of our girl. 

We walked through the animal barns and saw our friends, The Soltis Family. 

The 2 oldest kids were displaying rabbits.

Alice In Wonderland

We were invited to celebrate the first birthday of Tracy's granddaughter, Alice. 

I think it was only appropriate to have an Alice in "One"derland theme! 

It was adorable!

I let my big girl have coke. For that 15 minutes, I was the coolest mom ever. 

Ava was so good with Alice! They had a blast together.

Facetiming

Part of our tribe is in China. 

We miss them fiercely. 

But thank goodness for FaceTime.

Our friends around the world!

Addy recently inherited a globe and has been carrying it around. 

She keeps asking about different places, specifically China. 

So I bought her little tags and pins and we labeled the girls birth cities. 

LOL Beach Ball

I made the mistake of telling Addy that I saw an LOL beach ball at the store. 

She didn't forget about it for days. As you can see from her text messages. 

I took the subtle hint and made it happen. Ha!

She was pretty happy!

Shopping with Anslee!

A friend of mine recently had surgery so I offered to pick up her little girl for a few hours to give her a break and play with Addy. They get along so well! 

We shopped, swam, and had snacks. 

They had a great time!
