Our little Kaila (kay-la) Barrington was born on November 18, 2010 @ 7:02 am. She was 7 lbs & 19 inches. She has lots of hair and sleeps through the night!!! Love her!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the zoo. Persais loved everything and we loved watching her. It was like we were at the zoo for the first time too! Being a parent is amazing!!!

Family Reunion

We went to Ohio to a Mossing, my mom's side, Family Reunion. My mom flew into town and we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, We only took these pictures of Persais playing.


We tride swinging for the first time and she LOVED it!


What a cheese ball!

I almost forgot. While driving there we missed an F4 Tornado by 30 minutes. We just thought it was super bad weather, hale the size of quarters, until we went through the toll booth and the lady was like, you better be careful there is a sever tornado warning. It wasn't until later at my Aunts house did we learn that means a Tornado has been sited and moving along! Super scary. 3 people died in that tornado and lost of homes and property were damaged or destroyed. We are so grateful for the blessing of missing that super nasty tornado.

Playing in Indiana

Shawn is gone about 10 hours a day so when he gets home he spends as much time with Persais as possible. Most he puts her to bed. This night he took her in to lay down and then we were going to watch a movie. 45 minutes later I went in to check and see what was taking long and This is what I found!


Got this pool at a yard sale for 25 cents. Persais was dieing to swim but our pool wasn't open yet and it was a little to cold outside so we totally white trashed it and blew it up in the kitchen. So I decided to really white trash it and just sport the swim diaper!


Kai was getting his swim on too!


Shawn had bought something online and had it delivered so we used the box to store Persais' toys. One day she poured out all the toys and sat in the box and started moving back and forth trying to get it to move! So I found some string, tied it to the box and started pulling her around. She was in Heaven just laughing up a storm! Then she wanted Kojo to ride with her but it made her totally off balance so they took a few tumbles. We figured out that if she sat on Kojo the they could both ride! Good times!

Birthday in Indiana

Persais had ravioli for the first time and Loved it! Good thing mom and dad thought about stripping her down before the feast started. What a mess!!! Needless to say this picture was taken in the bathroom while the tub was filling up!



Happy 1st Birthday!! We celebrated Persais' 1st Birthday here in Indiana. She Loved her cake!

Good thing we stripped her down again. Mess Mess Mess. And yes we did make a trip to the tub that night too!

OUR INDIANA ADVENTURE!

The first 3 days after Persais and I got here we didn't have any furniture in our apartment so the Barrington fam had to stay in a hotel. We didn't mind, just all part of the adventure!


This was our 1 or 2 night here, no furniture,so we're kick'n it at Jeremy's apt.
