sorry for the hiatus... been busy with uni work, and still am very busy with uni work!

pubcrawl on last fri night was really fun, though the pubs that they chose could be much better! but i tried a lot of different types of drinks, and they were all very yummy, especially the blackforrest cake shot, and the fruit tingle... hmmm... i like swish the most though! it used to be bar 109 four years ago, in stamford hotel on north terrace... i remembered, coz that was my favourite last pub for my very first pubcrawl ever with stanns 4 years' ago! and that was a lot of fun too!! and coz they play nice songs to dance to, not the techno ones, but nice sing-a-long ones, like "all the small things" by blink 182... =)

hmmm... still doing random assignments.. but flying off to melbourne on thurs!!! =) but first, have to get through 1500 words to write!! =S

sat was a very interesting day, spent with a special someone who ended up not being very insufferable to be with.. and i actually had fun and a good day.. considering that we were only supposed to have lunch. and not lunch, beach, choc, attempted window shopping, movie and dinner together. so, all in all, a good day! and our excuse was "it's the first day of the holidays!"

as for the holidays, what holidays? mid sem break, what mid sem break?
just so u know, i'm like doing my assignments now lol.........

it was my birthday yesterday, and it was also mid-autumn festival!!! and there were fireworks in the air to celebrate the festival, and my birthday? hahah...
yesterday was also the first time ever in my life where i didn't have a birthday cake and 23 candles to blow out... i just like to have a birthday cake on my birthday since it is only once a year i get to blow out some number of candles on a birthday cake, and because i had no cake, i had no opportunity to make birthday wishes... but i guess, i could still make them even without a cake, and i think i did, when ben told me to stop practising the keyboard and just seek God, coz that's more important, then frantically trying to play the bridge of some song solo...

hmm.. it hailed like 3 times today in an hour. it was very heavy rain, and i was sleeping at my desk once again, coz i was doing my assignment lol...... =)

insane weather.

and it's supposed to be spring.

oh! but even if i didn't have a birthday cake, i had a dinner treated by my friends!! =)
and three books for my birthday presents, 1 bottle of red wine (which i don't really drink, i don't like reds), 1 photo frame, 1 prayer box and 1 unknown present, and 1 potential gift card of the clothes shop of my choice! =)

and FIREWORKS!! =)

i think they're the best invention ever by the chinese... they're so pretty.... i think i can watch them forever.... maybe God has them in abundance in heaven? =p

but then there's that whole environmental air pollution thing about it... sigh....

i found a new karaoke buddy lol!! =)

flinders uni = assignment marathon
i had one (35%) due today, another one (45%) due on friday, another one (40%) next thurs, and (15%?) another english drafting due next next next mon!!! =S

so, you'll know what i'll be doing? doing heaps of research.... =)

sigh...spent like half the day playing diner dash... lol!! such a cool game!! hahaha... now i have to start my crim law assignment that's due on mon, and i wanna get it done before 12am tonight!!! =)
too ambitious? i think so.

today's crim law tute was interesting.... i applied the natural consequence test, but i was overruled by everyone in my group, coz they thought the reasonable foreseeable test was much better.... however, when the tutor went through the answers, guess what? i was right!! and then my group members kind of steal glances at me.. lol!! =) apparently, we need to prove that 3 intervening acts did not break the chain of causation, for which the natural consequence test can prove all 3 of them. but the foreseeable test could only prove 1 of the 3 intervening acts!! hhahaa.. truly 1st years!! read ur law carefully.. please...and don't be so narrow-minded........ and also the natural consequence test was an objective test, so did not need to take into account the accused's mind, whereas the foreseeable test was a subjective test that depended on the accused's mind.. and thus wouldn't the former test be more favourable to Prosecution then? at least i'm happy that i was right!! =)

looks like i'm not gonna have a surprise birthday party this year... i really like surprises...... as opposed to me planning everything.... but sigh... i've only had two surprise birthday parties ever planned by friends... every other year was planned by myself, or not even really celebrated properly, like the way i surprise my friends lol.... hmmm...i guess, expectations of friends have to be much lesser then....

hmm.... if i have dinner on mon... then masa might not be able to join the dinner, and i would have to walk around the city in court shoes... but i could also bring another pair of shoes to change lol... but then tues, i will have early uni,... but if i have dinner on sun, mich might be too tired from church... but i wanna celebrate on sun, coz it's the day of my birthday... oh well.. give & take, i guess?

hahha.. masa can join now... but he's at a bbq now at like 12 midnight lor!! wow! and he's sick too, just like me!! hahahah.... why would pple have bbq at 12 midnight,... that's insane... and he wasn't even answering my questions coherently, so i'm guessing he's probably drunk lol...

ahhh!!! i'm so old!!!! cannot cannot!!! =( But then again, in that gang, only Himali's the youngest.. and i'm 2nd youngest, so what a privilege too!!! =)

hmm, negotiation was really interesting, we managed to get the box and 6%, and 6% was coz we kept bothering the others, didn't wanna keep quiet, wanted sth, and so we got 6% lol!!! and all our client wanted was just to protect her reputation, and that the rest would not know that she was stealing $$ lol!!! so good!!!

interviewing was hahahahah... hahahahha.... at least i think i have a strong affinity with the client, coz he was the defence lawyer who cross-examined me during witness examination competition, then he was my first year moot mentor and then today, he was my client for interviewing.... wow!!!

oh today, i found out that this really pretty and slim girl in my tute classes was a contestant on Australia's Next Top Model before leh!!! wow!!!

hmmm... and this other guy was really really cute too!! & tall hahahaha... =)

the pubcrawl guy was like pointing me and said "pubcrawl, pubcrawl! PUBCRAWL!!"
hahah.. and i ignored him, lol, nicely, coz i didn't know if i was gonna go, m was trailing behind and asked me if i was going or not, i said it depended on v, coz i wanted to have safe transport home..... but v isn't going, so i guess i won't and coz i have an essay due on the 26th and i'm flying to melb on the 24th, i would have to finish it by the 24th!!!

seriously... too many assignments!!! too little time....!!!!

have to go to sleep now... it's getting late!!

and everyone's getting sick, so far m, me, dad, d, j are sick.

i know i said i will resurrect my blog, but i haven't done it yet, coz i just love fb so much!! but the only problem about fb is that i can't say what i truly want to say on it, because if i post a note or sth on it, the whole world will read it, literally, the whole world.. i.e. 313 friends.. whom includes my cousins, rents' friends and etc etc.... so many random pple out there... i mean blogging has many random pple out there reading the blog i guess.. but i don't really think anyone would read this, considering my friends have all killed their blogs already, and so if i don't mention anything, no one would ever know.. =)

the "=" sign on my laptop thing doesn't really work very well, i need to press it really hard for it to register, i guess it's coz all my emoticons/smiley faces all have that "=" as the eyes... quite different and really unique, compared to others who always use ":" instead.

this post is gonna be so incoherent, but who cares? no one reads this anyway =)

when one gets sick, i realised that time passes by really slowly, and i wake up really easily in the morning! For example, yesterday i slept at 3am, coz i was rushing my property law tutorial, which by the way, i did pretty well!! =) and so set my alarm for like 9.30am, but in the end i woke up at 8.30am, tried to go back to sleep, felt like i've slept for a very long time, opened my eyes, looked at my mobile alarm and time's 8.32am... omg!! then i decided i should just get up and get dressed!!!

ohhh!!! that really buff looking quite handsome guy, but he also looks quite not good-looking in certain angles, who i'm sure he's mixed, asian with a bit of aussie somewhere.. coz he has a bridge, and western features, is in my property law tute class!! yay!!! =)

but i didn't catch his name.. coz i was busy ignoring him lol!!!

a few weeks ago, i had this really huge argument with one of my friends, so much so that at that point in time, i really wanted to break my friendship with him, but afterwards, i decided to break that friendship only if he does what he said he'll do, which until now, he hasn't done them yet, so i guess our friendship's still alright then.., but it was our first time arguing... and he said in the argument in reply to my question of "what's the point of telling me all this?", "coz i want you to understand me" awwwww... hhahaha... but then the argument continued, and all sweetness quickly melted away to annoyance, irritance, anger and etc..

i've finally finished listening to my crim law lecture, now i have to do my tute!! lol!!

my housemate bought my Doritos off me just just now, coz he was hungry, and i couldn't eat them coz i'm sick... so gay right?

i'm so glad Blogger saved my post, i thought it would lose everything after my com hanged and i had to reboot!! =)

hmm... what else? nothing else much... just really really sick ... ahhhh!!!

ok.. maybe blogger isn't losing its SHINE after all.. hahah.. or i'm just bored & procrastinating as usual....

today i ate the BEST mango gelato ever!!! it tasted like the REAL FRESH MANGO!! not the artificial flavour kind!!! from the un caffe bar... or illy!! very nice!! gonna try all their other flavours now!! =)

i apologise for the LONG hiatus.... life got pretty messed up & still is .... though it's getting kind of clearer now.... hmm... exams exams time!.. *stressed*
um... broke up with someone like 4 months ago? kind of missing sth in my life, but then again, i feel that life hasn't been better than now!!
went to JT concert!! highlight of the year!! VERY VERY GOOD!!

he plays the main instrument for all his songs.. & his band just backs him up!! WOW!! photos up below!
another reason for the hiatus is i'm into FACEBOOK now!! lol... Blogger is losing its SHINE!! since they have some form of blogging in Facebook too!! thank Chiu Yen for introducing me to the dark side...... lol
