My little people kid is back!!! Yay! Mommy says that the Big Girl is at a thing called a Homecoming Game. I don't know what it is, but her home is here and I'd be happy to play a game with her!

Mommy came back from the place called Work and emptied the red suitcase. But she didn't put it away, which means that she'll be leaving for the place called Work again soon. And tonight I heard her tell Daddy that she is going to take more trips now that Daddy is home. That makes me unhappy, but Daddy is here now! I liked Melissa, the lady that came to play with us when Mommy went to the place called Work. But I like having Daddy here to play with me even more!

That cat finally got hers!!! It was great. Mommy let her out this morning and that grey cat kicked her butt!!! She came back inside limping and whining to Mommy.

That grey cat ROCKS. That is the cat that hangs out around the barn behind my yard. Molly & I try to chase him off by barking at the fence, but he isn't as stupid as Ink and figured out that we cannot get out of the fence. So he just stands there. But now he kicked Ink's tush!

On the down side, my people kids left yesterday to go to their Other house. I really don't understand it at all. The Big Girl didn't want to go. She wanted to stay so that I could hog the bed! Why couldn't Daddy & Mommy let her stay with me??? It's not fair. I cannot wait until after the holiday with the tree with the lights when she will stay with me.

And then Mommy brought out the red suitcase again. I hate the red suitcase. So Mommy went far away to the place called Work but Daddy stayed home with us. He dressed up in the clothes that look like trees this afternoon and went hunting. I like it when Daddy hunts because then he and his truck smell really neat.

I hope that Mommy comes home soon, though. Daddy is happier when Mommy is home.

Well, everyone is fawning over that stupid cat again. She chased off another cat from the front yard. My big people kid went running outside thinking that Ink was getting mauled. Yeah, I wish. I almost got out so that I could maul her, but Mommy stopped me.

Now Mommy is calling her Rocky and acting like it's some big deal to chase off a punk cat. Big whoop. I'd have taken care of that cat if they'd let me out and it wouldn't have been chased off!

I am NOT HAPPY. Ok, I am very happy that Daddy is home. And I am very happy that it's not hot anymore so that I don't have to stay under the porch to stay cool when Mommy & Daddy are gone. And I am VERY happy that my people kids are here! I have been sleeping in the big people kid's bed. Mommy says that after the holiday where they put up the sparkly tree and have pretty boxes that I cannot sniff, my big people kid will be staying here a lot!! And that makes me happy.

But last night the worst thing happened. And that STUPID cat is off bragging to her friend Monkey about it. That stupid cat was on MY big people kid's bed and my big people kid wanted ME up there. Well, I used to get spanked if I got too close to that stupid cat so I stay away from her when I can. How about I was trying to get on the bed without getting too close to that stupid cat and she started to hiss and swat at me!!!! And I couldn't do anything about it because Mommy was in the room and she would've spanked me if I'd done anything to that stupid cat.

So I finally get on the bed and the dumb cat keeps coming! And I just snuggle down next to my big people kid and the stupid cat thinks that I am scared or something. Like I'd be scared of a stupid cat. I just don't want Mommy to be mad at me or I'd eat the stupid cat.

Anyway, now Ink is off bragging to her dumb cat friends that she scared me. Stupid cat. I wish that Mommy would let me outside when Ink is outside. I'd show her what's what. Mommy says that is why she doesn't let me outside with Ink. She doesn't want Ink to know what's what but I think that she needs a good whoopin'. From me.

Daddy's home!!! Mommy brought my people kids on the day that was Friday and then they got up really really early on Saturday morning. They made Molly and me go outside and that stupid cat got to stay inside. But then after the sun was up they brought Daddy home!!!!

I was so happy to see Daddy! He has been petting me and talking to me. And my people kids are here for a whole week! I slept all night in my big people kid's bed last night until I woke up to go and get Daddy to pet me.

Yesterday they left us again for a while, but today the people kids are having to do their work. I don't understand because Mommy & Daddy have to go to the place called Work but the people kids just do work. My big people kid was doing something with her snacks that we cannot have called a science project. She seemed happy so it must have gone well.

Daddy's home!!!

I am not happy with Mommy. First, she said that Daddy was coming home. Well that was LOTS of nighttimes ago and Daddy still isn't here. I cannot be too mad at Mommy about it, though, because she's not happy either. I really want to see my Daddy!

Second, my people kids left again! I can still sleep in my big people kid's bed, but she's not in it and so that's no fun at all. What's the point of hogging the bed if you have the whole bed?

Third, Ink (that STUPID cat) keeps waking Mommy up at night. Then Mommy locks her in the little room with the white boxes that clean her clothes, which is way too close to the couch where I like to sleep when my people kids are gone! So I get to listen to the STUPID cat meow. I wish that she would shut up.

Finally, Mommy left for her work yesterday really early and then didn't get home until it was already dark! And I could smell my little people kid on her!!! She saw my little people kid but didn't bring her home and didn't take me!!!! She said that she watched my little people kid kick around one of those balls like she does in our yard. I don't see why the little people kid couldn't come to our house and kick the ball around in our yard.

Oh, big things are happening at our house today! My friend Nicholas (the one that cuts our grass) has a big loud machine in the front yard and is ripping out all of the big green leafy things called bushes! The stupid cat freaked out because she was outside hiding in the bushes when he came. The old scaredy cat (ha!) raced into the house. Molly & I are about to go outside. Mommy says that we have to be outside for a while so that we can be inside when he comes to the backyard. But I'm not scared.

And my people kids are here!!!! I love when my people kids come. I got to sleep in the bed with my big people kid last night and it was GREAT!

Still no sign of Daddy but Mommy says that he's coming. He must be really far away if it's taking him this long to get home. Mommy says that she and the people kids are going to make signs for when they go and pick him up! But she says that none of us animals can go! Not fair!!! I want to go and greet Daddy when he gets here. I want to wag my butt and slobber all over him. If I'm not there, who will do that? I don't think that the people kids know how to wag their butts and I know that they don't slobber.

Not fair.

Ok, I know that I haven't blogged for a while, but I found out that INK (the stupid CAT) has been using my account to talk to some other stupid cat. Not cool at all! I am going to have to talk to Mommy about this.

Mommy keeps saying that Daddy is coming home and she is very excited. Daddy came home a long time ago but didn't stay very long. I wasn't sure what to do, but I know that Mommy will always take care of me so I didn't stress out about it. If Daddy is home, that means that he will hang out in the big dog house in the backyard that Mommy calls a workshop so Molly and I can go and visit him all day!

But you wanna know what Mommy is doing now? She's letting that stupid cat OUTSIDE. In MY yard! And she won't let me outside while the stupid cat is outside! What is a dog to do. I need some internet dog friends like Ink has internet cat friends. Molly is too silly to use the computer. She just wants to be thisclose to Mommy all the time when we are in the house. I sneak off to the office when I'm not asleep.

Anyway, Ink talks all the time now. Loudly. MREOW. MREOW. It annoys Mommy. I keep telling Ink that she's an idiot because we have it pretty good and don't I know it because I used to not have it this good. And Molly knows it too because she even lived in The Slammer for a while before Mommy found her. Anyway, if Ink keeps MREOWing when Daddy gets home, she's gonna be outside for good. Daddy loves me and won't put up with that stupid cat keeping me up all night with her MREOWing.

But Ink has been a little better since Mommy starting letting her outside with her while she puts water on her flowers and fills my bird traps. I still haven't managed to catch a bird, but I'm trying. One day when Ink was outside she was sitting right under the bird traps! I guess she thought that the bird was just gonna fly down there while she was sitting there. Stupid cat.

Anyway, if there are any Internet DOGS out there that have ideas for how to handle an uppity cat, I'd love them.
