I can't believe that I was screaming and cursing in the middle of Coles last Saturday when Pris called.

I realised that I have been such a bitch the past week. I got really irritated when my friend changed her mind so many times over whether she should get a new calculator or a second –hand one. Then, I kinda raised my voice at her when she kept changing her mind whether she wanted to tag along with us to Fremantle today. (She didn’t in the end. Sigh)

Furthermore, she kept asking everyone how they cook their lunches. My answers started from stir-fry, steam, boil to simply ‘I cooked it’. I can’t understand why she can be a little more adventurous and experiment on her own. It’s really tiring everyday, especially with me PMS-ing.

Anyway, I shall try to be nice next week. I’ll be patient and not lose my temper.

1 Month

As the title says, I have been in Perth for exactly one month. Time really passes by slowly here. I feel that I've been here for like 6 months...

So far, school has been great! I do tend to get bored during English where they talk about note-taking and summary. And oh! Australian Geography. Gosh! I feel so smart in class! Haha! Surprisingly I remembered everything that Mdm Mas thought. This is freaky.

Drats! I actually had much more to say. but I can't recall now...

Happy Birthday Daddy!

It's my first time not able to spend your birthday with you, but it's ok, you still have Ralph!

Sigh... It's Valentine's Day tomorrow and I'm hundred of miles away from Singapore. I can't hang out with my friends or soak in the atmosphere. Instead, I will have school till 5pm tomorrow and there's inspection on our house as well. I'm planning to go out for a movie since Carousel is open till 9pm tomorrow. Haiz... Another year with no date. Not that I'm complaining though... (Ok, maybe a little)

It's 1953 here and it's still freezing. It has been raining the whole day and the whole of last night in fact. It was quite heavy that I didn't sleep well as I could hear the raindrops smashing on my window. So much for the first day of Chinese New Year.

I was never big on traditions and I surprised myself this year. Meishi and I actually wore red to school today. Well, she was worse. She brought her chinese chi pao just so she can wear it today. And she tied her hair into 2 small buns on the top that she looked so much like Chunli from Street Fighter. I couldn't stop laughing the entire day when I bumped into her.

I cooked rice again Lana Guo! And it was fabulous! Haha!

It's my first year spending Chinese new Year alone. But if you see it in a different perspective, I'm spending it with a new family. We gotta take care if each other when we are miles away from home.

Greg! Lana! Gilsy! I finally used the rice cooker that you guys got me today. : ) The rice tasted funny though. Maybe it's just the rice here. I'm sure I cooked it the right way. Hehe.

I'll be collecting my timetable tomorrow. I don't know whether to be excited or nervous. I'll be starting school after a year of idling. (Ok, not so much idling actually) I'm not sure if I can catch up with work and stuff. Plus, I'll be doing different subjects. I haven't touched Biology since Sec 2! Gosh! I hope I'm in the same classes as people I know, so hopefully I can ask them things if I don't know... Wish me luck!
