Boating with the McCammons

We decided to skip the crowds on the lake for the 4th and instead went on the 5th in the evening after Ryan got off work. We had the McCammons along and had a total blast tubing. The girls were definite winners as they managed to hang on every ride. The boys had pretty wicked wipeout...I think Ryan may have been a little crazier with the boys. Let's not forget tangling the rope in the prop, but luckily Ryan was able to get that out. The Anderson's and McCammons could write a book on our trip foibles, haha. But we always have so much fun!

4th of July

We had a great Independence day celebration starting with Singers Company being in the Flower Mound parade!
Then on to all the traditional things! Swimming (20+ kids included), BBQ at the McEwens, and Fireworks in Trophy Club. Such a fun day. We love you America!

Maycee BYU Volleyball Camp

This was Maycee's first time getting to go to camp. She end up with one of her good friends Emery Hobson. They had the time of their lives eat sleeping drinking volleyball for the week. We also got a chance to of course, hike the y, go to bridal veil Falls, and live it up in utah. Always nice to escape the Texas heat for a little bit.

Great job at camp Maycee! She was the setter for her team and loved it. She also really gained in confidence with her spikes. She's turning into a great little player.

Jase BYU Basketball Camp

Jase and Easton did another round of BYU Basketball Camp. Always super fun to build these memories with cousins. I spent the week in Utah County, visiting with old friends Cam and Jason, Uncle Kenny, Grandma. We even ran into some friends from our Texas ward and Meags friend growing up (Lisa)... Small world. Cam beat me in a round of golf, so I'm coming back for a rematch when I drop Maycee off at volleyball camp in another week from now.

Jase hiked the Y two days in a row. I did it 3 times and Easton got up there for his first time ever.

The boys had a ton of fun all week. Jase's team made it to the semi's and lost on a cheap call... But he had a ton of fun. He also got to play on BYU's own Marriott Center's court... Lucky!!

I had a blast getting to watch him in some of his games and run around my ol' stomping grounds... I love Jase and live for these moments where I get to see him work and enjoy basketball and so many other fun things life has!
