Our weekend was filled with lots of fun family get togethers. On Saturday my cousin Lydee was baptised. I got crafty this weekend and made her the cute CTR sign that she is holding in the picture to hang in her room.
I really wanted to make deviled eggs for the first time so I decided if I was going to boil eggs we might as well dye them. Ryan wasn't too sure about dying the eggs, he thought it was going to be lame but I bought a sports egg dying kit which ended up being pretty cool. It had shrink wrapped ball prints that slipped on the eggs and then you used the blow dryer for them to shrink over the egg.
After we were finished dying eggs I said to Ryan, "See how much fun that was and it was cheap 99 cents for a dozen of eggs and $1.88 for the dye kit." Ryan then said, "Ya that was pretty fun actually."
Below are the eggs Ryan was most proud of. A Halloween looking egg and then the Yankees egg.
Capone is a fan of Easter because he gets to eat everything in his basket and also the basket. The handle on his bucket lasted about 45 seconds. Don't you love Capone's cute little couch! He kept wanting to get up on our couches which I wasn't a huge fan of but when he was up there he was such a peaceful bulldog. About a month ago we were at Costco and found a dog couch, Capone absolutely loves it and very rarely tries to get on the real couches. Got to love Costco!
