February 2017

At the beginning of February we went to Utah for Bryson's wedding
 Grandpa loves are the best!
The kids were excited to play in the snow. They would get cold quickly because we didn't have the best snow gear, but they'd go inside, warm up a bit and then run back outside.

Poor Brooklyn got a cold while we were there

 Once there was a snowman!

 Cousin time
 The wedding was beautiful

Sadie's awesome school project
Boston started flag football through the city and had a blast. The coach was great with the kids.
Brooklyn regularly takes her stuffed animals outside in the wagon. She'll take them on walks or snuggle in.
Brooklyn started gymnastics at Oasis Gymnastics
Bryson, Cheryl, Sawyer, and Brooklyn came to visit. Bryson was running a half marathon in the morning. He then did the spartan race while the kids did the modified Spartan race for kids. They had a great time.
9 pm: Sometimes your child is asleep. Sometimes your child is not.

Happy 4th Birthday Brooklyn!

Brooklyn is such a spunky girl!

 She requested rainbow cupcakes

Daddy got her first tool kit!

  • She is hilarious. She makes jokes, teases, and laughs all day long.
  • She is in size 4 clothes
  • She can write her name, use scissors, and has known her numbers and alphabet a long time
  • She is quite flexible even though we haven't worked on it at all. I have a feeling she will be a natural dancer
  • She loves to tell stories. One day she began a story with: “So there I was...”  – Ryan and I got such a kick out of that. Where did she get that phrase?
  • She started Primary and is doing great.
  • She is very artistic and spends a lot of time painting and coloring daily. She is pretty meticulous and stays within the lines
  • She loves reading books as well as listening to short audio books in the car. Our ULTIMATE favorite audio book right now is “Skippy Jon Jones Snow What”. All of us love it (including me) and we've almost got it memorized.
