What a crazy week!! Ivee turned six months old last Saturday the 26th! Our little peanut weighed in at 10lbs 15oz (which doesn't put her on the growth chart, yet) and she was 24inches long!! The doctor is very happy with her growth though and her physical achievements! So we are all happy!!
Great Grandma Coburn's 90th birthday was on the 28th!! The girls' are lucky to have five generations still alive!! We cherish every minute we get with her! She suffers from dimensia but is doing pretty good! She still has a lot of fight in her!! Rod was sweet and helped her open her birthday presents! Explaining to her what each thing was for! It was cute!!
Avarey's preschool class did their award ceremony on Thursday! The kids had prepared a very cute performance!! All the parents were laughing as the kids sang their cute songs for us!! It was a moment I hope to never forget!! We have really loved Avarey's preschool class and teachers this year (we loved last years too)
Autumn and the kids also came down to visit this week!! We always have so much fun with them!! I didn't think to get pictures of the kids playing but I did remember to get my regular Hailee and Ivee together!! They are only 3 weeks apart but what a difference! Sorry they are sideways!

Also sweet Ashanti decided to do her own hair and this is what happened!! Took me over an hour to get it out!!
Also Happy Birthday to "Princess" Mindee and Cadance!!

Happy Birthday, Ashanti
Yesterday was Ashanti's third birthday!! Wow! How time flies! She is truely my miracle child! And has taught me so much. We are so glad she is part of our family. She is the fighter. When she decides she wants something she doesn't quit till she has it! But, I am so thankful she is so strong cause we would be lost without her! This year Ashanti's birthday was spread out over 3 days. Friday we went to the dinosaur museum with Grandma Cindy and Aunt Rachel (those pictures are on my moms camera) Saturday was Ashanti's day! And Sunday we did cake and ice cream!
This year we have decided to take each of the girls to build-a-bear for their birthday! They catch is that the other girls have to go to a sitter. Ashanti thought that was so cool! She picked a turtle and named him Turtle. He has instantly became her favorite toy.
Ashanti wanted purple pancakes yesterday for breakfast. So she helped me make German Pancakes with purple food coloring in them!! (Avarey had the camera sorry)
I topped her purple pancake with hershey kisses and redi whip! She was in heaven!!
Ashanti chose a Tinkerbell cake this year (which I found odd cause she is in love with Ariel, but what the birthday girl wants the birthday girl gets!)
Later that night we went up to Nanna's for cake and ice cream! She would not blow out the candles without mommy's help though... at first she kept saying no you mommy!! But finally she decided to blow out her cake!
Happy Birthday Sissy! We love you!

Two years, already?!?

I just had to post and say that I can't believe it has already been two years that me and Ryan have been together! Yesterday was the 2 year mark. He has been part of us longer then that but with both of us recently divorced we were slow to make it official! It seems like just yesterday I was at my sisters telling her to call and invite Ryan and his brother over for a BBQ! We have been connected ever since!! I love Ryan so much and am so lucky to have him in our lives. I would be lost without him! So thank you, Ryan, for putting up with me and all my craziness! I love you! I can't wait to see our family grow and where we will end up! I am glad I get to share this experience with you!

An exciting week!
Ivee has grown up so much! It amazes me how much she changes every week! She loves to eat her hands! And her sippy cup is her favorite thing these days. But only if it has pear juice in it! Ivee will bang on her high chair if I don't give it to her as soon as I buckle her in! They catch on so fast!
We pulled out the girls' light brights today and I taught them how to play with them and make pictures and then turn out the lights and watch it glow. Ashanti was more amazed with the designs it made on the ceiling but they still had a good time and I had to promise we could play more with them tomorrow. Sorry they are so messy in these pictures!
And last but not least a week ago we got to go up and play with Autumn and the kids. Which all we all enjoy! All the kids play so cute together and even Hailee and Ivee are getting really cute at playing together. This time they were holding hands and took turns eating each others hands!

Sissy goes to the E.R.

Last Thursday was an interesting day at our house. Ashanti being the monkey that she is walked right off our kitchen chair and landed on the tile floor. Giving herself a pretty good concusion. We took her to the E.R. just to be safe and the first little while we were their we were really worried about her and then about 30 minutes into the waiting process of the hospital Ashanti came around and was back to her old self! Thankfully nothing was seriously wrong. We were sent home and told to watch her closely. But, I must tell you about the funny words Ashanti comes up with... She kept saying her ear hurt so, I said, " Do you hear noises in it?" And she looks at me so serious and says, "Ding, Dong!!" We died laughing. Turns out her ear is fine. So then in the middle of the night on friday she comes in and wakes me and says, "Mommy my head goes BOOM BOOM." so I gave her some tylenol and off to bed she went! Gotta love the way kids express themselves! But, now 5 days later she back to herself and you can't tell anything was ever wrong!
