Bike rodeo 2012

Today we had our annual bike rodeo at school. The kids were too cute! I let Jada ride to school, then came back for the rodeo, then we had Ranan's rodeo, then back to the school to pick up Jada to ride home....8 times we walked back and forth to the school! My little pregnant body was exhausted by the 8th time- but the kids' smiles made it all worth it!!

Jada was a bit nervous as this was her first year without training wheels- but did great and was glad she decided to participate.

Ranan cracked me up! He thought he was tough stuff and hit pretty much every cone (whether on purpose or clueless, we will never know with that kid)!

Ranan gets to play Tball on Tuesday's with kidsplay! He loves it and loves to play with his daddy (parent involved).

Sky zone trampoline park

Jada was invited to a birthday party at sky zone- a trampoline park. She rarely gets to go bc everyone over here has their parties on Sundays- so I let her go! She had a blast needless to say. Every picture is blurry bc she was bouncing around- but you get the picture!

Kelkenburg farms- Pre-k fieldtrip

We had the opportunity to go to kelkenburg farm today for Ranan's Pre-k fieldtrip!! It was daddy's last day of break, so he got to come too!! We went on a hay ride, pet all the animals, got to have a picnic, and rode the pony!! Taya and Ranan were in heaven!!

Jada-- 2nd piano recital

Jada just had her piano recital today, and did fantastic!! She played two songs- its a small world and pop goes the weasel! She was too cute! Thank you Heather for all your hard work!!

Canada-- sight seeing and our view from the room

We walked around the tourist spots of the Canadian falls- here are a few of our adventures and the view...taya was so adorable and exhausted- a little sleeping princess!!

Fallsview Indoor Waterpark -- Canada

We decided to go on a little "stay cation" for Drews break this time instead of a huge trip. We went to the Canadian side of the falls and went to the huge indoor Waterpark (about 15 min from our house). We stayed at the sheriton hotel. We swam for about 4 hours one evening and another 3 hours the next morning! Needless to say- the kids LOVED it and are already begging to go back! Ranan became quite the little swimmer, and Jada has no fear of the water or any slide! Taya did excellent and was super brave herself! It was the perfect time to go- we never waited for any line!! Needless to say-- they are pretty worn out!! So fun!!

32 week ultrasound

Here is my sweet baby girl at 32 weeks! Low lying placenta has moved enough to proceed with a natural delivery (she's already in position)! However, the tech noticed something on the ultrasound she hadn't seen on prior ultrasounds- so its better to be safe than sorry-- off to the specialist we go on Monday to have her checked again. We have positive thoughts.

Ranan-- Pre-k concert

ADORABLE!! This TINY little guy was so cute and animated tonight at his concert!! Not only was he a head shorter than anyone up there, he even got sucked in by the curtain! :) They did 3 songs- so so cute!!

Lunch with sissy!

We love to have lunch with Jada at school!! (I think Jada loves it even more!) She gets to show off her sister and mom and is so proud of us!

I FINISHED THE BOOK OF MORMON!

Yes- it takes 3 shots to get even a semi- normal picture with these silly kids!!

In primary the kids were challenged to read the boom of Mormon. We took this challenge and made it our goal as a family.

We are happy to say we did it!! The kids were so excited and do determined to finish- and didn't let us miss a night!! It took under a year to do it!! So proud of their determination!!
