Jada and Maura's Kindergarten Graduation/Picnic

Jada and Maura had their Kindergarten graduation/picnic at school yesterday. They were too cute! They had a 30 minute concert of all their favorite songs, each got a diploma from the Principal and he read what they wanted to be when they grew up. Jada wanted to be "an airplane girl." We got to go into their classrooms and looked over all the work they have done over the last year. We then went outside and had a picnic. It was a little toasty- but they didn't care! We had such a good time and were so proud of our cute little girlies!

Buffalo Zoo- after the race

We headed over to the Zoo after the race and got free childrens books, a little rained on, and had a super fun picnic- plus getting to see all the animals! So fun!

Independant Health: Kids Run/Family Run

Last year when my family drove over our truck from AZ, we went to this as a big happy family....we wanted to make sure and do it again this year as it was so much fun last year! The kids LOVED getting their "digi-metal" again during the kids' dash, and they both ran most of the 1.8 mile run with Drew and I. It was fun to get out and release our wiggles together as a family! After that, we went to the zoo......

Our Trip to Arizona: Snowflake (some of them)

These are only a few pictures of Snowflake. (My camera died at the graduation, and Taya not wanting to be held by anyone didn't call for the best pictures...) So I will post of the pictures Sarah or Nessa took of the weekend later. One thing I LOVE about going home, ALOT of lounging around and playing outside. Mom probably dies everytime we post a picture of her living room, but I love it! We all have a million blankets and a million toys out- and sit around and chat! We visited Chance, ran races with cousin Bentley on the front lawn, ate super yummy Bits pizza, played with Jameson and Alex when they got there later on Friday. We went to Kody and Tyson's graduation, visited with my bestest friend Lindsey, ate at Eva's, and tried to catch up on sleep and naps! It was such a nice break from the daily grind. Taya did FANTASTIC on the trip there. She had a little "nap terror" I guess when she got woke up after 15 minutes on the flight home and decided to cry for 15 mintues straight with NO consolment (something I have NEVER seen), but it didn't long and she was a dream the rest of the flight. It was fun to have a lady from my old Pioneer ward as our flight attendant! It was nice to catch up on everyone from {home}. Ness and I were so grateful to be able to sneek away and take a little break away from everything! Thank you to Candice (after school on Thursday) and Laura (Thursday night sleepover and ALL day Friday) and Drew for taking over with the other kiddos while we were gone! We love and miss everyone already!

Our Trip to Arizona: Globe

Vaness and I had the opportunity to fly to AZ at the end of May. Kody was graduating from High School so it gave us an excuse to take a girls weekend and bring our babies to see everyone! We flew into Phx Thurs. evening, and Tim and Karen were nice enough to pick us up! We drove to Globe, ate yummy Burger house, visited until wee hours of (our) morning, got spoiled rotten by papa and grandma, and headed to bed. Poor Taya and the time zone. She didn't know which end us up when we got there. Needless to say, she didn't leave my side. She has hit the "separation anxiety/stranger danger" stage, plus jet lag=a momma's girl. If anyone got within a foot of her she would start whimpering. She started to loosen up toward the end of the trip. We woke up and had a great and relaxing morning with Karen, Dallyn, and Alecc. Dad came to pick us up around 10 to head to Snowflake for the graduation. We HAD to stop off for Jack n the Box tacos first!! (oh how I miss them).
