Tonight we enjoyed a belated birthday celebration with our friends Grace, Conor & Luke Gibbs.  It was a fun-filled night & when dinner was served not only did Josie & Conor share quesadillas but they requested a table for 2 :) #weareintrouble #firstgradelove

We are squeezing in one last lunch date at Oak Street Beach while the girls are back in school :) Wow what an amazing view too!!!

It's hard to believe we have a 3rd & 1st Grader...sniff sniff!!!!   Wow the years are going by so quickly.  It seems like just yesterday that I was a nervous mommy dropping you off at preschool & hoping you'd be okay without me :) Best of luck girls, we are so proud of you.

Introducing the Lemonade Queens...Gracie, Josie, Ellie & Sloane.  The girls had a great time selling their secret lemonade recipe & tasty treats.   And they made many new friends too who loved their signature shirts & enjoyed their sidewalk dance performances.  A special thanks to Uncle Bob who just happened to be walking by wink wink :) & for buying multiple glasses of lemonade too.  The Lemonade Queens made a whopping $120 which they plan to save half & spend half.   They are already looking forward to next summers lemonade stand & hope that their shirts will still fit.  That's a direct quote from the oldest Lemonade Queen, Gracie :)

Great America

We adventured Great America today for the first time for a GDO "Girls Day Out" with cousin Zoey & Aunt Katina.  Hopefully next year Lucy can join us too.  Wow do these girls LOVE roller coasters. And they survived THE DEMON which will forever be called the "Loop De Loop" by them as it was the first time they had gone on a loop upside down on a roller coaster.  We had so much fun that we all bought season passes for next year. See you in 2015 Great America :)

Enjoying one last Monday morning workout with Jenny & hanging post workout in our "Happy Place" on the Lakeshore Rooftop.  Love the view & our morning coffee chats.  I'm sure gonna miss this :(

18th Annual Pub Crawl

Today was the 18th Annual Pub Crawl with Kris's college buddies.  It's great that the guys have all remained close friends since college & the wives are now friends too :)  Wow...#18 is quite impressive & so many memories made along the way.  I met Kris on pub crawl #5 & I went into labor with Josie the evening of Pub Crawl #12 :)  Oh how I'm sure they'll be many more memories we'll make along the way....

Peterson Farewell Party

It was a busy day celebrating the girls birthday but we also celebrated with friends at the park to bid farewell to The Peterson Family as they are moving to Minnesota this week.  The kids enjoyed singing & dancing to the DJ at the park.  And the girls enjoyed everyone singing Happy Birthday to them on their actual birthday :)

Gracie's Encore Performance

Now it's Gracie's turn to sing us an encore performance of her favorite song from the Frozen Soundtrack "Let It Go".   She has some vocals on her & some moves too!!! And she's even her own stylist :) Love the dress Gracie...Watch out Hollywood!!!

Josie was too shy (surprisingly :) to perform a solo at the girls birthday party but she sure impressed us tonight on her actual birthday. Ooohh her little voice couldn't be any sweeter& I absolutely love how she throws the microphone down towards the end :)

Thank you Nana Marci for making us the BEST Frozen birthday cake. You always impress us.  And it was absolutely delicious too!!! A truly magical frozen castle topped with Elsa, Anna & Olaf :)

"Do You Want To Build A Snowman?"

To add a little winter into the party mix we created a snowman station where the kids made edible snowman out of marshmallows, chocolate chips, mike & ikes, googly candy eyes & licorice. A big THANKS to our babysitter Annie who led them in snowman making as it was a definite crowd pleaser & a fun party favor to take home too.  There were LOTS of Ofaf's created at the party :)

And it finally arrived...the much anticipated Frozen Birthday Party!!!  "We Love Summer" & it was fun to bring some winter festivities to the party too. A great day celebrating with family & friends.  It was an absolutely Frozen-Filled Day for ALL :) Love you  girls!!! XOXOX

Frozen Party Glasses

The girls will be serving Frozen pink lemonade at their birthday party.  They had an idea to serve their birthday drink in personalized pink glasses that all their guests could take home.  The glasses are bedazzled & ready to go!!! We are party ready :)

We are back from our girls trip & we now need to get ready for the girls upcoming Frozen Birthday Party.  First up, we need to figure out how we are going to make snowman for our party favors.  Or a Marshmallow Monster if you are Papa Will :) Marshmallow FUN!!!
