 This was taken during October, 2012.  I am assuming somewhere in Parke County but cannot be sure.  All roads leading to Parke County are full of yard sales, flea markets.

 I was so relieved to be able to pause and take a pic of this barn.  There was no way I could do an actual drive-by of it.

New photo of an old beauty

 I photographed this barn a few years ago, and could never find it again.  I though I knew the general area.  By chance someone commented on my other blog about it and through her I was able to find it again.

Beside the road

 This Bald Eagle was right beside a two-lane highway.  As we approached, it flew a few yards into the field.  Thankfully, there was no traffic...I stopped in the middle of the road and shot past Roger to get a couple snaps.  Even though I seen no traffic anywhere near, I was afraid to try to get out to take any photos.  BTW, it was the third eagle of the day. 

From Today!

 Went for a long drive today...not for photography though I did pause to capture a few scenes.  I had seen this church of google maps.

Start the year off with a barn

I am strolling through the archives again...I don't think this one has ever been published.  It was taken in Indiana on one of our rambling drives.  We used to go and get on the back roads and not know where we were...just go until we came to a busy road, that we might or might not be familiar with.  I miss those days.
