celebrated Grand Uncle's 60th birthday at some seafood restaurant. dinner was yummy and fun as usual. the seafood was great. herbal prawns. black pepper crab. etc. and the drinking session started. bro was kinda drunk. grand uncle was so happy that he kept pulling bro to drink with him and the rest of the family. dad was the only sober and alcohol-free guy since he is driving! haha!

few days had been fun apart from studying. monday after offshore revision, went to meet the girls in town. had din tai fung for dinner. xinyi esther drey all had shopping bags in their hands. damn. i am jealous. i want to shop too. but there is nothing for me to buy at all. next day, kbox with the girls again. yes yes. i know. exam week. oh well. one has to destress somehow. but anyway it was fun! kbox-ing again soon! :)

The Proposal! :)

back to back movie with amos today. movie marathon was really kinda tiring. haha! 1 pm for UP movie and 3pm for The Proposal. the cartoon characters in UP were so cute! oh yes. The Proposal was really nice. Sandra Bullock has always been one of my favourite hollywood actress! and another bonus is Ryan Reynolds. way cute! he wasn't that cute in wolverine. haha! shallow. i know. but the story was nice and funny too! :)

oh yes. did i mention that miss kaly wrote me an email talking about how much she missed me for the past one week? haha. she had written in such details and colours that it really made me laugh like mad. i think she was just too bored. and of course she just missed me too much lah! haha! :)

there we go again...

finally... FPT is over. results? haha. don't even talk about it. i fell asleep when i was halfway through studying for the rest. GREAT. anyway, i am glad it's over. 2 more exams to go and i am done with year 3 semester 1! it's kinda amazing how fast time really passes. 6 more months and we will all be graduating already.

oh yes. moving house. yes. it's confirmed. damn. the thought of packing my room is like a total nightmare to me. it is forever so messy. those books. those rubbish. miss chia siok nah say she will help me pack if there is time (she is a clean freak btw) haha. miss kaly say she will only come and eat the buffet-.-" that glutton pok. oh gosh. and i am definitely going to miss staying here. the swimming pool. the bbq pit. the ktv room. the gym. the tennis court. yes. i know. i hardly use some of them but still... in the future, no more of those facilities. argh. damn it. Bro say we have to fully utilise those facilities while we are still living here. haha. funny. how lazy he used to be when we want him to come with us to swim. we human beings just like to take things for granted. oh well. what to do. and the scouting of new furnitures. the colour of the new room. the interior design. so many things to be done. why do people even like moving house? NICE.

picnic at the botanic gardens yesterday to celebrate jasmine's birthday. it was fun! haha. especially the card game. we were laughing like mad. flew kite. conclusion: i am not a very talented kite flyer. better leave that to the others. haha. took pictures with the 5 dollar tree. ate our very disgusting sushi. thanks to love's mum for making us sandwiches. almost puke till to the overflow of food coming our way. but all in all, it was fun. we should have picnic someday again. and no more sushi, please. haha! :) oh yes. met ah gong in town coincidentally. i bet he misses me now! wahaha!

hello ladies :)

talk by Prof. Preddy this afternoon. talk was ok since half the time i wasn't listening at all. flu was getting at me. kaly wasn't paying attention at all too. she was too distracted by something else. yiling and shuna were too tired to listen. but no choice. the attendance is compulsory.

went to meet the girls for dinner at bugis iluma. i felt so underdressed that i just bought a dress from cotton on and changed into it before going for dinner. haha. dinner is at thai express since everywhere is packed. soft shell crab with rice tasted good. dessert at ah chew since we decided that it was too early to go home and yet too late for a movie already. esther suggested going to ktv but it wasn't that worth the price so ditched the idea. met raymond, alina's bf for the first time at the mrt platform. nice chap. friendly guy. and he came all the way to pick alina for movie and of course to help us take a group photo. haha. sorry. just our tradition to take a group photo for each gathering. photos with xinyi since i was too lazy to take out my camera. haha. took the drowsy flu medicine and i think i am about to knock out soon. ciao. goodnight.

bought 3 books at kino. it's 20%. how could i miss that. :)

view a few more houses today. everyone seems rather excited about moving. planning about who to stay in which room. how are we going to renovate. but i still think this place we are staying now is great. maybe cos i live damn near to zaw, the sexists' supper and bowling chauffeur. and there is ktv room here. and there is this really nice thai restaurant across the road. and north point has just been newly renovated and i have yet to explore. they now have manhattan fish market and pasta mania and STARBUCKS! oh well. everything is undecided yet. let's see. :)
