boohoohoohoo. went to sent Shermin Tan off at the airport yesterday! man. there was a whole bunch of people sending her off! haha! we hardly had any time to talk to her. oh wells. yesterday was the Earth Hour day. have you guys done your part? i think i did cos i wasn't even at home! haha! airport yesterday was so crowded. as in all the eateries. we ended up settling at Breeks for dinner. shannon tan, we must go try the Massive Attack next time. looks damn nice! haha! shermin tan! i am really going to miss you so much! and your address in shanghai please! :)

today is Godpa's birthday! dinner at home. Steamboat. cousins say just make it simple. and i am glad we stayed home. cousins came over and we had steamboat for dinner. it seems more like a reunion dinner than a birthday celebration. the durian mousse cake from Goodwood park was AWESOME! i love it! we were practically snatching over we to have the 1st piece! And the fruits on top of the cake? don't even talk about it. we cousins polished the fruits before anyone even had the chance to cut the cake. and our reason is... so that the cake will be easier to cut. it's nonsense. duh. haha. but it was fun. Jazzton had to go home today. and i am missing him SO MUCH! :)

work today was SUCKY. i have to say. 2nd semester attachment was like SHIT. with nothing to do. and not to mention having a mentor who is constantly threatening me with my evaluation form. as much as i would like to respect him... he totally pisses me off. i wanted to go out to the shipyard with one of my colleagues, and of course, out of respect, i asked him for permission. he didn't allow me in the first place till i had to ask him over and over again. as if that is not enough. he told me not to forget my evaluation form is still with him. WTF. and then... i wanted to attend this meeting with another colleague, to see how this kind of meeting goes about... and again he said NO. i asked why. he just kept asking me the same bloody question as to why i want to attend that meeting. as if i was going to leak out information to other company. hello! i had a bond with the current company OK? i am going back to work at the same company after my graduation! and then he REMINDED me again and again about my evaluation form still laying around somewhere at his work desk area. Seriously. if not for the fact that i cared about my results, i would have blown up long time ago. damn it. i don't like to be forced. and i don't like to be threatened. 3 weeks left. i am surprised that i can actually tolerate all those threatening and nonsense till now. and to add on to all that, blackie scolded me today. i was caught reading a book under my desk by the company director. and obviously he complained to my boss and he asked me to go into his office and gave me a lecture. so... there goes my evaluation. great. i tried to defend myself but all that stupid blackie said is "you can stop talking and listen". fine. he is the boss. he wins. he claimed that he looked rather stupid in front of the director. but JR said he already looked stupid. so it doesn't matter. i just burst out laughing. and blackie say if i am not happy, i can leave. SERIOUSLY, i would LOVE to... just throw the letter right at his face and walked out. BUT... for the sake of my diploma cert, i kept my mouth shut and just let him continue with his lecture. i just sat there, nod my head, say sorry over and over again. No point arguing. he is the BOSS. oh yes. as if the day wasn't bad enough. my dear mentor reminded me about my evaluation form AGAIN. he said... you keep doing things like that, how to evaluate you. oh great. if only he gave me something constructive to do, then i don't think i would have to resort to reading a book under my desk secretly to kill time. all i do in the office now is to learn the system all by myself. try to understand the drawing. try. oh well. as if i didn't try. i even brought my bloody marine engineering text book down. i wish i was smarter to learn those bloody drawings all by myself. but too bad. i am just not born to be a genius.

first kickboxing lesson with yip wanli and i was late for class. -.-" damn. i was so tired. the sport is really tiring. kick kick. punch punch. i was so confused. and i bet wanli is even more confused than me. and we keep on following the person in front of me. she is damn pro! and that guy, the ONLY guy in class beside me is so funny! i keep laughing at him. ok. i am evil.

anyway, to my classmates from 2M01 and everyone from NP, good luck guys and ladies! results will be out tomorrow! let's just get it over and done with! 3 more weeks to the end of attachment! :)

trip to KL with Z fencers is awesome! had so much fun. shopping at times square. drinking at the hotel pub. 2 bottles of chivas. played 007. lose the most and drink 5 shots. damn. bliss and i were so high that we were practically screaming and laughing at the hotel lobby like shit. but i think she was more drunk than me! she just couldn't stop laughing! shopping at times square was awesome! nike sales! bought lots of things back! Z fencers did well for the competition too! was so proud of Jeph and Bliss! haha! we were having so much fun that competition seems to be the last thing on our mind. next year to KL CHINATOWN please! the hotel we stayed this time round was so far away from the shopping area! and the hotel was so ULU. -.-" oh well. all in all we had fun! :)

Off to KL for Selangor Fencing Open tomorrow! Whee! I can't wait! Everyone had been talking about shopping over there rather than the fencing competition itself. especially, karryn kam! hahaha! she is a shopaholic! Trust me! too bad uncle zhenjie couldn't join us this year. if not we will have so much fun bargaining with those aunties. applied leave for 2 days! haha. Thank God Chacko allows, if not i am definitely going to take MC for sure! I guess he knows that even when i am in the office, it's as good as me not being there. I did nothing! as in they didn't let me do anything but to read the tech spec, read drawings, photocopy, etc. even esther who had become a permanent stuff was ask to read tech spec all day too. we were so bored that we started gathering in small groups and started talking. BUT my mentor always called the extension from the other end of the office to ask us to disperse. EVEN when chacko is not in the office. argh! well well... 4 more weeks to go! PERSEVERE!

FINALLY... a week of attachment had passed! I can't wait for the whole attachment to be over. I have been rotting in my office for the whole week. and the feeling wasn't really the best. trust me. but oh well. at least there are still a few familiar faces i see in the office. haha. look on the bright side, i guess. lunchtime was fun cos we were busy looking through facebook, having some laugh over it! we found mr. chacko's facebook! haha! he is my NEW enginnering manager. omg. i have only one word to describe him. actually it's two. HE SUCK! like seriously. i disliked him. totally. -.-" ok. enough bad mouthing of my boss. friday was kinda sad. haha. my dear ex mentor's last day. why can't he leave only after giving me my second evaluation... hahaha. he is such a nice mentor. like seriously! hahaha!

bowling session with family again. it was so fun! haha! i can't believe my cousin is so good at that when it's only her first time playing? -.-" DOTS... i keep getting the ball into the drain. and my family calls me the drainage woman. damn. -.-" haha! but all in all. it's a good way of de-stress after a week of hard work. haha. yes. SLACKING with nothing to do is TOUGH! don't remind me. waking up as early as 530 is torturing enough. i think there is enough complains for now. sleeping time! :)

It was really nice seeing familiar faces back at Drydock again! i was going around the department catching up with everyone! haha! so happy to be back at the same department again! =) six weeks please pass quickly so that i can go shopping at hong kong with cousins! argh!!!

yes! short trip to hong kong after attachment with my cousins! can't wait! we were just walking around NATAS fair just now cos my mum wanted to check out the cruise package there when we saw the attractive Hong Kong package! with Dynasty again! Dynasty tour always has those awesome packages! love it! wahahaha! Hong Kong! shopping shopping and more shopping! and the food! yes! i must try the din tai fung there! and the smelly beancurd! that reminded me of taiwan. huijun, ashley and I... hahaha! yummy! mum even suggested booking for a trip to Hokkaido at the end of the year... Reason being? the 9 pm show. she saw Rui En and Elvin Ng rolling around in the snow and thinks that it's kinda fun -.-" so she suggested going to Hokkaido in winter. if she sponsor, i don't mind. mum, please strike 4D. then we can all go and see you roll around in the snow. that will look damn funny, i think. attachment, please be over soon!
