DC28: At The Candy Shop

So sorry for the delay on this bloghop as well. I hope you understood I have been sick and couldn't get this posted before.

At MouseScrappers there had been a new Designer Challenge, with colors again. I liked the colors, but wasn't sure what to do with them at first. They made me think of Halloween and sweets, so I decided to go with the Candy Shop theme. At least every themepark has one or more of them and these shops are like heaven on earth for a lot of kids and adults too. Well, I love to browse around and see new treats or just get me some favorites. Of course I made a small minikit as my submission, with lot's of wordstrips, gradiënt papers and a sweet alpha. You get if for free when you buy the full kit. The full contains 18 papers, 40 sweet elements and 1 full alpha as well. And... I didn't want to miss out on the bloghop as well, so I made a Mickey style minikit too!

Swim Like a Fish

Gisteren heb ik al een voorproefje gegeven van mijn nieuwste kit: Swim Like a Fish. Geïnspireerd door de kleuren voor de Desinger Challenge #27 en door de recent Disney film van een vis die vermist raakt (net als het vriendje een paar jaar geleden). Natuurlijk is deze kit niet alleen bruikbaar voor Disney. Wat te denken van een bezoek aan een aquarium, de dierentuin, een waterpark, het zwembad, het strand en zelfs een visrestaurant! Met genoeg vissen en andere onderzeese creaties, want er zijn 100 elements in de kit. Dat naast de 36 papers en 1 volledige alpha. Natuurlijk is de kit verkrijgbaar met korting gedurende de eerste week!

Yesterday I gave you a little taster of my newest kit: Swim Like a Fish! Inspired by the colors of the Designer Challenge #27 and by the latest Disney movie about a fish who went missing (just like it's friend a few years ago). New Lovely Colors: Glory of WarmthGlory of Luck now bundled

Het is 15 mei geweest en dat betekent de release van de nieuwe Lovely Colors. Het kleurenpalet deed mij denken aan warme zomer dagen aan het strand of het zwembad. En daar is dus ook het thema vandaan gekomen: Glory of Warmth. Ik heb 2 alpha packs (1 met een paper/plastic/sunburst stijl en 1 die lijkt op waterspetters), 3 element packs (1 algemeen pack met ribbons, frames en bloemen, 1 meer gethematiseerd, met zonnen, wolken en strandballen en tot slot nog eentje met stickers, gemaakt van de elements uit de eerste twee packs) en er zijn ook nog 3 paper packs beschikbaar (1 met solids, 1 met zonnestralen en 1 met verschillende patterns). Al deze packs zijn nu maar $1 per stuk tot aan 20 mei.

It's been May 15 and that means the release of the new Lovely Colors. This color palette made me think of warm summer days at the beach or near the pool. And that's where my theme comes from: Glory of Warmth. I made 2 alpha packs (1 with a paper/plastic/sunburst style and 1 looks like watersplats), 3 element packs (1 general pack with ribbons, frames and flowers, 1 more themed, with suns, clouds and beach balls and finally 1 with stickers, made out of the other two element packs) and there are also 3 paper packs available (1 with solids, 1 with sunbursts and 1 with different patterns). All these packs are now only $1 each until May 20.

And now that there are new Lovely Colors, I bundled the packs from last March. Lucky Spring... finally releasing

Jaaaa, eindelijk lente! Mijn favoriete seizoen, ik hou van de kleuren, de geuren, de langere (en warmere) dagen, de bloemen, de.... nou ja, noem het op en ik hou er van, haha! Afgelopen week hebben jullie al een voorproefje van mijn nieuwe release kunnen krijgen. Lucky Spring is dan ook nu in mijn shop, met korting de eerste week.
