well it may not be perfect and beautiful but I am LOVING it! I didn't expect anything to grow honestly but it's doing great. I already have big plans for the next growing season and want to make the garden BIGGER! the kids love it and I think it gives them a since of pride that we are eating food that we picked from our garden. (or it could be my wishful thinking. but I have some pride)

 How cute are they?!? So my friend from high school, Kellyn, made the ties they're wearing! Aren't they so awesome? She made a couple matching sets for my boys and sent them to me as a surprise. I think they are just so SWEET. Anyway I wanted to put up her Etsy shop info so if you guys wanted to gets some you can.

The RoXstar

I thought I'd update life with Foxy Roxy. She's getting bigger and bigger everyday and so cute. she is such a GIRL and I love every minute of it. some things going on as of late....

Attacked by her brothers. this never changes...*sigh*

Her eyes just kill me!

She's a thinker like Mason. She's going to be a smarty pants. right here she is taking the pretzel stick and putting it through a fruit loop and then picking it up and eating the loop off of it and then starting all over again. 

I was at a friends house and she let me pick zucchini out of her garden and I made zucchini bread and she LOVED it! all the kids did which is a big deal around here.

the boys sometimes think she has a baby in her belly it's so big....

I tend to agree with the above statement!

She graduated from the paraplegic  to the army crawl. oh and don't mind the weird chanting in the background, they do that sometimes....

She thinks everything is a phone and loves to put it to her ear and say "Hiiiii" So sweet. oh she also likes to put things on her head too?

Oh and she started doing this too!!! I think she still has a looong way to go but woohoo for Roxy!

sickies

 The past week the house been full of sick people. sad. I hate when the kids are sick and I hate even more when Rob is sick since he hardly EVER gets sick. But I've been running around taking care of everyone. I haven't gotten it {knock on wood} and Roxy hasn't either. 

maybe it's juts a guy thing? 

and maybe I just jinx myself?

Summer!

Last day of school was today.

Spoiled

As if she wasn't spoiled enough already...she gets to grow up with a boat! My little fish. Rob has big plans of her wakeboarding and going Pro!

I dare you

I love that my kids are crazy and fun and will do anything (ok some things) I dare them too! If you know me you know I can't say no to a dare...unless it's eating something weird. that's where I draw the line. but anything else I just can't say no! I'm glad my kids have taken after me! (ok I might not like this in about 10 years but right now it's fun!)

Mason's graduation

Mason's preschool did a cute little graduation for the kids going to kinder next year. they had little cap and gowns and everything. they got their name read and a little diploma too. very sweet. they sang some songs (which Mason didn't of course) but at least he stood up there! 


I just want you to know that he went the ENTIRE school year without saying ONE word to his teacher or classmates. that takes SKILL my friends! He's super smart and sweet and funny but just wont talk. It makes me so sad for next year is it wishful thinking to hope he'll blossom over the summer before kindergarten?!?!?!

in these next 3 pics he is walking up getting his diploma and giving his teacher a hug (he never does that!) and then she starts crying. so sweet, she just loves him!

Yesterday was my mom's birthday so I got my grandma on the phone and we rapped for her. I thought it was funny but you might not since most of it is all inside jokes. either way it's embarrassing for me which means entertainment for you!

Happy Mother's Day

I love Mother's day. it's always been a nice reminder to stop and thank all those mother figures in our lives. It's also a great reason for my kids not to fight or be naughty. I just remind them it's MY day! 

This year we did nothing special but having my 4 beautiful kids was all I needed. Rob was sweet all day and had the boys make cards and drawings for me which was the best ever. Reven wrote "10 reason why I love my mom" in school and his answers were pretty funny. I put them at the bottom of the post. 

I always try and get pictures on every major holiday...and every single day pretty much. Rob hates it, but oh well IT'S MOTHERS DAY!!!!!!
