No this is not my costume this year. I was prego with Reven in these pics, but what a great costume though isn't it???
This post has nothing to do with the one below (just so you know) but it did happen the same day. I guess Reven and Mason were climbing on the table when I told them not too and all the sudden you hear a loud crash and then Mason screaming. I picked him up and did a quick scan to make he was ok. Then I saw a little bit of blood in his mouth. That happens pretty much everyday around here, so I took him to the counter and got a paper towel. Well the blood keep pouring out of him and I still couldn't see the cut. Well I finally got most of the blood out when I saw the huge GASH on his tongue! I took one look and said "Rob....your turn I think I'm gonna pass out!" So Rob came in and I went the couch and put my head between my knees!
his teeth didn't go all the way through...but it's REALLY close! Poor guy, he seems to be fine but we are watching it closely. I can't handle boys!!!
Every once in a while we bust out the air mattress. You guys have seen it A LOT, but the videos still crack me up! Reven is getting more and more daring, Mason still has NO CLUE what he's doing, and The Hulk is just a tank,he'll throw himself wherever and not care! OH, and listen to their counting....what are we teaching them over here?
And then sometimes....someone gets hurt. But the footage is totally worth it! (raise your hand if you think I'm a bad mom. ok so since I can't see it it doesn't count. But honestly... these kids, they do it to themselves. It's not my fault if I just happen to catch it on camera!) P.S. Jesse was just fine right after this by the way.
Not many people can remember what they were doing EXACTLY 22 years ago. But thanks to the wonderful world of technology and video cameras... I CAN! My dad sent me this video he had, I am 3 years old outside my grandma's house finding rocks! Sooo cute and I think I look just like Reven!
And here are some pics I got from my mom while I was in AZ. I saw this one of me and swore it was Jesse. I guess I never realized just how much me and The Hulk look alike!It's always hard to tell with pictures though, you just have to live with him to see the resemblance I guess! What do you think?
He's such a stud!I have been saying for a while that I wanted to put Reven in a gymnastics class. He is so acrobatic and jumps and tumbles all over the house, might as well let him get more skilled at it right? Well I put him in a class! My friend Maria was wanting to put her little boy who's Reven's age in there so we did it together. Rev absolutely loves it! He's so cute doing it too, I love when they stretch in the beginning....4 year olds= funny! The class is almost done and I would love to put him in the next round but it's SO expensive! How come any class/sport for kids is so much money?? Oh well, maybe when we get out of here I will put him in more for sure!

NO the title of this post is not a metaphor, I am really talking about fried Cheerios! As long as I can remember my mom has made this. You simple take a frying pan, add butter and Cheerios's and salt. Fry them up till they are golden brown and smothered in butter & salt and EAT! They are Soooo yummy. I know it sounds weird but really this is the 21st century, what isn't fried now a days? We used to make them and eat them when we would watch a movie instead of popcorn. We would even sneak zip lock bags of them into movie theaters too! (that and spoons and 1/2 gallons of ice cream , but that's another story.) ANYWAY try it you wont be disappointed, it's a fun snack! Thought I would share.
PS. How boring is this post??? I need to work on some excitement around here!
3 weeks ago I was sitting down watching a movie with my kids. I kept hearing this funny noise and kept looking around but didn't see anything. when I still heard it I thought why is my ring making a weird noise? I took it off and this is what I found........
It's BEAUTIFUL! they guy did SUCH a good job, you can't even tell it was so broken! He re-dipped it and cleaned both the ring and my band and it's gorgeous! Soooo worth the money that we really don't have right now. But I have to have my ring right??
