hihi guys.. now tryin to update as frequent as possible.. maybe once a week. Try is the word yeah, may not be able to do it. haha

This week pass real fast for me. We had outfield exercise in the middle of the week. Its a line laying exercise. For those who do not know what it was all about, it was just layin lines or cables. Yes, it sound damn simple but hell no was it simple. The amount of cable we had to carry was 1.6km of cable and they had to carry it on their back and lay the cables as they walk. Yes, they walk all the way during line laying and we were given timing to meet. 30mins for the line laying and 25mins for crossing of obstacles. There are obstacles along the way that we have to clear, obstacles like roads and junctions. The difference this exercise is from the rest is what we ate during there. Can anyone actually believe that we went to collect durians and pluck rambutans to eat?? Yes, we actually did that.. We pluck rambutans when we went for our recce, the rambutans wasnt really sweet but who cares? we get to eat what people dont normally get when outfield. And the durians? My warren officer went off after our recce with a driver and came back with durians that can fill a box.. Ard 6 or 7 durians?? haha.. I think during the exercise, we learn more about opening up durians and choosing sweet rambutans instead of laying lines and doing crossings. It was very tiring. There was supposed to be a day phase and a nite phase but our conducting officer cancel the night phase due to people getting themselves injured and felling sick. The weather that day was too hot for a moment then rain heavily for another. Really turn us crazy. There was also hold backs for us when early in the morning, we were told that one of the driver meet a car accident and he was the replacement for the one who couldnt make it. zzzz.. After getting back to camp, we slept almost all the way thru the day. Too tired to do anything else.

Went to watch War of the Worlds this afternoon. Wasnt bad for the graphics and there were the suspense that keep popping out. But had a bad ending. Well since the book end that way, i dont think there is much they can do. Overall wasnt a bad movie if u are not going for those superb storyline movies. Booking in soon.. Haiz.. this is always the worst time of the week but no choice.. Gtg.

Angels or Demons

Let me see, Geez.. the last posting was in April. haha.. if my maths didnt fail me, its like 2mnths back? Goodness, i sure am lazy.. Sorry to all my friends who spend the effort to visit this webbie. Really sorry, ns literally took away my life. Whenever i book out, the only thing in my money is to go and enjoy myself. Thus neglecting this blog.. The weekends really pass so much faster than the time i had in camp. And whenever i am in camp i would feel so isolated from the real world, like being lock up in a prison even though i am now so near to my very own home. Oh.. if u peeps didnt know, i have been posted out of sispec. Now currently in Stagmont camp, signal institute. Err its just beside Pjc or CCKSS or simply in teck whye which is real near my house compare to Tekong island. Its was a big relief when i got this posting. Dont think the girls will know but when the postings were being read out, its like waiting for ur O level results and u know what u are getting will decide ur "fate". Tense i must say.. haha.. maybe i exaggerate it abit.. but u know how ns have literally take over my life. Okie.. let me talk bout my new camp. Its old to a certain extent. U can see rats almost everywhere, even in ur bunks. Yes, i do see rats crawling over the bunk early in the morning.. goodness and my friends slippers were been biten by them. Not lying.. To add to that, u can see Big moths and sometimes bats flying ard. Now u know how close army is to nature.. The first few weeks wasnt tough, it was very slack. All i did were having lectures and test and this goes on in a cycle.. I had so much time to myself that i bought a book angels and demons by dan brown. Imagine me reading a book, thats like AMAZING!! I am almost finishing it, it really captured me. The things in there may not be accurate but its really very exciting.. Kudos to dan brown If u peeps dont know, its bout the clash between religion and science.. its good, i recommand it.. And there is these 6 symmetary symbols. damn cool... kk.. back to ns. It was so slack that i didnt even have my physical trainings. The most runs i had in a week is 2 or 3. Thats like so different from Sispec.. The different stagmont camp and the others is i think they got more female officers?? This is the first time in my 6mnths of ns life i have encounter so many female officers that i dont know what to do.. most of the time i just shun them like what i did to many officers. lol..

Back to my weekend. Went to watch movie yesterday. Initial D. Like it.. not a bad movie. Lotsa shuai ge i must say. A good movie for girls.. eye popping, mouth drooling movie for girls. lol.. I think jay shld stick to singing, or try those acting that doesnt require talking. hahah.. he look out of place infront of the screen.. but aint his fault. Thats him i just.. but i am still an admirer of his music. The 2 music he wrote is nice.. Spend the whole of today at home.. Going to play game soon. Take care frenz..

Do your best, Forget the rest.

Listening to Jj's new cd.. its nice. It had a good start and continuing with a good song. Wasnt planning to buy this cd as i didnt even know it was out. Was actually targetting Wang lee hom's cd till i saw Jj's new cd at Popular. Well, i am a fan of him so naturally i would op for him instead of the older lee hom's cd. Haha.. if anyone out there have lee hom's cd, lend me pls.. Went for soccer this morning, the weather is good compared to other sunday. Its sort of special as my brothers are all going to leave civilian life soon. Welcome to the life of NSF... haha.. its a long wait for them definitely and its finally here. No many turn up today.. some of them went to sao mu i think. Dave was one of them. Enjoyed ourselves today for the malays are not there today.. Good timing i must say.

Back to my ns. I am entering the 3rd week and things happen so quick and fast that its really choking me. The schedule is really damn tight, 4 soc in 1week, 2 new weapon learnt in that week. For the information of those who dont know what soc is, its Standard Obstacle Course. Well, its sort of like a "playground" for soldiers where we will be climbing this, jumping thru that. Except that we have a timing to meet and it isnt really very enjoyable and fun. Goodness, its had been so rushing and tiring that I dont even have time to have a proper meal. The longest time i had for a meal is 15mins, the shortest is barely 5mins, what is the world coming to i must say. Rushing to wait, waiting to rush.. thats what we are doing in Sispec. But as the saying goes: tough time dont last, tough man do.

The good thing is my bunk mates are good guys, or friendly i shld say. They are making the training less tough and I am quite fortunate to have good sergeants too compared to some other sergeants in the company.. i am blessed in a way or another. Going to write an essay on the training schedule now, dont really know what but its an order and while i dont have a choice but to do it. Sign off...

WAssUp Guys!! Been a busy month.. very busy one. It has been ages since i last blog.. goodness, i sure am a lazy guy. Sorry to those who have been visiting my blog and keep seeing the same old post over and over again, i am really sorry.. this new post is to make it up for u peeps.. heh.

I finished my Bmt which means i aint a chao recruit anymore. haha.. My passing out parade was abit screwed up, guess all of us were quite nervous that day. Things just somehow went wrong somewhere. But its over.. yup.. haha
I was posted to Sispec= Singapore infantry specialist= sia2 gang1 warrior.. hahah.. crappy rite??
Going back to my "beloved" tekong again. Quite worry bout it, worrying bout whether i will be able to make friends there, worrying bout whether i can take the training, worrying bout all sorts of things. Haiz.. but there's nothing i can do, maybe just wait and see

I have been spending alot whenever i book out.. kinda worry bout it, i can spend well over 90dollars in a few hrs.. Dont think my pay can tahan that kind of pressure. lol.. Went to catch Son of the Mask with yw, jeff, kevin and zh. This FREAKING SHOW IS CRAP!!! A waste of time and money, lousy plot, lousy actors, lousy effects. Dont, no, NEVER CATCH THIS SHOW NO MATTER HOW BORED U ARE!!! Went to catch hitch the next day.. Its a good, funny show. Will smith rock the show. Simply wonderful. If u guys want to appreciate hitch more, go catch Son of the mask before u watch Hitch... Trust me, it Works!

Bookin in to my new unit tml. have to reach Pasir ris by 830. The good thing is i knew quite some people going sispec, the bad is the freaking items i have to bring there tml is too freaking heavy. Even if they say, now that the Saf bag could be tow, it is still very heavy for someone like me. Help?? ANYone??

hey.. relax lah.. blogging dont not onli requires sufficient time, it need enough mood too k?? heh.. here i am updating my blog.. Time have flew.. Its chinese new year.. ROOSTER baby.. its the COCKS YEAR. Cheers for the chicken baby, cheers for the cocksters dude.. Hope everyone will have a very good new year ahead. be it the ducks or the swans.

Start off.. i just finish my sit test. SIT= stupid intelligence testing test. hahah.. no lah.. its situation test. A test they said which is meant to be those ocs and sispec hopefuls. Its really total crap. we are distributed into grps, and go ard this huge freaking place doing stupid missions. Its like a big childish game. Then we are constantly on our feet from 6am in the morning till 3pm. and to add on to that, they add in road marches to make things worst. To make the game seems more professional, they add in job scope like law gunner, medic, signaller.. isnt that lame?? But the good thing is i manage to shelve off some fat thru all those walk, at least making it worth while. My class had a chalet during that few days, clashes with my sit test. Making me unavailable for it. Sorry guys, promise to go for another chalet should there be another one.. its a promise! Kinda miss my friends outside camp, dont have any decent time to go out with them and thats what i have always like to do. Go out with my friends.. really miss those days in sch when though hw was like crap, we still get to go out once a while.

1 month more to go and my BMT days will be over.. yes, one more month later, it will be pop for me. How time flies, 3mnth have nearly past and i am into my final month soon.. Goodness.. what a fast past yeah??

Its new year soon.. and i haven had any decent shirt to wear.. just i have to improvish and make do with what i had. Stopping here, dont know what else to write.. take care my friends!!

haha.. had some trouble logging into blogspot. i forgot whats my username and password. guess its telling me its has been hell of a long time since i blog. Army had left me with very little time, When i book out, i will either be asleep or away from home.. there simply isnt much time for me to blog..

Okie okie.. lets get started, its has been a month since i blog, hell lots of things had happened. For the start, i was enlisted soon after i finished my As. The first few days was slack, practically sleeping in bunk. I guess its for us the get ready whats coming up next. Things get tougher after the so called "honeymoon period". Yes we were f#$k in the honeymood period but that was nothing compared to after the period. We were treated like the lowest life form on earth. And i am not exaggerating.. Things got tough and tougher as days got by, and the time in tekong seems to pass so slowly as if the world isnt moving at all. Had my live range test a few days back. live range is shooting using our rifle with live rounds. The live range is tiring, very tiring. It consist of day range and night range. We had to be there early in the morning for the day range. after the day range, nope we cant go back and we had to freaking wait till night fall before we can start our night range. And the night range took such long time that it finishes at 1am. When we reached our company line, we cant go to rest immediately. We still have to freaking clean our rifle, send back the rifle before we can rest. when that happens its almost 230am and the worst thing of all, we still have to wake up at 530am. We barely had enough rest when we have to draw our rifle and carry on with the test. It was really hell for us. Thank goodness its over..

Next coming up, 7 days outfield camp. Yes, 7 days without contact with the rest of the world, 7 days without water to bath, 7 days sleeping in the open air with the creepy crawlers, 7days where many new "experience" will be exposed to us. The saddest thing of all is we cant chao geng and try to escape this.. haiz..

So many things have happened, we just stepped into a new year and this new year didnt start with a Big bang, it start with a huge wave. Yes, we all know what it is. This stupid wave took away many people, many one's dearest, many one's friend.. it was the worst disaster that happened in more than a few decade. But we can also see the kindness that has always been in mankind. Donations for the victims were gathered so quickly that its amazing. Its very sad to see such things happen but we have to move on. May god bless everyone and everything.

kk.. time to stop. this is getting too long. Watching soccer now. Singapore vs indonesia.. singapore is leading and i am proud. Yes, i am very proud of singapore and let us all hope they can win the final.. Go singapore go!!
