At the rate the cost is raising, I think I better think of where to migrate to spend our twilight !!!

How times flies ! It's had been a year since we tied the knot. Thanks for the journey all these while. For better or worse, life still goes on.

Running up The Helix

We started the run in the late afternoon when the weather was burning hot. The idea is to visit the Helix and the new Youth Olympic Park that was just opened yesterday. It was very hot, thus we did a slow jog there. It was quite crowded when we reached upon The Helix. Even though it was super hot but there are still dozen of people walking up the bridge admiring and taking photo at the bridge. But the bridge is still not opening fully, toward the end of the bridge, it was closed to public. I guess we had to try to run to IR in June when IR is fully opened ba.

18 April Run

After doing 2 run short around the void deck on weekdays, we decided to venture outside and run a longer distance. Since I'm tired and lazy to wake up to run, thus decided to slot in the run in the evening. We decided to run to the Kallang Seasport Center and did a u-turn from there. Pace was good for the first half of the route even thought it was quite hot at that time of the day. But on the return route, we take in easy and took the chance to look see and look see while run-walk back. Marina Sands IR is almost ready, think we can try to slot in a run there next time. Nice way to end the weekend !
