Summer Vacation

We are going to California/Idaho for a while. We are going to family vacation for 4th of July in Monterey Ca, then Bear Lake Idaho for the family reunion, then San Diego and back home for little sister Lyssas wedding. The perks of being a teacher and self employed. Check back there should be a lot of pictures coming soon! The pictures are shirts Richard printed this week. There was a crash on the freeway by us and this young man died and his friends and family wanted shirts with a picture. Richard and his friend were able to take a picture and put it on the shirt. It is like an illusion, if you look close it is just a bunch of dots, but if you stand back a little there is a picture with shading and everything. He forgot to take a picture of one of the nice finished ones, so this is the test shirt on an old grubby one. The camera doesnt like the dots, so he had to put it on a setting for snow to get it without wierd lines, so it looks really bright. You get the idea though. Also the shirt he printed for girls camp in Las Vegas. Jesse designed that one. way cool.

Busy Summer

This week has been busy. Jesse and Sarah came to visit and pick up Andrew. We went to the Pima Air and Space museum on Fathers Day then flew airplanes on Saturday. Didnt even crash any. Richard has shirt orders he has been working on all week. Making some for American Legion, a security company, an elementary school, a scout camp, a funeral, girls camp, an air conditioner company, and two other orders for friends. Good to have business. Bad that its 115 degrees already. Yeah for the swamp cooler. We also went to a resort across town that has a waterpark and went to a dinner theater and saw Oliver for our anniversary since we will be at the family reunion for our real anniversary. Was fun and glad about the water park! Also Lindsey has been working hard at getting rid of her belly button so I had to post some pictures. Hers keeps getting smaller and mine keeps getting bigger. Bummer. Until next time..................

More Land Cruiser pictures because Jesse asked for them. Most of the good ones and the videos are on Andrews memory card........that is in California. So when he gets it we will add some good ones. Dont forget you can click on them to make them bigger, and no dad, that is not andrew driving, hes just posing for a picture. Just some articulation shots, and the bumpin sound system provided by andrews boom box speakers. sweet.

We were supposed to find out if the baby is a boy or girl, but the clinic has so many people doing so many things it fell through the cracks. Instead of getting the ultrasound the doctor thought we were just there for a checkup, and the ultrasound specialist wasnt there anymore. So to make this story short we only got a picture of the baby and wont find out until this weekend if it is a boy or girl. The head is on the left, and you can see the babys jaw, also you can see the heart. The baby was on its side so you cant see anything yet. Check back next week.

Not from First Graders! Seriously

The story this week comes from Lindseys first grade class. The students were filling out a worksheet and when they were handed in Lindsey noticed a little note on the back of one of them. It read, "I love sex and pussi." When confronting the student he denied it but finally admitted to it when she pointed out that the handwriting matched his notebook. When his mother came into the classroom to talk to Lindsey, she asked her son, "Where did you learn that word?" pointing to the misspelled body part and the boy pointed to someone else in the class. The mother then asked, "Where did you learn that word?" pointing to sex, and the boy quietly pointed at her. HAHA! She then took her son outside for the rest of their conversation. Be careful what you say around your kids is the moral of this story. Also Richard went to pick up his brother Andrew from California as he is going to stay with them for a while. They had some fun for the weekend and Andrew got his mission call before they left. He is going to Poland for two years to serve a mission for his church. Way Cool!

Went in the mountains and went four wheeling. Went all the way to the top of Bald Mountain. Good thing we didn't get stuck or we would have had to spend a night on bald mountain. haha........ha. Hope some of you get it.
