Hard Ruck
Yesterday must've taken more out of my legs than I thought, today's ruck was pretty tough from the start. Legs felt heavy and tight despite a lot of AM stretching. No big deal but I could sure tell I missed a few sessions and came back hard, lol
Ruck weight was down to 45 which was feeling light just a few times ago. And will again.it's amazing how fast the top end of conditioning falls off. The base stays deep but the top end ....
