6 months

Yup, Nate is 6 months today and already gets the "baby of the family" treatment. But how can you resist that face, those chubby cheeks? He loves kicking his feet, scooting out of people's arms, rolling across the room, and cracking up at his sisters. Take him on a walk in the stroller (or do just about anything with him) and he is one happy kid.

It's impossible

to get 3 kids to look at the camera at the same time.

Organ Stop

The Hess' just moved from Flag and we had a mini-reunion at Organ Stop. We are happy they live closeby again!

It's finally here

The long anticipated first day of school has arrived. Carter has had her outfits planned out for weeks (yes, I did walk into her room and find all her stuff laid out like this). She had her backpack loaded up the night before. She was so eager that she made herself sick thinking about it on meet the teacher day. This morning, however, she was excited and ready to go. We can't wait to hear how her first day went!

The Happy Kindergartner! Good luck Carter girl!

A-mazing

We took the kids to Amazing Jake's this week for a family outing before Carter goes to school. There's really only about 3 activities we could choose from since it is sooo hot outside but the kids loved it.

Nathan couldn't figure out where he was but he liked watching the Incredibles while everyone ate lunch.

The amzing moment of the day #1: Carter the fraidy cat rode the "Frog Hopper" all by herself.
The amazing moment of the day #2: Carter was tall enough to ride the "Frog Hopper" all by herself.

Hunt Fam '09

We made the trek (an all-day car ride with 3 kids qualifies as a trek) to Utah for a reunion with my Mom's family. It was fun to see everyone and catch up.

There were lots of fun things for the kids to do. It was a non-stop party!

Cousins table, too cute.

There were lots of fun things for the big kids to do too. Jeni even limbo-ed with a baby in her arms...impressive.
