Humorous Differences

I love the birth order...it always makes me giggle...the humorous differences between your children, how they share traits between the parents and their incredible personalities that shines.  My kids are hilarious and I love the moments that I sigh and think..."Oh wow, that was so me as a kid."  Or "Oh my, that is his father's son."  Or "Yep, she's a Replogle."

One night Greg and I were cracking up talking about the humorous differences between the kids.  Here are a few examples.

Having a party...
Jarrett ~  Mom, we need to throw a party.  This is what we need to have.  This is who needs to come. These are the games that we need to play.  Etc...
Brayden ~ Woo-Hoo, it's a party. Where is the cake?
Kyla ~  What do you mean the party is not for me?  Everything is about me!

Getting in line...
Jarrett ~ Listens.  Gets in line quietly.
Brayden ~  Huh? What?  There's a line?
Kyla ~ Using her pointer finger instructs everyone as to where they belong in line.

Life...
Jarrett ~  I want things my way.
Brayden ~  I want things my way.
Kyla ~  I want things my way.
...oh wait, that is not different or humorous...ugh...but oh so true!

Side note:  So the picture above is the kids on Easter. Got these outfits at the resale for $10 total.  Yes, have already patted myself on my back.  Anyhoo, I was super excited about the matching colors.  Jett was not.  When I helped him get ready this was our conversation.
Jett ~ "Mom, that shirt is pink.  I don't wear pink."
Me ~ "Jett, it's just for Easter honey.  I promise, it's super cool.  I won't make you wear it again.
Jett ~ "But it's pink."
Me ~ "I know, and you will look adorable in it."
Jett ~ "Fine, I'll wear it...but I'm pretending it white!"
