Olivia's First Communion

This past weekend was a very special one for Olivia. She made her First Holy Communion Sunday. It was so nice to have everyone there to watch her make this important sacrament at church. We were very proud of her.

After church we all went out to eat and afterward everyone came back to the house. It was another beautiful day spent with kids, grandkids and granddogs.

Mother's Day 2011

Mother's Day weekend was very enjoyable. It started Saturday morning when I received 2 deliveries of beautiful flowers-one from Glen and one from Erin. I felt very special!

After that we met my sister, Karen and her friend at Shaggy's for lunch. Karen came back home and stayed with us. Sunday morning we got up and went to Mass. We had a nice lunch after that at the Buttercup. It was such a beautiful day. We ate outside on the front porch. It was so relaxing. Later that day the Littles all worked hard in the yard planting the flowers we bought.

Being a mother is such a wonderful blessing and I fully enjoyed my day!
