Greetings from TORONTO

Hello people...

Day 1: Flight in was kinda boring and somewhat long. Ride in was very interesting. Got to see the city's landscapes on the way in too. I was such a tourist with my camera, I already took 59 pictures! Toronto seems like a very fun city so far. Just visited the CN Tower today and took lots of pictures. Toronto is so big, buildings as far as i can see. Its funny because inside the observatory deck there were maps to help you identify what is what and interestingly enough mostly buildings were identified, as oppose to mountains, lakes or natural places like in Vancouver. Anyways, on a totally differnt note, TO is so flat and have more trees than i thought.

We were going to go and check out some local bands for tonite but we got too tired. So maybe tomorrow. should be alot of fun !

Its 11:56pm and i am beat. I am on 2.5 hours of sleep and my 20 minute nap before dinner didn't do too much. That's all for now. More tomorrow.

susan out. :)

PS. Glass floor was totally trippy.

All right, I am off to Toronto. See you all in a couple of days !!

I will keep you informed if i could find a computer. ;o)

(Good golly molly, it's early right now..., I am so sleepy but i am so excited, hee hee)

TO bound

T - 2 days, 6 hours, 26 minutes and 53 seconds

Wooo Whooooo !!

Misunderstood

What do you do when your boss don't really like you and everything you say and do gets taken into a bad connotation?

LEVlTRA

While watching tv, a commercial promoting an erectile dyfunction treatment pill (similar to V.lagra) shows up. Nothing unusual...pretty lady talking about how "her guy" is so much "better" now.

Anyways, as the 30 seconds ad nears the end, the narrator reads the following disclaimer: "If you experience an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, please seek immediate emergency attention."

[LOL]

Been a year

Been exactly one year since i started this blog thing. Time sure goes by fast.

I wonder how long this hobby will last. Considering that i never stick to anything all that long. I just start something, know how to do the basics and then move on to the next thing. I never stick it out and really advance in it. I really ought to work on that. I think i just need to find s/t that REALLY interests me.

Curious

Why do guys like ordering wine during dinner? What is the appeal?

Went blading yesterday with my new blades and they are so COMFORTABLE ! What a difference compared to my old ones.

They are also very rolly (ABEC 5). When the wind hits me, i really can be blown away. This thing practically rolls by itself.

yup. that is all i have to say.

I love weddings. Just went to one this weekend and it was so beautiful. The groom even did a little powerpoint presentation filled with special moments of the bride's life so far. It almost brought a tear to my eyes. So emotional...i know.

Anyways, the food was so so SO good. They really went all out. I even had some wine ;) Seafood was the obvious theme. Let's see, I had lobster, shark-fin soup, crab, sea cumcumber, scallops, shrimps, fish and more. This wasn't your typical chinese dinner. To top it off they offered four different types of dessert (FOUR, that is right): the cake (mango mousse/cake...yum), some coconut jelly thing (ok), red bean jelly thing (blah to me), and my fave Tapioka/Taro soup like thing.

All the detailing was also a delight...candles, lots of flower arrangements and trims along tables, photos everywhere, I even signed the pretty guestbook.

I am so glad my friend ask me to go. It was definitely a good experience and a nice kick-off to the whole everyone-is-getting-married-i-have-so-many-weddings-to-attend era of my life. Now if only i can catch the bouquet...
